There are missing things in my order

Recieved product refund but no reeerence to the value of time and shame had to face.

The problem was the missing 8 wraps and the shame i had to face in front of my coworkers. I had hosted the party and i felt ashamed as i was not able to provide food for 4 of my collegues. It was a very bad experience and i recieved the refund for missing product but no solution was made for waste of my time and the shame i had to face. I need to get compensation for the shame i had to face and also for those who starved the night

About hairs in my food

I recently took my family for kfc meal and was very disappointed to find hairs in the food I tried to complain about this but nothing was done about it just a oh Im sorry about that but no offer of a refund nor a replacement order so we had to leave the food that I had paid for and go else where to have to then pay for more meals from somewhere else this is disgusting behaviour from people who work within the food industry I thought health and hygiene and high standards was maintained at all times clearly not though. Now what I would like to know before considering eating from there ever again is what is going to be done about our experience we've had and the way that we have been treated over it

Voucher sent to me don't work this is second time it's happened

I am complaint I have tried to use a £10.00 voucher which was sent to me as the previous didn't work and you upped the voucher amount by £5.00 as the voucher didn't work I have been into several KFC's and they said the voucher not valid and your KFC care squad said the voucher is valid and it's not you feel a total fool when you go in order and you find the voucher didn't work I'm fed up with it and I've tried to contact the care squad and they done nothing so far and I want to know what your going to do as this is very bad level of service to me and want something done

Manager terrifies two autistic children

Was in Armagh KFC tonight with my daughter and my two special needs grandsons and the abuse we got from the manager who I have since found out is named Paul was absolutely horrendous, we ordered our meal and sat down at a table and this man came flying out from the kitchen screaming at us that we could not sit in as they wanted the place cleared and cleaned for 9pm ,when I questioned what time it was he said 8.35pm and that it had been his policy for the 5 years he had been there to not let anyone be on premises after 8.30pm ,he absolutely terrified my two autistic grandsons plus there were two other girls sitting at a table beside us who were also upset ,when I question was this his own rules or company policy he just kept shouting at us to get out so we had to take our food of the plates try and get it all back into the bags and take it outside in the cold ,when I gathered my wits I went back inside to request his name and position he aggressively told me me he didn't have to tell me and stormed of into the kitchen again ,this man needs to be made accountable for his actions ,he was in that bad of a temper his face was purple and spit was flying from his mouth ,what was meant to be an enjoyable experience for my two grandson turned out a terrifying experience and we have been left trying to calm them down

My order did not arrive and money is not refund

Dear team I had placed the order on 14th July, that too the delivery boy had sent it, the amount has not come in my account yet. today i placed order again today again money was debited from my account and then delivery boy canceled the order Why do you take orders if you can't deliver? I want my money back today otherwise I will have to complain to the police that my money was taken 2 times and not delivered.My total amount is £55 near about. Thanks and regards Amandeep kaur

Wrong order delivered

Ive ordered kfc and got it delivered by Deliveroo it was a wrong order they brought to me then I had to reorder again paying twice for it !.

Delivery issue

I'd like to make complaint I placed order today for total 29 pound something and guess what deliveroo driver didn't bring is exscuse was delivered to wrong address this unacceptable and especially when have disabled child that was looking forward to it I won't be using delivery service again. Orderd bucket 15 boneless, back home opened bucket chicken with bones without chips.Contact manger,less of time,rude unprofessional person.Chicken no fresh, over fried. Waiting time unacceptable.

I dint get my home delivery order

On Monday 3-07-2023 I made order on kfc app and the time estimate passed and I did not receive my order ,then I called deliveroo and they said they cant locate that they are sorry that I will receive a refund and since Monday no refund thats bad.order number is 1663I did not receive my refund until now and thats bad of the company

Not delivered my order.

Hi, Myself Tijo Jose, ordered family feast 6pcs + my free 8 mini fillets with my friend during our night shift (order no #7982) on 11/07/2023 from Bristol Shield Retail Park outlet by online. I was waiting nearly 2 hrs for my food with our empty stomach. Mentioned instruction specifically to the delivery to call me when they reach my location. But no one call me and no messages. When I tracked delivery, it shows DELIVERED. After that, when I called to the company they said it was delivered to someone (?) by mistake in that location. After a long talk, they promised me that they will refund my money (£23.97) back within 24 hrs. But still nothing happened. It was so painfull to do a 12 hrs night shift with empty stomach for both of us. It was a big wastage of money and time. So, please do the needfull for the same asap. Thank you. Tijo Jose

Missing food off order

I ordered from your kfc app for delivery today order #0327 from Oldham Sisson Street. I started the order by clicking on the free KFC 8 mini fillets on us and also ordered 10 hot wings meal. My order was delivered without the free mini fillets when I phone the manager of Sisson Street he knew nothing how your KFC app works and all that was on the order was hot wings. I explained how I ordered with the free fillets he said I must contact Deliveroo? I asked why he said thats who delivered it I need to complain to them ?!!! I said its nothing to do with them its a problem with your app and needs to be rectified by you. Then he just fobbed me off and said he couldnt help contact Deliveroo. I am very disappointed with the whole experience I had with your staff and the App that doesnt work and cons people into thinking there getting a deal and the get no help sorting it out

Intiating refund

I have , orderd my food on kfc app , and make the payment . but when I entered to the shop , the shop was closed . but the amount had been debited from my account . So that I am requesting refund . my order number :9265 amount debited : 6.88 So I request you make the refund as soon as possible .

Complaint

For info.. I came out of hospital today and cannot drive, my husband is blind so obviously cannot drive. I ordered a 10 piece bargain bucket from your LangleyMill store via the KFCApp When the meal arrived it was disgusting There were only drumsticks, no breasts or thighs The chicken was over cooked It had been in the holding cabinet so long it had gone soggy. I immediately called the restaurant, the lady taking the call didnt seem in the least surprised with what I was saying , it was almost as if she was expecting the call. She told me to take the meal back and she would refund it, I explained why I couldnt do this and that it was the whole reason for placing a takeaway order. She said there was nothing she could do If she couldnt refund over the phone, she could have sent a freshly cooked meal out and collected the other one, wether by delivery driver or herself or staff. She told me to go to help o the kfc site and send in the form. I tried to do this for well over one & half hours but every time I tried to submit the form it said info was missing, it either kicked out my email confirmation tel no. Or restaurant name every time. We did eat the fries and the two most edible pieces of chicken as we didnt have much other choice I called the restaurant back saying I couldnt send the form, she still wasnt interested. I did get angry and told her if nothing was done I would contact environmental health with the meal and trading standards The very least I expect is for someone to get in touch with me and I expect a refund
