Poor product due to changes
Dear Kraft. About 15 years ago you changed something in your noodle recipe, The noodles use to expand when cooked and were easy to cook. Since the changes the noodles no longer expand as they use to and if you cook them as much as one minute too long they turn into mush. Please review your recipe and go back to the original. Kraft Deluxe noodles fall apart and turn to mush
I have made and eaten Kraft Delixe as well as Kraft original for years and years. Lately, every time I make it, the noodles shred and break apart. It's not because it's overdone, because sometimes it I stop it early and it is undercooked even though it fell apart. Kraft has always been my fave mac n cheese - since I was a kid! I would be heartbroken to have to change brands, but I cannot eat it like this. Please tell me what has happened, and that it will be fixed.

Bought and find the new recipe disgusting
It's horrible, why did it have to change. It's garbage, unfair and disturbing how people are getting sick and cheated on this product. Kraft should be ashamed of what they are selling to the household consumer!!! Taste, color, flavor and after taste is the most horrific experience I've ever had.

The KD tastes and looks like the paper on the box.
I used to love KD. But in the last year or so, the taste, look and texture have all changed. For the worse. This is despite the box still saying that it's the "original" recipe or something like that. I won't be buying it again.

Horrible product
I have been eating KD for over 65 years. The present product is pure unadulterated garbage. The noodles disintegrate when you cook them. I have now decided to not buy any Kraft products. Dozens of other people I know are going to do the same

I need to share with you my disappointment
Kraft dinner is horrible now. Brought up on it and I loved it when I was in university in residence. It is now too sweet, not cheesy enough. In fact the taste is bad and I kept getting hint of product on shelf too long. I will not buy again...not interested in flavour boosters. I am buying another brand of quick macaroni and cheese now. It is good for quick meal. I even make a quick Mac and cheese with onions, butter, cheddar cheese soup, macaroni and other ingredients to spice it up on stove top. At least it is eaten by me and family..tired of throwing Kraft dinner out as no one likes it.

Lousy commercial
Will not buy product based on the commercial. If the brat doesnt want to eat why chase after her to eat? As an educator, commercials such as this one reflect the crap we put up with in the classroom. They learn this stuff (and get away with) at home so the teachers have to deal with this type of behavior in the classroom. Kraft, please pull this commercial because it does more harm than good.

I am so disappointed in your new rounds of commercials. You are teaching our children to be disobedient of their parents plus encouraging them to portrait nasty attitudes towards their parents and undermining their parents teaching them to enjoy healthy foods and vegetables. Yes, your Mac and Cheese is wonderful, but not as a steady diet, you should encourage children to regard your product as an occasional treat not as a steady diet and to obey their parents during these early formative years. I am so disappointed in the direction you are teaching our children to head. Y

Not the same
Just doesn't taste like cheese anymore. Has a bitter sweet flavor but not like cheese. As a diabetic I can't even eat it because it claimed to be not high in sugar but obviously is when you eat it you can taste the sugar!

Kraft Mac and Cheese absolutely awful !
Purchased box of 18 Kraft Mac dinner. Noodles are sticky and even stick yo your teeth while eating Tried Bigger Pot, Blanching with the first 3 boxes. Last batch, the water draining from the 2 Qt pot was milky. Ate a few spoons but threw away the rest due to sticking and bad taste Other 15 boxes to trash. Waste of Money!

TV ad sends terrible message to families
TV ad of child being chased by mother who wants her to eat the dinner she has prepared for her. The stubborn child refuses in a sassy way disrespecting her parent! Then the angelic music accompanies the child eating the Kraft cheese so all is well! The bratty child has gotten her way! The parent has been reduced in authority and is now the child's peer. Certainly sends a very sad message to parents who must abide by the demands of their children? Kraft should remove this ad ASAP!
