So disappointing
After a couple of years of not finding Kraft Pimento Spread at stores I was so excited to see it on the shelf. Only to realize they have changed the recipe making it horrible. Its the consistency of curdled milk and slime even after being in the frig overnight. The color is pale compared to the original version and the flavor isnt there any more. Such a let down since this has been a childhood favorite for YEARS. What quality control lets this slip out the door and onto grocery shelves?

I bought a case of maccaroni and cheese, and have now found bugs in 4 boxes I've opened.
Very pissed that I've found little bugs in my boxes of mac and cheese. They've even chewed holes in the cheese packages. This is *** and so gross. I have 4 boys and don't feed them BUGS!

Coffee burn beyond drinkable.
What in God's name has Kraft done to Maxwell House instant coffee? For well over a year,it's smelled like burnt wood,and,tasted even worse. If you don't care about your customers,then,why waste time making it at all? Thank God that after 30 years of enjoying what USED to be good instant coffee,I managed to find a suitable replacement. I appreciate the fact that you don't respond to your customers,and,seem to find us just as disposable as your product is.

I am so unhappy that you discontinued Certo Light! I've used it for many years for all my Jams and jellies because if uses less sugar, and I haven't been able to find another project to use instead

Bought and paid for and then treat you like dirt
Had an issue with two bags of tater tots, only thing my granddaughter will eat, got bags out, looked like it had been Ran over with a forklift, inedible and had a strange smell, called customer service, About 5 months ago, talked to a lady who listened and said, for your trouble we'll replace them, sorry for your trouble, couple months later, Still haven't heard back, Called again, same STORY,we are So SORRY, here's your coupons we were supposed to send you a month ago, STILL nothing, Called today, EVEN worse,He listened, Said,he and the company were sorry, Nothing Still about replacement,

Tried calling several times either I get hung up on or they are not open I took a picture below of what I found and always found like hard pieces of some kind of plastic tiny pieces

Not satisfied with products
No shaker bags in shake and bake boxes it is not about saving plastic but saving money for Kraft we will no longer be purchasing shake and bake and will be cutting back on Kraft items as much as possible

Can’t find 5 oz. jars of Kraft Pimento Cheese!
Been using Kraft 5 oz. jar of pimento cheese for cheese balls for more than 25 YEARS! Cant find it anywhere!!! It is expected and there will be disappointment. Cmon.get some on the shelves!

Bad cheese packet
I made an early Thanksgiving dinner. Purchase 3 boxes of mac & cheese. The cheese was bad in both packs. It clumped up. Taste awful. It tastes sour.
