Had to buy a new computer and when I logged in my level 46 base was level 2 I need my base back I didn't change anything and I can't get back to my level 46 base I need help I don't know how to get it back

Pending Litigation
At this time I would like to request a refund for the monies spent on this gaming platform because of no receipt of rewards promised in the game. I have now sent in 17 requests in the past few weeks for issues with the game and your customer service is closing the tickets without any explanation or assistance. The have requested screen shots of tests and I have provided them and then, your customer service rep Yvette, merges the ticket with another ticket that had nothing to do with it and closes it. Your customer service refuses to help and closes tickets and will not provide any explanation or even confirm that I did or didn't receive the items. This has been done on over 25 tickets sent in.This is a fraud be perpetuated against me and many other players on the gaming platform and I am in the process of setting up a filing date with a corporate law attorney to address this fraud in the way of a Class Action Lawsuit. I have filed complaints with the BBB and with the FTC and FCC and I will be following up on those in the coming weeks. If you wish to address this before and settle this amicably I would like to do so. I would also like to request at this time to preserve all documents in your company or contractors that have dealt with Customer Service, previous litigation, in house communications or communications to include emails, texts, calls and any other form of messaging, any developers or programming issues to deal with any complaint of fixes, Training or any provided to your employees, You companies chief Management group to include the CEO or President, COO, CTO, CSO, CPO, CFO their information and contact information, any other investor in the company. I would like to get your General Counsels information to forward to my counsel and have them deal directly with him. I have tried not almost 100 times to have my issues addressed and they are the same issues that are being disregarded by your customer service agents. I look forward to your response.

Kixeye Stealing from my account
They came into my account and got rid of the gold I had in my inventory. Claiming that there is no way I obtained it naturally even though I got the gold as compensation from one of their support representatives. They had a furnace event and messed it up by forgetting to take off some of the things we could burn to make resources. They came in and took everything that we gained from burning. After a lot of people quit their game they then decided to give some stuff back which they did. Many people asked for way more stuff than they had taken and most where giving whatever they asked for. I asked for the exact amount of stuff that was taken and they gave it to me. Fast forward to now months down the road they log into my account and take the gold I was given back stating that after review they had came to the conclusion that I had way more gold than I could have naturally gained. Meaning through events and buying in the shop using real money. They take from me but there are many players with maxed resources and trillions of troops that without a doubt actually abused the furnace compensation. I have attached pictures from other players resource counts that they got and still have.

I am not pissed off and I do not have any problems. I would just love to see battle pirates come to mobile like war commander did. It would be nice to have the old naval warfare game come to mobile but instead have hull clases like Vega conflict does. I always have my phone on me and my computer is always at home. I really miss playing battle pirates but its hard when Im not home that often due to work.

Halo I delete my account in the game Rogue assault and my ID is. (b325e0dac7229b80) its my ID I delete my account because I have another account but the application doesnt work the application give me the not that I have a problem or error the error code:9. And the notification says. yor account is in the process of being deleted. Help me please I wont the application work.

I was chat banned for no reason; The person who sent the ticket lied. When I tried to explain, they would not let me. I wasn't even on the game when this was supposed to had happened. They cuss at us all the time, but kixey won't do anything to them. This is just some of the screenshots I took. The Screenshots of where I put money on the game are just a few it's like 60 Screenshots.

They banned my game chat due to someone telling them I was cussing at them, which I do not cuss. I am a pastor and don't talk that way. I wasn't even on the game when this was supposed to happen, All I know when I logged in the next day, I was chat banned. When I asked support why I was banned, that when they told me that I was cussing in game chat. I tried to explain that I was not on the game, but they did not what to hear it. They said that the banned stayed. I don't understand how you can be banned for something, and you weren't even on the game, and nobody was on my account because they do not know my password. I am very upset about this because I have put money into the game and not able to chat with my clan is useless. They had done another player the same way, and he is permanently banned also. But this person who said that I had cussed in chat does worse, and I will send screenshots of some of the things he's saying. The receipts are just a few, there are like 100 receipts where I have put money into this game.

KIXEYE used to give you the ability to logout/signout a session, this is nolonger. For security I'd like to have it back.

Sick of the fraud
Have copied bases that are impossible for me to beat even though I am maxed. I am the highest level in the game. Am banned for speaking the truth about fraud. People use apps to cheat and *** away. Ive spent real money only for my base to be worthless because of the cheats. This company needs to be checked out for fraud! Customer service? Hahawhat a joke. I cant even post videos of the fraud I deal with because kixeye banned me from speaking in game or servers

sick of being screwed over by you guys , holdout just finished and it said 2 days to spend xp and came back on tonight to spend my xp and its gone so infact you only gave 24 hrs to spend it, i made sure it said 2 days as this has happened before 3 times 1 was my fault the 2 was down to you kixeye and this one, 70.4 mil xp down the toilet and 50 mil on my daughters account and you wonder why people are leaving this game i'm about done with this game give the xp back or shove the game where the sun don't shine

I have been discriminated against by kixeye employees kaylee, logan, drake. At directly employees taffy and josh porter. For almost 4 months i have had kaylee merging tickets instead of fixing the omega fighter company unit in the workshop as i asked. Logan told me he went into my acccount and did something (which was strange as logan is just customer service amd NOT GOOD CUSTER SERVICE), since then my unit has not done what everyone elses does. The unit that i have dies immediately and i can go to youtube and see how everyone else's unit is doing exactly what it should, while mine has been stripped of everything by someone at kixeye. Lastly i have a stlalker on warcommander and someone at kixeye removed the block feature and refuse to block the player whom is cyberstalking me because he is lame enough to spend $1000 a month on a down trodden game.
