Subscription issue

Didn't get KiwiBox. Representative explained that there was a slight delay. Excellent customer service. Problem resolved.

You will know when you answer the phone

Customer service was great on the phone and was helpful beyond expectation. The issue I have is that it is painful to actually access the phone number to speak to a human being. Communication with a chat bot is a sorry excuse for customer service!!

Renew subscription please

My grandson wants to be put back on the Kiwi mailing list. He used to be a recipient. Then he lost interest but has since regained his desire for his own crates. His sister, Nilu Nazari still receive ls her crates regularly at Barton Court, Anaheim, Ca

I am being billed for another six months which I did not place an order.

I only place an order for six months and KiwiCo automatically billed me for another six months. I never placed any additional orders. Please I want it to be cancelled. Thank you.

I have asked on more than one occasion to cancel this I contacted and spoke with somebody in person at your company and it was canceled and now you’re *** billed me for $35 again cancel this order

Wonderful product shady sales practices, in mu opinion.. Deliberately geared to be impossible to stop or change shipments. In my opinion.

After many emails cancelling my subscription they ginally sent an email daying they would cancel. Then I received an rmail saying they would automatically renew it. I am contemplating a suit. Their bpxed are great, but I feel angry and helpless as I am a senior with limited online skills. No phone number no business address to write to. Don't starr don't deal with these people.

Horrible customer service

They fraudulently charged my credit card for renewal in ADVANCE of the renewal date! The website is set up to not allow you to cancel.

The website does not provide any means to contact the company directly. If you need assistance, the website takes you to a FAQs page, which is a perpetual circle. The company's product is wonderful, but customer service is beyond frustrating. KiwiCO.com: DO BETTER!

Have had bad experience dealing with them

Just received simple information has been a hassle.Any enquiries I have had about my trips they haven't been able to resolve it or give me simple answers.

Crap Customer Service

After trying to get a telephone number to contact customer support on their website, there was no information to contact them. Why not just list it on your site? Finally found a phone number on google. Been waiting over 21 days for my crate to be delivered. Tracking has not updated in 2 weeks and they keep insisting it will be delivered. Asked them to ship a new crate and expedite delivery, and they could not honor that, have to wait another 10 business days for a new crate. Asked to cancel subscription and they were fine to proceed. Customer retention means nothing to them...

Difficult to cancel subcriptions and no phone number to contact with a billing question.

I received an email that I need to renew or cancel. I cancelled online and was charged again for crates. Two charges on one day with no explanation of those charges. No way to phone and talk to a person.

Problems cancelling and changing address

I have tried repeatedly to change address and then cancel subscription for Rio Griffin. Period. A new kit was just sent to a wrong address. I cant reach a person to talk to this problem is causing stress during a divorce settlement. Please help we love the kids, but this is too much of a hassle Sally Griffin, 330-466-****. Help help help

Billing

Ordered first crate on 11/28. Received it on 12/12. 12/15 I was billed again! I contacted kiwi through chat and was told that since I ordered on the 28th, that was considered my November box. They had to wait 14 days (per their policy) to charge me for my December box. But they assured me that my January box would be charged on time in early January. There wasnt any mention of this billing policy when I bought the one month crate. They dont alert you when youre being charged. Having never used kiwi before, I had no idea I would be charged so quickly. Who would assume a charge would happen 3 days after receiving the first one? If I continued with my subscription, I would have 3 charged in a 5 week period between late November and early January. I canceled after the second charge, and now theres no indication in my account that a crate has been shipped, and of course no refund. Beware of this companys deceptive billing practices.

Terrible customer service

Can't contact ANYONE. Item which is a gift is stuck at a UPS center and NO ONE can help me. No one has emailed me back. Found one phone number to call and it routes you back to the start of the answering service prompt. Complete *** I did hear you can also email support@***.com for help...so I did that and I got a return email. They state this: Our Customer Care team is here to support you 7-days a week via email, phone, and chat. THERE IS NO EMAIL, PHONE, or CHAT on the site. Just stay away from this company.
