Postpone flight
Very nice that Kiwi kept updating the flight status even though with a delay flight. My son's flight was delayed from Winnipeg to Vancouver then Vancouver connect to Las Vegas, in which my son will not able to make. However, the representative at the counter was kindly re-arranged my son's flight from Winnipeg straight to Las Vegas. Turned out his whole entire journey was awsome.

Trying to find a ticket
No one on the phone to assist, nor the website works. Tried to chat with an agent, they send me to computer support and they are charging to fix the computer not assisting with the web issue!!! My computer has no issue it is the website

Can't get a human on phone or emails sent for refund
This is my 5themail address to attempt to get my refund. When I did the trial it said 9.95 for 3 days but it charged me the first day. I cancelled the trial and still no refund or contact with any human at customer service. My email and I'd is jamie_willis31@***.com. 762212**** is phone number. I also have all screenshots of calling and sitting on hold and never being spoken to. After 40 minutes it makes you leave a message. The emails to contact them all come back no domain. I'm lost for words and very aggravated. They took out 90 bucks within minutes instead of it being a 3 day trial. Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android
