doughnuts are too pricey for the order to be wrong. there are hardly any discount or coupons issued to customers.

Not treated well

On Friday jul 28 about 615 pm on N Salisbury Blvd in Salisbury Md my husband and I went thru the drive thru at krispy crème. When my husband asked for a dozen of original doughnuts the girl answered by saying we dont have anymore of those. Never any explanation. After leaving I called the store and Geraldo answered and said he was the manager . I explained to him what happened and he said I am putting you on speakerphone. After explaining again what happened no one said a word. He proceeded to tell me they did have doughnuts and for me to come back and ask for him. I explained we had to go home first and then I would have to come back. After returning within the hour I pulled up again and ordered the dozen doughnuts and 2 chocolate glazed extra. When I went to pay I asked for Geraldo and the girl at the window said it would be 18 dollars. I explained to her what happened and I asked if he could please at least give them to me 1/2 price for my inconvenience of driving across town twice. Geraldo came to the window and I explained I spoke with you earlier on the phone and then he told me he did not see me on the camera. I asked him if he was calling me a liar and could I please see the camera. He told me I could not do that. I told him I just called and spoke with you and you told me to come back that they had doughnuts. So twice begin there at krispy kreme doughnuts I was lied to. I feel Krispy Kremes customer service is terrible and have been very upset as first being told they didnt have a dozen original doughnuts and then telling I wasnt there earlier. If I didnt have 5 children at my house asking for krispy kreme doughnuts I would have left and not bought them as the way I was treated.

Costumer service

costumthis was the worst customer service I experienced at the Tuscaloosa Al. Krispy Kreme shop it seem like everything was to much, not a smile or a hallo how canI help you and I bought $ 44.50 worst of Doughnuts did not had the happy birthday slide she did not even to bother to check in the back when I ask just a short answer we out I want be back at that store no more and it was my first visit

Comolaint they are horrible. and cant even get the order right ever ever ever .

We realize theres a lot of new people working, but we think they need a little more training. Thought you should know. We waited for almost 1 hour in the heat to get two dozen donuts. We cant tell you the problems weve all had with this location in Mesa, Az off Superstition Springs. We have deadly chocolate allergies. Please see what they gave us. See attached photo. For some reason they throw in whatever they feel like giving people. Our family and neighbors get a messed up order EVERY TIME. WE CANT EAT THESE. THEY CANT EVEN BE IN THE HOUSE. We ordered 10 maple donuts.instead we got an assortment of chocolates. I dont know how much training it takes to see the difference between maple and chocolate. See attached photo please. I purchased 4 dozen of doughnuts and they were very stale and had a very greasy taste

I purchased 4 dozen doughnuts and they were very stale. The doughnuts tasted like they were a day old. I had them delivered for my meeting and we were very disappointed because this has never happened before

To discuss a store that is substandard

I really like your products and services. But had a very bad experience from your store located in DIP 1 near Choithrams. I wanted to purchase 30 aed mini donuts. I just wanted plain donuts and he was not ready to provide that. Previously I brought the same from the same place and even from other sotres. His behaviour was very bad and that disappointed me. Expect you to have a proper action on this. And I expect a consolation remedy too.

Double charge online order

I was charged twice for the same order on the .89 donut day last week at the Florence SC store on Palmetto Street. Id be happy to provide the screenshot if someone will please get in touch with me. I would have used the customer contact link on the website if they provided one. I dont see the point of talking on the telephone when business is involved, its easier and leaves less to misunderstand when things are in writing. And honestly does anyone really talk on the phone anymore?

Burned by hot coffee

When taking lid off coffee it popped off and I was burned by hot coffee. The girl came running over and said I should have told you it was freshly brewed coffee. I was on vacation and the burns on my thump ruined 2 days of my vacation. And what does the company do they send me a coupon for a dozen donuts. No apology just a coupon

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! 86 CENT PROMOTION BECAME A $1.00 Oregon location claimed their system could not ring up 86 cents so they had to ring it up for a $1.00. I was very annoyed but told them nicely that this is considered false advertisement and franchise could be sued for this. She replied that "they ard doing their best with their system that I was still getting a good deal with buying 1 dozen and getting 2nd dozen of a $1.00 instead of the advertised 86 cents. I told her the 14 cents difference was nothing that it's the principle of it. She did offer to give me difference back only after I had said something or she would have assumed it was okay to over charge me. I did not take the change because that's not the point I was trying to make. 14 cents was not going to break me, but again he principle of it. Then they had the nerves if I had a rewards card? If franchise is going to advertise buy 1 dozen and get 2nd for 86 cents then this should be honored. I have not been in Krispy Kreme for awhile and the promotion was what promoted me to swing by. Corporate knew about this promotion so why couldn't they think ahead of time how to have their system ring up 86 cents promotional offer?

Unhappy customer

I have a few complaints. First, the price of 6 donuts are only $3 cheaper than a dozen. It should be half price, this is rediculous. Second, I cannot believe you got rid of dark roast and decaf coffee's. Why would you not offer decaf at least. Third, I am only about an 8 min drive from the Krispy Kreme in Tucson however by the time I got home my coffee was lukewarm. So you only offer one kind of coffee now and it isnt even hot? Is this happening at all stores or just the one in Tucson? Are they not wanting to keep their customers happy? What is happening to Krispy Kreme? I am very disappointed in this company for the first time ever.

Want answer phone . Gave order but was closed when I went to pick up. Bad service. Please closed this store in Prattville Alabama

Talk to person Sunday night about picking up donuts Monday morning. Gave her my order and know was there. These was for the hospital. Had to go to Dunkin Donuts. I want never go back there again . Going to put on Prattville fb and tell everyone how bad yall are

Never have seasonal/specialty donuts

Order on line they never have the season/ specialty donuts was actually told they did not even make any. This has happened several times. When asked for a refund you have to call customer service which is bull. I ordered I paid you did not have give me my money back.

Well, Krispy Kreme never got back to me..I guess they don't really care about their customers satisfaction at all, maybe just money. But my wonderful local bank refunded my money and charged them back anyway, so screw you Krispy Kreme!

I was contacted by email on their new promotion through their official site, paid for a dozen limited cookies edition donuts. When arriving at store, was informed that online system not working, called & finally got a lady from Krispy Kreme cares who then said she doesn't handle that! Does Amy one handle anything there? Besides taking your money?Seriously? Used to love you guys, quality has gone down, prices up, and selection, well, yeah you could use some help...most of all, what happened to customer service??? And your always out of everything during the days, yet have the hot sign on!!! WTF??? Quit messing with people's heads! Lubbock traffic sucks without you having them detour for hot donuts that aren't there! So, this is their answer offering someone who can't eat DONUTS, because I now suffer from stomach paralysis freaking donuts!! And I told them in emails , but hey my dogs love your donuts, but she's old & has cancer, so apparently they want either me or my dog to die eating their f#@$ing donuts is I guess their message here! Krispy Kreme cares my ***
