Bad customer service and overpriced
Their parts are overpriced, their customer service sucks, they are very rude, they never answer emails, half the time they don't have parts in stock, but they are "the manufacturers" and they hardly ever answer the phone.

Wow!!!
I have owned my 07 for years. Found it in a barn with no paperwork and still did better than most of you. Do your research!!! Think of it as a kit bike or home built bike. I have changed many parts including the motor and never talked to the company. Even love I can pull it apart ever couple years and repaint it myself. Had some tough *** bikers love it and offer good money for it. Mostly goldwing and new Harley owner with no thought or imagination in their head that complain. It is a true "scooter" you pansies!!!! Love mine and ride the *** out of it LEGALLY!!! It gets more looks than my 66 Chevy! You want street legal out the box then go to the dealer.... You want a fun tinker toy...here you go.

Been waiting for over 2 weeks for a pull start for my mini bike ...still have not recieved... I have called multipul times ...they have no explanation or tracking number that they can provide me with..thos place is a joke and i will never order from them again!

Absolutely worthless in everyway possible
Overpriced, Overrated, 0 support, Sketchy as it gets, Buyer beware! Look pretty cool though.... The bobber crazy is dead, these chinese knock offs of harleys are nothing more than props for a store front, cheap advertising at best, If you plan to use these as actual transportation....good luck and youve been warned, Like a cheap pit bike only worse. I always liked the idea of an affordable kit motorcycle, but the designer, importer, Kelly kikkert is a huge disappointment, will beat you down, block you, humilate you if you inquire about shipping times, waranty information, dot registration, parts availablity, or any other common problem that comes up... You get a pile of cheap chinese pit bike parts for $2500.....yep Im glad there is little to no activity with company any longer, many tried to keep it alive, nit sure why, Thankfully karma and the powers thay be have smash the buzz that was kikker 5150 like a bug.....

Who ever answers their phone can not be bothered with any questions. And for goodness sakes don't mention your looking at other (legit) companies. ... see (Cleveland Cycle Works )... anyway. No respect for bidniz.. no respect for clients/customers. ..and generally a pos product that once you own ya can't even Title in ones state .. please go/shop elsewhere

I purchased a kikker in sequim wash,the seller informed me he obtained it from the original purchase,but the mso never came in the mail, I called the company and the company informed me that it was stolen.

I dont doubt these kikker dealers have a profit margin...I have no doubt if you ride any motorcycle without a shop and mechanic, it is a "deathtrap"...but for me mindset is everything...if you can't work on the entirebike in your garage then uyes...your rhythms have gone out of sync. With the highway...the bike...perhaps yourself...2000 grand for a cool little knock...is not to dad a deal...provided your ready to massage and care for the lighter framed small cc asphalt conveyance...don't ride anything that comes in a box without a shop that's ready to make your craft seaworthy

Without a doubt worst web site to order parts from. Can't log in with out constantly having the site not recognize my password or my username. Then the unending run around in recreating passwords 5 and 6 times. The site claims you have successfully downloaded your new password . And then it completely fails to except the new password time and time again. Why is this necessary? If I didn't have to register into my existing customers account. I would not keep running into this roadblock. As a new costumer each time an existing password and username is not part of the perchancing prossess. And so the fact that the site fails to recognize a password or username would not be problematic. The fact that I have used the site in the past should and would no longer be an impedance to it's intended function. That of ordering and payment for parts. When I was a new costumer and not suject to the failures of a poorly designed website was the only time the transactions went smoothly . This would not be a factor in the future. Ordered tank , fender and 2 new rims over 2 years ago shipped my rims to the wrong address and never shipped my tank, the fender was suppose to be flat black, came glossy .. so basically the whole order was screwed up wth is with this joint... are these guys crooks or just *** . My advice if you wanna ride these boogers a bit is tighten up everything on this bike regularly, and change the bolts and screws out yourself... these bike are built like a *** bicycle, so when your going 45-50 miles and hour its your *** when they start falling apart.... geez cool lookin as ***. But built like junk. Turn your own wrenches on these turds.

I absolutly love mine. I dont get all the people *** about it. If you had problems getting it titled & registered you just didnt try hard enough. I live in california & had no problems. Greatbike! Reliable, turns heads everywhere i go.

always in all contac the enterprise give a the same phone number, (from usa) and never gives a web page or phone, or some info about the dealer in germany....is imposible buy this product here in europe.

Todo lo he intentado, mail, teléfono, hasta he molestado gente en USA que averiguaran pero siempre lo mismo...pagina web, teléfono y forum. imposible comprar una moto....si sigue así, no se como terminara su negocio.Es una lastima por que un producto asi en europa no hay y lo mas dificil que es la homologacion esta empresa la tiene. Dicen que para el mercado europeo venden desde Alemania, pero tampoco es claro que parte de alemania, o que telefono poder llamar o al menos, una web page para poder comprar una hardknock bobber de 1125 cc. Sigo *** la esperanza de poder comprar una bobber, pero me parece que kikker no sera.
