Bad product

I purchased 2 Korescales. The one I gave my sister works. Mine will NOT connect to my iphone wifi. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled the ap twice. Ive tried to contact the company. I need a replacement scale and there is NO way to contact the merchant! What is this?

Reset of my password

My app is not recognizing my email even though I changed it after I was told that the one that I have been using was not valid. I can't get into the app. I am very frustrated and will be looking at other activity tracers. I have a hear condition and I rely on this to keep track of my heart rate. Please get back to me by phone at 503-522-****. You will lose a customer if someone does not get back to me by tomorrow.

Trying to a watch and it wont let me I think this company is gone bankrupt!useless very poo in responding to customers they are not even knowledgeable of their own products.

Poor Customer Service.Very shady service.

I ordered a product from this company,and decided I didn't want it.They promised a 30 day window for a return & refund time frame.However trying to contact them via Chat,Email,or Phone is impossible. They are intentionally avoiding contact with customers. Very angry and frustrating.

Company support service sucks

I bought 3 kore trak pro and all the the small strap holder have broken. I have ask send me the parts a month ago and still no news. their phone number also has been change? from my experience so far DO NOT purchase from this company

Clasp not secure

I need a charge cord the clasp was not always secure therefore watch was falling off regularly.I eventually lost watch for Weeks and need a new charge cord

Who are You People ??? I Have never been scammed By Anyone in Calif. before !!! what is Kore Health and why did you take $56.94 AND $39.98 out of My Bank??? I did Not order ANYTHING FROM YOU ! ! I am 70 and little money BUT You Took My $$$$$ Your a Fake company !!!What Jerks !! I am in Texas spent a lot of time in Southern Calif. and never met a Person who was mean or rude !! but You Are !!! Kore 2.0 warranty

Bought kore 2.0 in December 2023.phone not charging don't no if its the charger or phone stopped working end of march 2023 .Have forgotten how many emails sent but still no reply.

In less than two months my Koretrak 2 smart watch stopped charging.

This company is very hard to contact. I have been trying to get a replacement watch for over a month now. I also purchased a lifetime warranty when I purchased the watch. They only respond to you if you fill out a form online. They do not respond to emails. The person who communicates to you leaves their first name only, with no phone number or email to get back to them. After I complained about the lack of customer service and filled out another form online and threatened to file a claim against them with the AZ Attorney General and the BBB, another agent got back to me with her first and last name only and said that my replacement watch had been shipped. I asked for tracking information to no avail and still have not received my watch. I will never purchase anything from this company again. When something sounds too good to be true, it is!

Where's my items??

I ordered 2pr. of innersoles for $89.89 on 6/2/2023. This amount was charged to my credit card but I was not given a confirmation number or an email notifying me of the delivery info. Please help me or I'll have to reverse the charges. Thanks!

Erroneous body temperature

My Kore 2.0 keep saying my body temperature is 59 degrees. I did received a pass verification through my email: 872128. I do have a life time warranted. My order number is 221991****. How do I correct my true body temperature.

Impossible to get help. Has stopped working after two uses. Trying to contact and I got message" customer info invalid". my name invalid????

no way to contact korehealth, only stock answers to other issue questions, the site doesn't accept my information in attempting to email for help. disappointing. possible scam?

Terrible customer service: no telephone number or way to return merchandise

My husband purchased a watch from KoreHealth, which looks like a good product at a reasonable price. However, he's elderly and unable to figure out how to use it, and wants to return it. The website clearly states "30-Day Money Back Guarantee." Okay, I went to the website to the customer service page, where the only option is to send an email to the company! There is no link to their procedure for returning a product -- and no telephone number. I sent three emails to them, including all relevant information, and all I got was a form email back saying someone would respond "to help with my problem" shortly. I doubt it will happen! I would never purchase from a company that doesn't provide a direct contact number, but my husband didn't think of that when he ordered the watch. This is very bad customer service and deceptive advertising as well.
