There was never a problem with your company or your representives. You guys are great. I have no idea how I got conected to this site "Pissed consumer". I can assure you I am not a pissed consumer. I had a life time warrantee on my Kohler shower head and you guys set me up with a replacement. In the process the only problem was my inability to send a photo in so you guys could find the right replacement part for me. I went to Home Depot and very nice clerk helped get the photo in. the rest is history. I'm a very happy customer and I love the Kholer Compay.

Don't have small washer any longer for a $10 part that's now leaking;rather want me to buy $1500 new kitchen sink kit
Water Distiller faucet leaking due to cartridge washer defect. This faucet is a part of a kitchen sink kit consisting of the Distiller faucet in question, a much larger faucet and a sprayer.don't buy Kohler!!!

Home Depot sells your toilets and you can’t get the tank parts when you need them and you can’t identify the parts on line
The tank parts got broken in tanks because the helper I had didnt know the difference between lefty losey or rightyy righty if would build a stop in the tank it would stop everything from turning Ive got a600.00 toilet I cant buy parts for and you cant match them up because no one but Kohler can give you answers

I have a CV22S engine in a Craftsman gt5000 that started knocking after i changed oil and filter with full synthetic 10-30W. Under 400 hours on well-maintained engine. Why are these engines do poorly made for Sears? Seems like a really common issue with box store garden tractors. HELP!!!

No response of complaint since two months
Iam from patna bihar. New bathroom installed with kohler fittings in January and the flush is not working properly. No action taken when I logged the complaint. It's been two months.many times I have registered the complaint and talked to customer care but very poor response.

Bad seal on elliston toilet
The toilet is still flushing by itself. I turned the water off and 12 hours later there was an inch of water in the tank. It was below the yellow seal so it must be the black seal. The customer service representative was very helpful. I will call on Monday when youre open to explain my situation. Thanks

This is my review on how to flush the greatest name in plumbing fixtures down the good old water closet....
Lets hope that maybe a human being with the last name of Kohler just happens to take a look at this very honest hands on view of what i considered the hands down best of the best plumbing fixtures available . I am a plumber who obtained my license back in 1983 in the state of Illinois . I worked on many great homes back in the day when we used only Kohler trim. Have you heard of Lake Forest, Il. that was the main area of our scope. Everything we used from Kohler was always top-notch. From faucets to cast iron tubs and whirlpools to bidets and water closets . Many other plumbing companies that we competed with, love and pushed Grohe . Not us , we pushed what we believed in not the fad of the moment back the.. So congratulations to a company that runs on integrity . What happened ? Fast-forward to 2012 and i had installed a couple of Wellworths in my own place up north in the great north woods area and i found that the flush valve had changed to a one-piece riser that has been a junk idea since shortly after the installation . Maybe you need to leave great quality alone and stay great. Resist the urge to re- invent the wheel . I still love Kohler but hate those Wellworths with todays mechanical un genius . I complained at a corporate level, and Kohler took care of the problem appropriately, we were both pleased my wife, especially and we will continue to buy Kohler products.

Black came off facet handle
My wife and I purchased the black Kohler graze kitchen faucet 22062. My wife and I live alone we are both 73. We rarely use most of everything in our house. My wife doesnt cook and we usually go out to dinner. We have no children and we are both careful and meticulous. my wife is careful not to use harsh chemicals, but simple soap and water. My wife recently noticed that along the edge of the handle of the black head totally come off, and some bronze color was showing through. We were mediately upset that we were talked into the black and felt we shouldve gotten the stainless. Kohler told us not to worry they were sending us the handle, which is easy to take off. The handle would not come off. Kohler told us well at the factory. They mustve put it on too hard to hire a plumber. I havent used a plumber in over 20 years because Im good with my hands and no plumber has been in this house and why do I need to hire one now. I carefully tried to get pliers around and pull it off. I try, tapping it with a hammer I put my vice grips around nothing was working then I got mad. Why do I have to hire a plumber? Kohler shouldve replaced this for us for free. Why are they selling such crap black at over $630. Now I have a black handle if I actually call a plumber and they cant fix it God knows what that charge will be or in south Florida they damage it! I told my wife shes never allowed to buy another Kohler product and she agreed. Everything we bought by Frankie lasted over 20 years!

I called inquiring a foam soap dispenser for the kitchen. But you no longer sell them. Louis in customer service was awesome, just wished Kohler had foam soap dispensers, now I have to find a non-Kohler product that will clash with my Kohler hardware.

Terrible customer service!!
Had problems with a shower door towel bars rubbing when I opened the door. After sitting on hold multiple times they told me I installed it wrong. Double checked it and it was plumb and level. I asked for a different style 24' towel bar and was told there wasn't one even thought I installed another Sterling door two days earlier with different bars. They refuse to help me they told me to leave the covers off. Ordered a kitchen sink have been waiting for months and they said they lost it. Waited for three months for an air tub kept telling me it was three weeks out. Finally had to cancel and order from another company. Worst company I have ever delt with!
