Didn't receive hair I purchased this is a first it was 2 wigs
I purchased two separate Wigs about three weeks ago and have not received them yet. This has never happened before I always get my hair in a matter of a couple of days, so can someone track my hair or let me know whats going on

I have placed an order Friday, as advised on their site if the order is placed before 9:30AM it should be shipped same day. I paid an additional $20 for express shipping & my order has yet to be shipped. I have emailed, dmd, and left comments wanting information about my order but there has been no response but they are posting on their page? They took my money with ease but there is no decency for a response regarding peoples orders.
