I have numerous unauthorized charges. I even stopped making charges and canceled the card associated with candy crush and soda crush. I still get charges and they get debied

I need to get this resolved or will have to take other actions. I was charged for 12 purchases on July 31. How can that be if in July I made 24 purchases and paid for all of them. There are other dates but too long to explain. Would like to talk to someone. Is that possible? August 5 there were 4 charges and only 1 of them made by me. August 2 there were 3 charges which I did not make because I canceled my credit card. My last purchase was August 5 and I cannot make any future purchases because I no longer trust candy crush. I have been playing for years and never had this problem.

I am only getting the standard email no one is fixing my problem is I’ve been months and I’m losing gold bars on candy royale

I have written five letters or more through email and Im only getting the standard reply. My game has not been fixed my issue is with candy Royale its not giving me the gold bars at all and Ive lost hundreds of gold coins because of it although Im still playing the game I am very irritated that this issue has not been handled

Worst customer care service ever!!!

First of all I'm the player who lost in lakhs in this game!! And not only the money I lost many things because of this scamming game. So now It's been 3 days I've deposited money it got debited from my account but it's not credited on the id and I sent them screenshot also but this cheap people just joining the conversation asking for username and registered mobile number telling me to wait and leaving the conversation and it's been 8 times they're joining asking the same details and leaving the conversation!!! And still my money is not credited on my id

King have no concept of customer service

King keep changing the layout and features in their Candy Crush Game. Fair play, things change but they have now changed how the screen is displayed, and there are a few hundred thousand of players that cant even SEE the screen because it is so tiny. I have read so many complaints from dissatisfied players, yet King have not addressed one single complaint posted on their website. They take peoples money and don't give a damn when things go wrong. Personally they have not had 1 penny out of me in all the years I have been playing, as I refuse to line the pockets of these people.

Purchases I didn't request or receive

I need to talk to an individual. Never get problem solved with this type of communication. I have been charged for extra small offers that I didn't purchase or receive. I told King I wasn't going to play anymore because they take money for purchases not purchased. I was charged On 6/9, 6/11 & 6/19 and I wasn't even playing new games on those dates I use to play all the time and have to wait for more games. Don't take money from our accounts I didn't purchase! Thats stealing

You keep turning My game off in the middle of a level and I just lost all five boosters cause I run over your little pissant piece of *** algorithm look me up on the best player in the game quit ***

Game just blinks off in the middle of a round I lose every booster have to sign back in all five of my boosters are gone because I dont spend any money cause I beat the *** out of your little weak *** game

I competed in the All Stars I passed the first level and had no problems I went to the second link to try to get out and got stuck because my lives were taken and Frozen and my in-apps purchases were frozen so then I actually qualified for the first wild card competition one that again I get locked out of my lives and my ability to make in that purchases and this calls me to lose my ability to be there. That is cheating

Bot player

Hello, im paeticipating in the ALL STARS tournament. I had a 700k lead over the screen name Bedri and in less than 24 hours he was able to catch up and pass me to be in 1st place. I played for 15 hours straight with multiple boosters and continues, so my purple hearts would stay multiplied. I started taking screen shots because it seems like he is using 3rd party software to win. Just wanted someone to look at his account. And there is a duplicate account with the same name but a different profile picture in another game.
