I tried to sign up for the trial to see how it worked. They ask for payment first and then ask which plan you want. They automatically bill you for a full subscription without letting you know. And there is no way to call them as they do not answer the customer support line! Very deceptive!

I purchased the app for 6 months ( paid in full) and decided I wanted to get a refund 4 days later and just get 1 month to save money. I canceled account because I didnt think this would be a problem Now I cant get refund or EVEN get customer support to reactivate my account Im a Nurse and wanted to tell Pts about this app I WILL NOT NOW

Trying to cancel
I have been trying to cancel my subscription but the last step just keeps loading and wont cancel. I havent used this app since last year. Its taking hours to cancel all for nothing.

They just keep charging without notification!! Never signed up for continuous service, even though I am sure it was in very fine print, they will say. They are a scam!!

Viewed product and signed up for 6 months to try, not realizing they would continue to charge me. I did not find this product beneficial and didnt continue to use. However they charged me a second 6 month subscription without notification. When I disputed they refused to refund the $147.

Trying to cancel subscription
I have already emailed back in December or January of 2022/2023 to cancel my subscription, however my card is still being charged! When i try to cancel through the manage subscription it just sits on that screen and spins in circles and will never finish the cancellation! Update: in their response email they only shared info about how to log in, but not how to actually cancel and quit charging my card! How about someone human just cancel the subscription??

I have paid through paypal. I tried to sign in and it is asking me to pay again. I have emailed numerous times and I dont get help. I have tried to update my password and it never came to my email and it is NOT in my junk mail. I really need some to help me so I can use what I paid for.

I didn't realize that the subscription was going to keep going up. I paid a small amount to join last year, then in Dec you took 66 out of my account, I thought not too bad. Now June 7 I see another $99 was withdrawn. I tried going through PayPal but they referred me back to you with a phone number, which never got answered. I deleted the app June 9 and have been trying to get a refund since. It was only a good and activity logging app which I already was doing. In almost a year I lost 2 pounds and the app kept saying way to go, you are on track

They keep taking money from my Paypal
I opted to try their TRIAL membership. Of which I never did figure out how to access it. Then 6 months later they charged my PayPal again! They refuse to refund the money. I only asked for the last charge back and figured I was just out the trial money. But unless you are very computer savey and especially good at using apps I would not join. Most of what they offer can be found for free at much easier to understand places.

Not only did I never figure out how to use their program that is not friendly to desktop uses. Plus you are not just paying for a TRIAL membership, you are apparently agreeing to let them automatically renew you indefinitely. 6 months later they took $99 out of my PayPal! They told PayPal it was a preapproved payment!

Auto renewal
I purchased to try and found it to be a poor program. Not curtailed to you at all, just a pre-planned diet and exercise program. I never used it. a year later i was billed for a renewal that I never agreed to. No way to contact them, have to try to deal with Paypal to get my money back.
