I have an unresolved issue

I only activated my koretrak yesterday....

I only activated my koretrak yesterday. Everything worked. Today I’m unable to have the blood pressure connect. It doesn’t even show up in watch. I’ve tried several things Reset watch Shutdown watch Reboot my iPhone Looked through app confirming connection both to Bluetooth Help

Blood pressure not working or oxygen reading all of a sudden

I asked about blood pressure, oxygen reader and heart rate. They said that the blood pressure has been disabled on all koretrak devices till further tweaks( icon for it has since been removed) but said everything else was working. Never explained why the other two things are not working (icons still there). I wrote to them again with same question and got same email back. Wrote one more time . Waiting!

No one ever got back in touch with me for double shipment

I emailed three times no response about a double shipment to return the scale sent twice. I tried calling, but theres no phone number for your company which really stinks. So your customer service is not good. I also stop payment with American Express. I did not order a second scale. Thank you.

No service from Kore Health what so ever

Please do not purchase this product, return and refund is impossible. No one replies to your emails and the phone numbers dont answer. This device just simply doesnt do what the website says it will do. I have been trying for months to get my refund with no responses or refund. Have sent everything I was asked to send but still nothing.

Order # 221815**** When is my replacement watch going to be shipped? Your customer service support Dept. advised me that it was being shipped on 5/18. I purchased the watch on 2/3/22 and purchased a lifetime warranty. Please issue a full refund for $71.99 if you are unable or unwilling to send a replacement watch. No response

I have called yesterday and today three times left the information that they asked me to provide gave them the order number and I get the same message. Leave your email address and will be back in touch with you. Well that hasnt happened. This is an item that I did not order, I have been away for a month, returned home yesterday and found the item and apparently it had been ordered on May 25th I have no idea the date it was delivered to me. Apparently now Ive only got two days to return it due to your 30 day return and refund. I would really appreciate a response to my email address to resolve this matter immediately. I have been trying to contact support for two weeks without any response

I want to return and unopened watch and discuss the inaccuracies of the watch. I did try on several attempt (Phone and email) and cannot get them to respond. Also their 609414**** never even answers and I have called at different times. When I sent an email I get a response (auto-generated) that does explain that they have a large number of calls and will respond when they can. With a 30 day return policy I can easily see that it may go beyond that. I have also found the their BP reading are not even close to those with a BP cuff and in fact are never even above normal when my cuff indicates that they are too high.

Watch does not work, customer services does not exist, no refund

Watch malfunctioning from the first day, battery drained in 4 hrs and never charged again. I returned it and claimed a refund, nobody answers or returns calls or emails anywhere. There is no customer services, same experience as others.

Can't get watch to sync to phone this was my original issue. I've had further issues and have never yet heard from the company.

I was finally able to get the watch to sync to my phone on my own without any assistance from the company. I have since had other issues such as my blood pressure reading always is around 120 over 70. I haven't seen that kind of a blood pressure since I was in my twenties. It also indicates that my heart rate is always around 80 again not usual. I want to note here I have other means of getting this information. I have a lot of questions now about the accuracy of the readings for obvious reasons and don't feel that I can trust any of the other readings. Their lack of support is significant and I am not sure now what kind of company this really is. Essentially I feel like I bought a new watch and that was all.

We ordered several watches after reading some bogus article on the internet as we wanted to track our fitness and thought the offering from Koretrak seemed reasonable. After a couple weeks we discovered that the watches are barely functional and very difficult to use so we requested a return label and received it... 6 weeks later... nothing... working with our credit card company to get us out of this scam.. Guessing we may have to eat it... UGH... Use Amazon to order this sort of stuff... at least it is returnable...

Just bought it and hate it

Saw this watch on line and was impressed by describing and possibilities on this watch, in reality its a horrible piece of plastic that does not charge, very inaccurate with BP , pulse and even steps, cant get in touch with cyst service, wasted $

Refund and no response from your company

I placed an order online for a tracker and my card was declined. This happened 2x. Knowing there was nothing wrong with my credit card I tried one more time. Things seemed to be working smoothly. A pop up came up and wanted to sell me a second one for 29.99. (I'm sorry I don't have proof for this) I may have clicked on but decided against it. Then a large page came up trying to sell wristbands for the tracker. I did not want them but could not continue with my order. I closed the page and closed the rest of the site with it so I gave up. I never got to confirm my purchase. My wife was paying bills and noticed that the Kore company charged my credit card for 2 trackers. I decided I didn't want them and tried to cancel the order on the first and again today. Not 5 minutes after my second (today's) email, they sent me an email that it was shipped. This is probably the worst consumer interaction that I have ever experienced.

I've been charged but all of my attempts to call the customer service numbers were met with busy signals. I think this company is a scam.

I placed an order at 5am 1/14/2023 and cancelled it at 5:30 am the same morning. I changed my mind because I don't need the watches because the one I already have is working again. NO one has responded to my cancellation and I still haven't received anything but an automated reply thanking me for my order. If I receive the watches despite canceling the order multiple times in a timely fashion then I will call my bank to open a dispute and immediately return the package unopened.
