Need title for moped

I just need to know how to get my title so I can get it legal we tried to fill out the form and it says that the company needs to update their format so we can get the title sent

Bad service

i purchased a 150cc scooter from them, only to find out they dont ship to my area of new york. i asked them to refund my cc. 14 days later and they still have not done it.

Horrible Experience !

Horrible customer service! Received moped that they put together before shipping and it did not run. They do not answer emails because they dont want responses in writing. They try to push the time until warranty is expired. If they answer the phone, still no resolution! Jim, the salesman said, have you taken it to a mechanic ? I said, NO! Its brand new! He was extremely disrespectful and not helpful. They have been in small claims court for issues before and all their positive reviews are old and in my opinion probably fake! I paid $1500.00 for moped and shipping with no refund/return in sight! DO NOT make a purchase from them! I repeat DO NOT buy a bike here! I believe a fraudulent company! Just taking peoples money!

Bad Business Tactics

BEWARE .. SHADY Biz Tactics at KMS BEWARE ... I ordered a scooter online and it included free shipping. I was on the phone a few times before ordering with Gil from the sales dept., he insisted they do not offer free shipping for this item, I felt more comfortable ordering via phone than online...so, I pressed the online order and it kept coming up "free shipping" so I submitted the order. It went through, I received a confirmation number, etc. ... so just to feel 100% about this, I called Gil back and told him about the order, verified the confirmation number and he said, "...great for you, that's a valid KMS order, etc....". 15 MINUTES LATER, I get an email cancelling my order stating there was a "BILLING ERROR"...I called and Matt said, yes, sorry, our bad but we don't offer free shipping ... and then pretty much hung up on me ... DO NOT ORDER from this company ...oh, and my money will be returned in "about 7 days" ... but they sure accepted it instantly ... BUYER BEWARE on this place.

COMPANY IS A RIPOFF DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

bought a 125d for my son and he has only been able to ride it 3 times before the motor stoped running! the company is saying they will not honor there warranty!!! work experience ever!!! do not BUY ANYTHING FROME THEM!!!! I have all the emails to prove my case!! they are total scam artist.

Terrible, terrible, terrible, stay away

In January 2020, we purchased two TaoTao four wheelers, for our grandsons, from Killer Motorsports. One four wheeler doesn't have as many problems as the other one. We have contacted Killer Motorsports requesting parts to repair the "lemon" as it was still under warranty. At first, the communication via emails was great. As of today, we no longer have communication with Killer Motorsports. These are inexpensive four wheelers. Unfortunately the four wheelers reflect the lower price. There isn't any end to the problems. We are talking a new carburetor because the machine stops running. Dealing with stripped screws, broken brackets, broken chain tightener bracket, and the list goes on. It is "down" more times than not.

Still havent gotten my kid bike

I order my kid bike on july 2nd havent heard anything from nobody dont oreder nothing from killer motor sports thyre jus here to rob you bad service buy from amazon

Liars and thieves

Ordered go-kart it said was in stock. Heard nothing for weeks, then emailed several times. Finally got reply that they were out of stock and a refund would be issued. No refund, had to file dispute with my credit card company.

Purchased Items but did not receive

I purchased two pit bikes for my boys (DB14 and DB24) totaling $1,398.00. During my 3 weeks of waiting, I never received any phone calls or emails regarding my purchase. Although I have made several attempts to call and email this company, I have not received any feedback. This is absolutely ridiculous, I have my 12-year-old and 9 year old waiting for their bikes and yet this company can't even give the respect to update us. My boys decided to sell their Honda crf50 privately in order to pay for the two bikes which they did, and in returned we were robbed of our funds just like everyone else who has written a review. I have contacted my bank and also my legal team and will be pursuing and investigation. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY PLEASE! Save yourself the headache.

Haven't received a shipping number after the 3 to 4 business days

Its been almost a week since I ordered from killermotorsports and they told me over the phone my order was gonna be shipped out on the 3rd business day and i still haven't received a shipping number i been trying to call back and emailed them a few times and left messages on the number they have and still no response back all I want is some information on my order and why it's not being shipped yet

Customer service sucks

Kind of can't give a review because they never answered the phone, twice I called them and twice I got the same result I've been putting up with this since I purchase the item in April of this year. And it's all about warranty for the item that I purchased.

Defective product

Does not start correctly does not stay running keeps dieing refused to exchange because I tested it and that's how I found out it does not run ask for tech help and they did not know how to fix it. That's sad a very poor customer service faulty products

Im not getting a repsones about my sons dirt bike and now your rebuild the place a so what does that has to do with the dirt bike I m waiting for it and its going on a month already

Ive been calling and emailing you people about my sons pit dirt bike its a coolster 125cc mad max pit dirt bike pruduct item number 4277 I think the color of the bike is red and has the red wheels . I just want to know is it on its way to Albany New York its been to long so if not or its going to take to much time to get here I need my momey back so I can get him something else to ride .
