Booking confirmation

I booked the ticket from this airlines but the pnr is not shown in the airlines website. Not only me,there are so many in the airport who booked from kiwi are unable to get there boarding ticket.

I changed my mind concerning kiwi credit

The booking number is 383 38* ***. I received a refund email yesterday. I think I made the wrong choice. The proposal was not entirely clear to me - I was under the influence of a drug that I took for good sleep. I want to change my mind. I don't want a credit from kiwi. I just want to return the entire amount of 1100 euros to my bank account or credit card. I want my money back and NEVER order anything with kiwi.

I bought a ticket by mistake from two agencies for the same flight . They refused to even entertain the idea of giving me a refund. Just stole my money. Never use them again. Occasionally with technology you click the wrong button. I was in a hurry to get back to my wife her was in a respite home. My flight was suddenly cancelled and I had to get another flight immediately. I was just investigating and thought I had cancelled. So Kiwi has $336 of my money for doing nothing.

I booked the flight from this site at the last moment in very emergency , and it was the worst experience ..they didn't provide PNR no, I was keep on asking , called multiple times to the customer care number for the PNR no. because I was at the airport. They didn't provide , they just said working on it .it was more than 2 hours , then at the end , after multiple trial.. when I didn't get the help.. 1 hr before boarding I asked to cancel, because I booked another one... as it was really urgent to reached to the destination,, after booking from other airlines , this site provided the PNR no. That was ridiculous , And didn't refund ...my full amount of 350 aud $ . I asked them to deduct your cancellation fees ,at-least return the remaining amount 350 dollar is not less amount , the worst service , e epeeo ne I ever had, I won't recommend any customer to book from this site.

Poor Customer Service

Bought tickets around early March, round trip to Brazil. Been inquiring since April to change my return flight to El Salvador from where I would later buy a return ticket back to Cali. Unfortunately, the first attempt, no tickets where found through the customer service chat despite me finding a few flights through a search of my own. But there was no way of me altering the return flight on my own despite several well formulated attempts to do so. This caused me to depend solely on the customer service chat which was inconsistent and unreliable since ever reply was sent from a different agent. It was as if no singular employee saw the issue through to its resolution. I continued my attempts in the chat from April until June, and a few days into my trip hoping I could get something in time for my departure. I was told to wait for a reply back from CS with further instruction but nothing came through the in app inbox. According to them, I received communication requesting additional information. Which I did not receive and seemed unnecessary since all information had remained the same and was given on previous occasions and still clearly visible in my own chat. Long story short, I was given the run around to a very simple request I knew was possible to complete. It was clear there was incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction. I did everything on my part to request changes promptly but Kiwi did not deliver in this aspect. And I only successfully got a hold of them on the phone once and that was a whole other level of incompetence because I was ultimately redirected back to the in app CS chat. Wish I could receive credit for the time wasted and forcefully altered plans on my behalf. Other than that, I was happy with seating and my trip.

Issues with flight and it’s taking forever for refund

My son and my aunt booked a flight online and recieved itinerary however when printing tickets to board my son date of birth on itinerary did not match ticket birthday so he was denied boarding on Fathers Day at that so I called to request refund and been getting run around and after providing proof of my Son or aint did not board plane I was giving half refund instead of my full amount and also I wanted some type of compensation for the inconvenience and Ive been told no

Problem with my flight ticket

I buyed 2 tickets by them for the same flight Both canceled,the operator cancelled the flights!i payed 390 euro,No refund till Now..i called them and they Said i can choose an alternative flight 3rd ticket that i have to pay also!so to fly i had to pay 3 tickets!first 160euro,second 230 euro and third 305 euro!i called they couldnt help!as an apologize they offer 80 euro credits that i didnt received either because they Say i refused them,never happend!so Now i wait for a refund fir the first 2 tickets that the flight Was cancel!they Said they will inform me by email,i didnt receive Any email about the issue!

Got 1/4 of the refund they told me to ask for

We booked multiple cities flight with kiwi for our wedding and honeymoon overseas. Me got an email from kiwi saying that our last flight changed and we would lose a day in our trip which we didnt want. We called several times to kiwi to try to fix the issue and book a flight in the next day and not the prior day from our first booking. They said they couldnt do it as the system only give you the options that appeared in the email and all of them were to come back one day before. Plus all those options we would have to pay around 600 AUD more. So we would lose a day and pay more for that. Kiwi then told us that our best option would be to ask for a refund because since they changed our tickets and we didnt agree we would get the full amount and buy new tickets as because we bought multiple cities trip it was all linked in one booking. So we did that. Exactly as Kiwi told us to do. We asked for the full refund and bought new tickets with the right dates we needed. Than after all that Kiwi told us is it was up to the flight companies to give us the refund back and that Jetstar wont give us the money back so in the end we only got back 1/4 of the full trip??? How come this was the best option Kiwi? Please tell me cause I cant see here. Why on earth would i prefer to lose 6200AUD than 600AUD with the new flight? Kiwi doesnt care at all for there customers and is giving us bad advice and we need to pay for that? We want the full refund and we want it now! Enough of tricks!

ISSUE

HI GOOD MORNING This is the one who writes DOUGLAS AIRES DE OLIVEIRA ITALIAN PASSPORT WITH NUMBER YB159**** expiry date 4 July 2027 on the 4th of april 2023 i was starting my holiday journey i made my order to KIWI.com with tickets from london LHR to india MUMBAI and transfer from MUMBAI to PHUKET thailand two days in advance I did my double check with visa, documents and the need for tests for covid if I could travel in peace upon arrival at the INDIA air service desk there I was surprised that I could not travel for visa reasons, since I was the one who, according to the protocol of the company KIWI.com, guided me, I was completely within my rights to be able to continue the trip The surprise was that I couldn't travel because on this journey to Mumbai at the same airport I would have to change aircraft as it was from another company INDIGO They told me that unfortunately because of this incident, I would still be able to continue the trip, only if I had a ticket to Phuket with the same company as them. that's when I called the office of the company kiwi.com in the United States and after a conversation with a lady who only knew how to say that it's not our problem and there's nothing I can do, saying that the ticket exchange would have to be done in 48 hours in advance I was in despair for not understanding what I could do, I ended up being a little rude with the attendant asking to talk to one of her managers and the only option she gave me unfortunately I can't make you talk to anyone within 4 hours some kiwi company office will contact you however in 4 hours I would have missed my flight with INDIA AIR and the flights of other companies to thailand would fly at the same time 12:30 I called kiwi again I talked to a guy he was more attentive he tried to help me but he couldn't do it nothing but giving me a more positive answer between 1 hour someone will call you back when kiwi got back to me i had already missed my flight to india and i would automatically miss 2 days of my stay at a 5* resort in phuket I, at my disposal, bought a plane ticket for 20:00 pm on the same day, April 4th, to Phuket with a stop in Dubai, arriving only at 21:00 pm on the 5th, thus making me lose my day at the hotel I wrote to the hotel staff explaining my missed flight situation fly emirates charged me £780 for this flight it was a physical and mental wear of a lot of dissatisfaction with the kiwi company for not detailing that on this flight to india when changing companies i would need a visa there was no note anywhere saying that by changing companies I would need any extra documents in my hands that would be the reason for my complaint and I would really like them to be more tolerable to the consent of their users and passengers douglas aires de oliveira thank you very much

Fraud by Kiwi.com

We were cheated badly by Kiwi.com On January 4th 2023, we booked our tickets from Cebu to Boracay through Kiwi.com for two people. After the booking we saw several mistake on the ticket: 1. Name was having wrong spelling 2. The source and destination was reversed We were amazed and tried to check how it's possible, we took a video of the process of booking online on their page and saw that at the last page of payment, the source and destination is getting changed. We canceled the ticket immediately. It was a non refundable one. But as it was Kiwi s interface issues, we called Kiwi.com and told them it was their mistake. We called the customer care, which is worst, they do not have a dedicated customer care. However after several calls, they agreed to give us a new ticket for two passengers with correct source (cebu) and destination (Boracay) - two way return. On 7th Jan 2023, they sent us the second ticket: the ticket had the same mistake. Again we started making calls to them saying the same , it's wrong source and destination. After that they never helped or refunded us the money. For the whole mistake of their. We are extremely missed and never will purchase from kiwi.com . They are the worst experience You can check the PDF for reference: 1. In the first ticket: name & source and destination is wrong - we told them to change the name from deblinaa to deblina ( with a single a ) 2. In the second ticket, which they sent after correct, only they changed the name from deblinaa to deblina ( with single a ) and not the source and destination ( source and destination was still wrongly sent

Kiwi changed my departure date on their end. 5 days of horrible ROBOT answers

Kiwi changed my Dec 24, 2022 request travel date to December 30 2022. There was a horrifiic snowstorm and I tried For 9 hours to get a new flight. I was ecstatic to see I got one and booked it. They t their end(after they took my money). Then they send me an email that I got what I asked for. After 9 minutes I realized the date was changed from Dec 24 to Dec 30 departure. I called, sent screenshots, wrote emails for 5 days. I showed them I was accepted on Dec 24 on standby with my boarding pass. No response except that I booked it and dont take their guarantee. They offered me to change my flight (to March 2023) for $1,000 additional money. I have dealt with Skyscanner and they were fabulous! Somehow when I checked Skyscanner I was connected (interrupted) to Kiwi. Im so upset; Im a registered nurse still working at 67 years. I was trying to join my children for Christmas.

About cancelling a refund

This is a scam, one big scam. I chose a date of 9 January 2023 for my tickets and did payments. However, the receipt comes with date of 22 January 2023 as the flight date. Then 9 January 2023 is conveniently put as 'due date for payment. Upon trying to change to my required date withing 10 minutes of payment they were charging me even more. On trying to cancel they refunded me R180 after I had paid more than R64 000. This is one BIG SCAM!
