Missing parts
I purchased the kid connect shark explorer set and it is missing parts. This is the second one we’ve purchased because my son likes the little shark included in the set. However he was very upset that the set was not complete. I had not noticed until I had all the pieces out of the box and threw the box out as it got ripped up opening it. I called Walmart support who told me to try to return it in a regular box to the store. The store would not accept this return in that form. I’m pretty annoyed that no one wants to help and I just wasted money

Poor product
Purchased a jet plane and pilot play set, and not only does the item not work, but there were dirty fingerprints on the item. These weren't seen prior to purchasing because of how the item was positioned in the packaging. And go figure, there's no way to contact customer service.

Mon fils en grosse pleurs veux que je la repare le probleme c quel la colle rapide ne fonctione pas je sais pas comment la reparer pouvez vous me dire quoi mettre dessus ou si vous pouvez peut etre menvoyer un petit pot de colle iu quelque chose pour la reparer ou lechanger meme mon fils aime beaucoup sa casserole. Broken crap toys
Bought the excavator toy ($20) for my 2 yr old grandson. Its has buttons to push so it makes different sounds; That lasted half an hour! I believe they make these toys so they work in the box, at the store, but have a short lifespan. Soon as your kids play with it for a few minutes, the stop working! What a bunch of junk rip off toys! I've bought toys with sound, at the Dollar Store and they still work! Walmart and other stores that sell this brand need to remove this crap from their shelves. Inferior toys are so disappointing for children!! Just makes me sick!

I bought a walking llama for my daughter, at first it was able to walk however after a few minutes it stopped working.

I bought this for Christmas for my 2 year old great granddaughter, loved it, mom said it stopped working so she went to change the batteries and found the reason why it stopped, water is getting the battery compartment, needs redesigned so the batteries are not near water, now we have a upset toddler who loves doing dishes with mom!!

Bought the fire truck the shoots water for my son the damn thing won't even work took the bottom off to try to figure out why the water pump part thing was broke, so we bought another one same damn thing! So there goes almost $30 down the drain! Walmart won't even take them back since we put water in them to see if they worked!

They never contacted me, so I reached out to them. The lady was extremely rude and told me I only lost 5 bucks it shouldn't be a big deal. I will never buy their products again and have advised others in my family and friends not too as well.

Just bought my 3 yr the big dart gun with bullets and targets. He's so excited the whole time in the store. He can't wait to get home and play with it. We open it up load the dart gun and nothing. It doesn't shoot. The tension is so tight I can barely *** it. Poor quality, poor design. Now I have a disappointed little boy . No wonder their toys are always on clearance at Walmart, they're crap.

Love your toys and the affordable prices but where are your female figures in the Safari and Dinosaur play sets? You're missing an opportunity to be inclusive. I wanted to buy them for my granddaughters but didn't feel they would connect. A female version should be an option. Thank you.
