Die koppelaar van my KIA PICANTO moes dringend vervang word. Hierdie onderhoud word gedek deur my versekering - bedrag R9 000.00. Die kwotasie van Kia handelaar, Vanderbijlpark, is egter R12 052.20. Is dit moontlik dat ek die verskil van R3 052.20 in paaiemente kan afbetaal. Ek is 'n pensioenaris en het tans buitengewone hoë mediese onkostes. U gunstige oorweging sal waardeer word. After sales service is pathetic ...

We bought a Kia Sportage in 2020 with a full maintenance plan. The first 2 service was fine.. Then came the issues - Dec 2021 - service campaign needs to be done - No Spares - Weltevreden will phone is when spare arrive - I had to phone 3 times before we finally got this done...Then came the 60 000 service - No you do not need brake pads even though we can hear the wear indicator warning. Take the car to a different dealer, as we are sure there is also a issue with the disks - Disks get measured with wrong equipment and claim fr disks is declined. 75 000 service - same story disks is ok. 90 000km service - ask dealer to check front and brake brakes - only front get checked and replaced ... ABS locks - car slides - now Kia customer care is telling us we are dreaming as this never happend.. Report from them without any proof of their statements in the report and no measurements on disks given. Kia is very good at marketing and selling but service ...

Very unhappy with Service and Treatment from your staff members

Hi, I bought a car from one of your dealership in Gauteng, The salesman promised to remove all the scratches the car had as it was a preowned car, he booked the car in and brought it back after 2 weeks, The car had the very same scratches and nothing was done to it it was just parked there collecting dust, when we called him he came up with all sorts of excuses up until this day no effort has been made to rectify their incompetence mistake!! Resolved: POOR SERVICE

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The Dealership Principal (Dawie), assisted and apologized, and evidence was provided to show that the car was indeed serviced, it was just that the aircon filter was not inserted.

KIA Kimberley is very useless, they are so so incompetent. I tried booking my vehicle for service from 27-29 January 2023 but with no luck they never responded. I thought there was an issue with their system then I tried the Roodepoort one & within 5 minutes they responded back. Then I knew it is not the system. I then decided to drive to them (KIA Kimberley) on Wednesday 01 February 2023 to book the car myself, I was asked to bring the car the following day which is today (02 February 2023) @07:30 which is what I did. Around 11:45 I phoned them to check on the vehicle and I was because I have to collect my kids from school around 13:00 only to be told that the car is still in wash & will be done by 13:20 & someone will come collect me. At around 14:45 I phoned them to check what is happening but they did not answer their phones until 15:10 & by then I was standing outside my office from 15:00 (my knock off time). Only to be told that they service department is not answering their calls & they will call me back. After about two minutes they indeed phoned back but to be told that the car will come around 15:30. As it is now it is 15:30 and the vehicle has not arrived, it is raining, my office locked, & I am standing outside in the rain. I got to Kia, only to find out that the vehicle is dirty, not serviced, service book not included back in the car. Reason I am saying it is not serviced is because the Aircon filter is still sealed on the back seat of the vehicle yet the job card is listing all the things that we changed on the vehicle including the sealed Aircon filter.

POOR SERVICE

I took my car for 1st service at Kia East Rand Mall on 26/1 - collected the car same day and immediately when I got home I opened the bonnet only to find it was very dirty , dusty and found a piece of meat on top of the battery . I went back to Kia the next morning 27/1 - the manager told me they dont clean the engine , fair enough I said you dont wash the engine with water pipe however the technician who was working on the car should have seen that piece of meat , removed it and dusted of the engine with the cloth and left it clean. I am even doubting that they did service the car how can they open the bonnet work on the engine and leave such things ? I am very disappointed and hurt with the service received . I even showed the manager the pictures I took showing that piece of meat I found he totally refused to admit they left it there said his technicians were going to remove it so why and how was it still there if they really worked on the car ?

They have not attended to my complaint, Thokozile Khumalo asked me to provide her with the details of my vehicle, and I provided her with what she requested but she never acknowledged or responded back to me.

Surely Kia South Africa should be aware of the Kia Cerato/Sorento/Rio recall as a result of the driver airbag warning fault. This is freely available on the internet, but why does Kia Somerset pretend not to know about this fault on these models? Kia North America has even extended the warrant of the airbag as a result of the airbag spring malfunctioning. They are only interested in making money out of this fault instead of prioritising safety.

I've a jerking probkem that i reported since last year and didn't get any joy from KiA Hartfield

My car went for service in September whereby after service i reliased the jerking which i reported immediately.Then i got a date for appointment to check the problem in Dec, i was told the problem is in the gear box and the dealer dont fix the automatic gear box it must be taking to mayfair gearbox the they said the manager will call me with regards to the payment at mayfair bix aince Dec i have been waiting for the call. 3 weeks and refund still not received

Good day I ordered a clock spring 3 weeks ago from this branch and did an electronic payment and sent proof of payment to the email address that was on the banking details form I received from Sayed. i was told that the part will be delivered in 3 days. when i followed up with Sayed 3 days later, he sounded confused and asked me if i emailed proof. I advised him that I emailed it as per the email on the banking details form that I received from him. After repeating this email to him, he then told me the email address on the form was incorrect. So i requested a refund and filled in the refund request on the 22nd Dec and sent this to Sayed, I have sent 3 follow up emails and to date i have still not received my refund. It is now 3 weeks and this hasnt been refunded. Umsha Naidoo

3 years and i'm still waiting on my spare key and fender liner

Basically, the manager Never calls or emails. The manager has changed so many times, yet I've only spoken to one (in the past). My salesman at the time (he left long ago) had promised that my fender liner and the spare key would be given to me. To date, nothing! No word from any of the managers, no returning of calls or emails. I've read some of the reviews regarding people waiting on their spare keys, totally unacceptable. So now, will someone contact me and please sort this out?

Gooday Can you please advise, the mentioned vehicle visited the KIA dealership in Windhoek Namibia on multiple occasions for repairs to be carried out for the last 30000 kilometres without any service done or detected by workshop mechanics or service Advisors , currently the vehicle has an engine failure due to no service done as per the mechanical report provided by the mentioned dealer .Is there any possibility that KIA can assist with the repairs or provide us with a valid reason why the services was not detected ? See below is the work done on the truck without any service detected . 134116 KMs intake was repaired /replace 137897 KMs brakes was replaced 138483 KMs battery was replaced and ignition switch 145772 KMs cylinder head and radiator was replaced 150934 KMs clutch master cylinder was replaced 156297 KMS clutch kit was replaced .

Service agreement

I bought a Kia Picanto with a 5 yr service plan. First service was done and then when the second service was due Kia said there was a problem with the service contract. Asked the manager to retrieve a copy of the purchase agreement. He confirmed that the service contract is part of the sales contract but that Kis has not recorded the information correctly. The car was not serviced and I have not heard anything back from Kia

I traded in my vehicle and nearly 10 days later I have not been paid the balance owed to me despite me following it up regularly. This is simply unacceptable. Today I was called by Mercedes FS only to

That settlement offer lapsed because they have not been paid. Really? All the paperwork was done before I drove the car out of the dealership.

Matrix device is been cancelled by Kia

To whom it may concern I bought my KIA SELTOS 1.4T DCT GT-LINE from Kia Wonderwatersin Pretoria on the 4 May 2021, they told me that there is a Matrix Device in the vehicle. Now I received email from Mix Telematics that informed me of "CONFIRMATION OF IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION", so I contact Matrix and the told me I must contact my dealer where I purchase the vehicle from and Kia must contact Matrix to activate the device again. I want to know who is the person from Kia that cancelled it? I want to know what is the reason for the cancellation? Why did the cancelled it without the owners knowledge? I have phoned Kia Wonderwaters today the 18 February 2022 at 8h00 this morning to sort the problem out , but until now I am still waiting for a answer from them, and in the mean time the device is not connected.
