I paid but my order seems like it doesn't count
I paid a game then checked my inventory and it wasn't there. The purchase even result in my credit card but still on your website it doesn't appear. I tried to reload the page many times but it still won't work, my game is still on my cart, even though my credit card says the opposite.

Paid and did my command got canceled
So, i have bought a game with them it was 70 that i paid in BTC and when my paiment got verified my order got canceled, so i did not got any product, i have contacted the support and have no responses since 72H it's a shame, the website say that their customer service is a 24/7 but seems to be a lie. Also their bot is so useless the only thing it do is to make you create a ticket.

Unauthorized transactions
You have charged my card without my permission. You took all my money which is for bills . Either return my money or I will have my lawyer contact you. If I don't see a refund in 24 hrs expect to hear from authorities and my lawyer.
