Delivery issues

Said there is a issue with my address but I just received part of my order yesterday this makes no sense to me at all what so ever


Petite sizes are gone

No more petite sites Won't be shopping there any more. I know I can order online petite sizes but I like to try on

Called with a concern regarding a delivery order. The representative was very courteous and efficient which satisfied my questions and concerns.


Had a horrible experience since I opened my account

I opened my account and at first the in person/store experience was fine. But after that, they were supposed to send me a credit card in the mail so I can use/pay my monthly payment. They never sent me a card and every month my bill came due with me not being able to pay it due to not having my account number. Every month I would speak with a bill collector explain to them, I need them to send me a credit card, they would say that they will and then collect my payment and never send me a card. I dealt with this for 6 months and never got this resolved until i finally just closed the account.


Poor customer service

Im posting here and everywhere I can because all email addresses to send a complaint to are unmonitored. I went into my local Kohls on July 23, to return 5 pairs of jeans that my son had ordered online. He gave them to me to return while he went on vacation to Mexico. 4 of the 5 pairs were still in the clear plastic bag they were shipped in and one pair was taken out to be tried on but all tags were still securely attached. I approached the counter and said Hello to Mandie. She said "Hello". I proceeded to tell her that I was returning these jeans, that my son had ordered them but I didn't have the receipt. She asked me if I knew how he paid for them and mentioned a few forms of payment. I told her I did not know how he paid and that I didn't have his credit card information. She said if I could call him and could get the order number she could look up the order. I informed her he was in Mexico and that if she just wanted to do a merchandise credit for whatever they are valued at currently, that is fine. She then informed me that for future reference, it is best to have the receipt or form of payment because she can only give me what the lowest sale price has been for them. I assured her that was fine. (This isn't my first time returning an item to Kohl's.) She then stated that if my son finds out that I didn't get the full value of what he paid he may be mad and that she can not reverse the transaction once she does it. I assured her that I could handle my son if he's angry about it. She scanned the first pair of jeans and I asked her what they rang up at, she said $37.50, I said "that's fine". Then she had the audacity to say to me, "well, sometimes people buy things on eBay..." which to me was inferring that I purchased these on ebay then brought them to the store to return them for merchandise credit. I replied, "I'm sure they do." She finished ringing up the 3 pairs of Lee jeans then moved on to the two pairs of Levi's. She scanned one and I asked what they rang up at and she said "$31.80 and that they are on clearance". Another employee then walks in the area and Mandie turns to her to ask if she can take back clearance without a receipt. Was this Mandie's first day? I myself have worked retail and customers returning something without a receipt and it's on clearance is a very common occurrence, one that she should know if it's accepted or not. The other employee stated that yes, they can. She continued to process my return without any other issues. I was offended that someone in that capacity would infer that I was doing something nefarious. I didn't appreciate being talked to or treated that way. I know a lot of people say they won't be shopping at Kohl's when they have an experience like this, but Mandie just solidified that I won't be spending my hard earned money at the Dubuque store. She acted like that return was coming out of her pocket. She should do her job and keep her personal opinions to herself. Angie



I truly wish I could get paid to ignore customers, NOT be clocked in and at my post working when customers come in. A customer should NEVER have to walk across the entire store trying to find a staff member, get their attention [one blatantly ignored me, the other two were busy having a conversation at the register til I interrupted to ask them to do their job]. In all my years of working retail, we were scheduled to arrive before we open to the public. We had opening duties to complete in that time. It is NOT the customer's fault if you can't manage your time well. That you DON'T want to do your job by the time we get there. You CAN'T be bothered because "you need coffee, a bathroom break, your first ten, etc." DO THAT BEFORE COMING IN. YOUR GETTING PAID TO HELP CUSTOMERS. If I did all of that at work I would never have a job.


No refund here!!!! What a rip off!!!

Took in return which customer service told me I could do up to 1year after purchasing.they lied!!! But would give me 6$ for item purchase at over $56.00 and that was the first item!!! Of many..they will never get another dime of my money!!! Was trying to return $240.00 of $500-600 purchases


Checking on order

I didn't get any results from customer's service. Just questions and no information. I didn't have my order number.


Trying to pay bill by phone

I went to pay my bill online. And you have 2 different logins. And I can't remember my passwords or anything like that. And I can't have that because I will not remember them. And it's a bit confusing. So when I called. I couldn't get through on the 5th of July trying to pay something on my bill. But I'm assuming you were closed. Because I called like 5 different numbers and no one answered.. But the next day I was able to pay by phone. But I think you guys really need to work on the website and have one log in and 1 password only.. Thank you, Lisa Simpson.


No Opt out option on “upgrading” credit card

Have not been contacted by a kohl’s at all. Obviously they are not interested in their customers.

I was selected to have my Kohls account converted to a Kohls Rewards Capitol One Visa Card. I do not want aVisa card. I read all the literature mailed to me, looked online to see how to opt out and just keep my Kohls card as is. Could not find any info. Called kohls and was informed I could not opt out but if I didnt want the new Visa card they could close the account for me and I could REAPPLY for a Kohls card. Spoke to a supervisor then asked for her boss and was advised that the manager does not take calls and there was nothing else that could be done. I dont understand why I dont have the option to opt out. Not everyone who has a Kohls card is being forced to convert to a visa only the selected accounts are. I closed my account and wont apply for a Kohls card. That is just ridiculous


Can't talk to anyone

I fell on their escalater 2 weeks ago and was told someone would call me within 24 hours. No one ever called me. The lady that helped at the store was very helpful. The lady that turned off the escalater was rude. Gave me a dirty look, said "just turn it off" and walked away. I am 75 years old and was on the floor at the bottom.


I love the perfume Vera *** forever

Could you please bring back this perfume. I love it so much and so does everyone else. Everyone that smalls it just loves it and so do I. Could you please bring this fregrence back to the world of fregrence. I love this perfume and so does everyone else. I placed an order at 11:59 and by the time it was processed it was 12:00 a.m. the next day and I was not charged the prices that I was supposed to be charged that were on sale on the 18th of June

I have tried over & over to get them to fix this with no luck!I was charged over $110 more than I was supposed to be charged & now prices are back down again! When they open today I will try to get them to adjust per price match policy. Wish me luck!

The items in my cart were showing prices of $13.99, $23.99, multiple items under $10. I even screenshotted the prices and once I placed my order and got a confirmation email the price they charged me was $100 at least, over what my cart said I was being charged. Apparently the sale price has changed within that 30 seconds of me checking out and the Kohl's cash that was being applied was not applied and was lost. Fitbit 5 stopped working!

Purchased a Fitbit 5 from Kohl's as a Christmas gift for a friend. Product stopped working completely after 3 MONTHS!!! Sorry, NO return OR exchange, Manager's "call" at Medallion Center in Dallas, Texas. $100.00 for a total piece of crap! I won't be shopping here again, and I'm closing my Kohl's account.


Cheap quality Vera *** purse

Surface peeling and unusable. Bought 3 years ago, only used on occasion. Kept in MBR closet. Ive got several purses much older that look almost new. I dont expect Kohls to do anything, but I want to call out Vera *** products. I actually have 3 Vera *** purses. Only this one is of sorry quality. I have no receipt. Disgraceful quality.


Be Aware Kohl's Customers of Manager Mike Robson in Texas

I recently have a law suit against Kohl's #642 here in San Antonio Texas and against Mike Robson, one of their managers :/ Mike Robson filed a false police report accusing me of yieling at associates and at customers. The video could have prove my case in court but instead they turned in an affidavit saying that the video i was requesting had gotten damaged and that " ONLY HALF " of the DATA was lost and that in that DATA was the incident i was refering to. I have tried not to influence my family to stop buying at Kohl's because i believe that Mike Robson's criminal act is going to affect inocent manufacture good working people. So far i have refrain myself from buying in any Kohl's due to the fact that Mike Robson continues to be part of Kohl's and that they have not make any effort to protect other customers from this person. Please be aware. I asked for an apology because they fail to remove the sacurity tags from my items and instead of an apology Mike Robson called the police after the fact that i was already driving in my car. He called the police and in the phone call and the police report he stated that i was inside and that i was refusing to leave and that he had to escort me out and that when he went to get my license plates that i had continued to creat disturbance yieling at customers. Everything a total lie. I still have my case pending in court #10. As I said at the begining, I have not influenced my family not to shop there but Today my son found one of the shirts he bought yesterday and it had the security tag on. I hope this Criminal Mike Robson and Robby Luna are not in charge of customer service when my son goes back to request for the security tag to be removed. As for me...I will not go back to shop in any Kohl's until I find justice
