I just booked a flight

I booked a flight for 6 people that saved me lots of money. It did take a while to get the itinerary (12 hours) but i recieved them and thwy are legit. I confirmed using the jetblue confirmation and chose my seats. So this isnt bad, at least not for me

I have an email for a refund and you reversed my refund. Causing an overdraft while I was at work without internet connectivity so I couldnt deposit more money. Edit after response:You definitely reversed my refund. It WAS there then it was reversed so it isnt there

Change the date of the flight

Hi, I have a flight on 18/07 from Israel to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. The booking number is LAPJJ8A2. I need to change the flight date to 29/07. I had a problem with my passport, I received a visa to the USA, so I will receive my passport only in two weeks. I can't fly without a passport. Waiting for an answer from you as soon as possible. Tiket Upgrade

No answer. No help at al! We are traveling with a child and tryed to upgrade the flight. I hang on the phone 50 minutes to get anybody. The only answer: write a email.

Will not give me a refund

My flight was cancelled and was told by this agency to request a refund. I was also told by the airline that the refund was already been issued to this company. The agency claims they are waiting for authorization from the airline but its been almost a month and the airline already let me know they have sent the refund. Kiss and fly just keeps telling me they are waiting for authorization which is crazy to me since the airline told me they sent the money weeks ago. This company is a scam. Please stay far away!

I did not receive the full amount, they only sent less than half.It was a scam from the beginning.

This company is highly questionable and should be avoided. Positive comments should be viewed skeptically as they may be fabricated. Numerous reviews, YouTube channels, and social media platforms indicate that this operation is a scam. They entice customers with cheap prices but provide fake codes, cancel flights without valid reasons, refuse refunds, and exhibit poor customer service. I have received only a partial refund after months of waiting, and they have failed to address other issues such as incorrect billing and unreimbursed luggage fees. I have reported their actions to airlines, agencies, and authorities to raise awareness. It is crucial to exercise caution and research thoroughly before engaging with this company. The bill was 973, they changed it out of nowhere. I received a refund of almost 430 $ although I asked for a full refund since it was their mistake for canceling one of my flights. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

They are a total scam. They do not let you cancel a flight even if you provide all the documents they ask for-- totally pointless

You guys suck an need improvement

I made a reservation for flight couple days later I receive a email saying I have no flight two days before my flight leaves. I can make a new reservation and they would transfer my funds to the new tickets and if I couldnt find one Id have to wait days to get my refund and certain things that were purchased with the ticket like insurance. I do not get those money back thats *** ridiculous.

Problem needs to be resolved

To whom it may concern, Hello kind miss/sir, if you could help me solve this issue, that would be great and I will highly appreciate it. I booked my tickets through your company to travel with my family to Europe, however, my grandmother get sick and we figured its best to cancel our tickets and get a full refund, or at least close to a full refund. If I wasnt going to get a proper refund amount, I would want to keep my tickets and we will travel. What happened was that they canceled my tickets and gave me $20 refund per person while I paid thousands of dollars for this trip and tickets. Thats not what I requested at all or confirmed. So, since you cannot give me a proper refund of at least 50% of the amount I paid or more, then I would like you to keep my original tickets booked. My mother and I are able to travel and utilize these tickets. I do not plan to waste my money and my tickets. I do not want this refund amount that you offered ($63), and I did not confirm it. That is nothing compared to the amount I paid. In the future, it would be better to tell your customers the amount calculated after you find out and then get a confirmation from your customers before you cancel the tickets. Heres my booking number: DQESSHW8 Again, I want to make it clear that I only requested this because I wanted to get my money back. We are able to fly, and we will fly since we are unable to get our money back. But we dont want to cancel them for no reason just like that. my grandmother is the only one who might not fly, but the rest of my family will travel. Especially that we werent able to get our money back. So my request is that I either get a better refund amount back or you keep my original tickets booked so we can travel and use them. On 10/01/2022, my flight number FLH6V434 was canceled for bad weather, and I had to buy a different ticket. I did ask for a refund and supplied all the information at that time to kiss and flu. Now we are 04/02/2023, and still showing as being processed, and customer service, after 7 calls not willing to help. It has been 6 months since a refund on a ticket that the airline canceled. Remember that this flight was canceled while we were driving, and our hotel's car rentals were all booked. They sent an email at 03:53 am on the morning of the flight. Luckily I checked my emails, but as I said earlier, we had hotels and car rentals booked, so we had to find another flight quickly on our own even to make it there

Bad customer service/No direct answers/No refunds/Scam

I searched through MOMONDO and I booked a ticket containing 4 flights, and after a couple of weeks, I got an email that one of the airlines had canceled their flight, and their substitution was a flight after 2 days. I kept sending emails that this is not acceptable, you ruined my whole flight, and they kept arguing and giving different answers. Then, when I said I want to cancel everything, I received an answer in a couple of days that they will fine me for the canceled tickets, and they will also take a service fee for each flight ($90x4). So in the end I will receive almost $232 out of $972. I did not accept that, and I made another request for just the canceled flight to be refunded, that was over a month ago, and they keep replying that they are waiting for a reply from the airline and that they are following my case. I also told them that I have my visa rejected (which is one of their refund rules, that I can have a full refund if it was rejected) The flight is scheduled after 2 weeks, and I am sure that after that their answer will be that I can not have the refund back because I passed the time. Their whole process was full of delays, and every time I get different help staff with the same email but signed with a different name. First I got a reply in a couple of days, and now over a month no reply at all! In addition, when asking about the itinerary tickets they sent me different from the one I received by email (when I booked it, I paid an extra $300 for luggage) they did not mention even when I asked them about it, they change the subject. And when confronted regarding the discrepancy between my downloaded tickets and the tickets received from one of the help staff, they did not answer. I hope this review helps others not to book through this agency and to avoid losing money, time, and effort.
