How to get refund before lawyer contact

Got there and had to change room three times couldnt leave because it was weekend no rooms available first time room wasnt clean bo housekeeper touched it two room had the carpet so soaked from air conditioner messed up clothes three room bedbugs have bites and marks to prove it i had to lose my money my belongings and leave no answer at customer service or number mailbox full cant get a answer anywhere i have lupus as well its 180 dollars better that than lawsuit for unsanitary condtions with a oerson who has lupus

PREPAID PREVIOUS CUSTOMERS: Walked into FILTHY ROOM

All FILMED BTW 4 LEGAL PURPOSES 4 CLASS ACTION SUIT..(quriuz@***.com) Toilet had *** & used tissue in it upon arrival/ immed saw it wasnt flushing & Went strait to MOST DISRESPECTFUL MGR U CAN FIND especially if ur COLORED! Our room HERE in Dec was rt next door & fully working. This room has 3 outlets burnt out no smoke alarm batteries/FLOOR DAMAGE FROM TOILET OVERFLOW/ ASBESTOS ON all LAMPSHADES/ WATER STAINS ON ROOF & MUKTIPLE PLACES ON FLOOR WHICH MEAN MILDEW & I had to move fridge between beds to get IT power Which im sure called the roaches we found Crawlin rnd. Told mgr 1st day so She sent FAM MEM TO COME USE A TOILET SNAKE ; he said its fine now! IT BKD UP SAME NIGHT..SHE STILL WONT MOVE US as we watch folks leave daily. We Cant reach any1 who WILL *HELP Us GET MOVED 4 7DAYS ALREADY unless its to *Help FEED U BS BCUZ THEY GOT UR $! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE CONDEMNED & mgr should be SENT BACK TO INDIA. SHES THE MOST RACIST POS WALKIN. Took our money & weve bn here since the 7th w no toilet & NEW ROACH TENANTS IN OUR THINGS. ALL ON FILM. Lamps got asbestos all over em. STILL HAS NOT SENT A REAL PLUMBER & REFUSES TO REFUND OR MOVE US TO A SANITARY ROOM. IM DISABLED BY LAW. ANY ATTY READY TO WORK HIT MY EMAIL PLZ.

Can't check into the room my fiancée booked for me under her name. Can't get a refund nor can I get a room anywhere else. Guess I'm sleeping in my car. Thanks a lot Knight's Inn London Ontario.

Paperwork

I have been waiting for paperwork to be filled out since November 1 first I call everyday only to be told that the manager is the only one who can fill out the paperwork and he has not been in. This ridiculous. He should be available for this kind of service.

Public Service Announcement

Absolutely horrible, disgusting place. The place is literally falling apart. I don't understand how they are keeping their business license? The place should be condemned. I'm attaching a couple of pictures. The one of the towel...it was in the bathroom folded up like it was for use. Who in the *** would use that towel?? I'm sleeping in my car tonight with my 2 dogs and it'll be better than that dump! Very sketchy people everywhere and no adequate lighting on the outside or inside. My room had 1 working light. Roanoke should be ashamed to let this business remain open.

Expedia refuses to refund us our money until Knights Inn refunds their money… it’s a joke! Expedia charged us, therefore they should refund the money to customers and then fight Knights Inn for their refund.

It’s bad business and flat out pathetic customer service. Will never use either company again.

My complaint is that Antioch Knights Inn is a disgusting hotel which had blood stains on the bed, spatter on the walls, hair and dirt in the bathtub, no shower head (just a pipe coming out of the wall), hair wadded up on the wall, *** in the door to see in and out of most disgusting experience Ive ever had with a hotel. We booked through Expedia.com and now neither place wants to give us a refund, even though we didnt stay either of the two nights we booked the hotel. Customer service is a joke with BOTH Places!

Customer service

I cant give my kid a bath because the bathtub has no tub stopper. They wont answer at the front desk. Ive called them at least fifteen times.

Wrongful charges and more

I had came here to stay.first off the lady told me it was 66.59 but online it says 49 dollars. I asked her if I should book online she said it wouldn't change it's a weekend when it wasn't. I asked her if they do the reward program she said no.Ok so we went to 3 different rooms before we got a decent one that wasn't dirty, broken cabinets, or smelled funny. Or had bugs n I'm talking bed bugs. So we go in there then at like 12 am we are hott as *** the ac died I asked the guy if he has 24 he maintenance he said no they will fix it in the morning I said ok to w were stay the night

Horrible place

This Hotel is absolutely horrible, the bed sheets were dirty, the floor was disgusting. The walls seemed like they was about to start crawling themselves. Drugs and gang bangers frequent the place and the police had a constant presence there. The pictures are a complete LIE. I was in Iraq and Afghanistan, and would rather go back to living in the conditions on a PB rather than stay one night in that place. We left without staying and had to argue to get our money back

Awful experience

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!! I was looking for a hotel in St. Louis, and my phone redirected to Nashville and somehow and then auto booked a room. When I contacted them, (15 min. Later when I was shocked to see Nashville) they issued me no type of refund or credit or anything, stating that it had to be a 24 hour cancellation. I literally called them 15 minutes after I realized I had made the mistake. When I called the guy hung up on me and said sorry about your luck. So did the people at snap travel. The people at snap travel were just as bad. They offered me no type of refund or credit, and I even would have accepted a credit to stay at this hotel in the future. Its incredible how businesses are willing to lose a customer and how customer service has gone out the window, kayak, snap travel, this knights inn, simply because Kayak booked a room for me in a City I was 400 miles away from. And when I called for a refund the phone rings 3000 times before I finally get someone to pick up, and when I do they tell me sorry about your luck and hang up on me. I dont care how nice the amenities are, or anything of that nature. I never actually saw the room. But if theyre willing to treat me like this, then it just goes to show you how you will be treated if you stay here!!! People these days do not understand any sort of customer service, and all they had to do was give me a credit and I would have been happy and used it down the line. Instead they want to screw me over and not issue me a refund, or even a credit. And you hang up on somebody who essentially just paid you excess of 100 bucks for nothing!!!! Smdh. I was literally 400 miles away from the city, called 15 minutes after I accidentally made the booking (technically it kind of finalized it before I even wanted to) and they hang up on me. This place. Is disgusting. Got destroyed from bed bug bites I asked for my bathroom light to be changed the hole week I stayed there. The lady in the morning that works the front desk is a *** Treated me like garbage spoke to me like I was a piece dog crap. Employees at front desk at night smoke pot. Right at the front desk. The place smelled of drugs so bad along with drug deals being done all night in front my door. People bargen into room behind ya when. You go inside. They treat people like garbage there e was puke in elevator for over 12 hours

Bad hotel experience

The hotel was absolutely bad!! Staff were rude and wanted to charge extra for everything. Besides that I had all type of bugs in my room mainly ROACHES. Hair on my covers, dirty bathroom, microwave was dirty. Staff were no help. Worst experience ever I was uncomfortable.. refrigerator was even dirty especially the outside. Roaches were coming out everywhere. Still didnt get my fully refundable deposit back for $100 that Im waiting on.

Disgusting room and service

My husband &;;;;;;;;;;;;; I were finally able to get away for a weekend. When stayed at the Knights Inn, Poe Ave., N. Dayton, Ohio and got the king suite with spa bathroom. There was a queen sized bed, the hot tub was 5 feet away from the bed, no microwave, no soap, nothing. The room turned out to be an "ajoining" room with a door to get into the next room only seperated by a 30lb desk. Blood spots on the walls, dirty sheets, a dirty hot tub we never used because no one would come clean it, bleach stained towels mold on the ceiling of the room and the bathroom, and *** in the wall under the bathroom sink. The most disgusting place I have ever seen. They would not give us a refund, but I have pictures of everything. We DID NOT pay $354 for 2 nights for something that disgusting. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star.
