Service complain

To whom it my concern, i am hereby complaining of a poor and undermined customer service i just got in one of your restaurants here in south Africa, KFC potchestroom built. Shop D, Montara Building. Cashier : Kifilwe, there was no one on the counter she kept me waiting like i was invisible instead of taking my order and continue with what she was doing, i had to call her and she gave an attitude that i was not supposed to buy because i will have to wait, i told her that i don't mind waiting.

Never received my order

I order foof on the 26june 2023 knljne but j never received the foof but your brancb at strand took my money it was n 89.99 for a five piece of chicken and still waiting on my delivery j xan sent yoh the prove as well at 13h42 they took my money

Shocking customer service - instore and online - Not finger licken good at all.

To whom it may concern, Attached are proof of my order that was placed online and never received. It was cancelled by the KFC- delivery section without a call, email or sms. This is shocking that KFC brand allows such practises in their business and treat customers with such disdain. I have also attached previous communication that indicates that KFC do not value their customers at all. Zandile Radebe - was unhelpful and she kept apologising. The apologies did not help my wife to receive the meal last night. cas -130**** Your online purchase sucks too. There is no indication on the app that online services are only available certain times of the day and not at night. I've called your KFC customer service 2 weeks ago on this issue and what can be done to rectify this. I'm sure that there was no further action. Visit store twice now after 6pm and left empty handed. Utterly disappointed in menu offering and not being able to do an online order after 6pm. Was told that online orders orders stops after certain time. What rubbish. Left to buy chicken at Popeye's. Twice now store lost revenue. Will Kfc through such bad instore experiences loose the taste and flavour of their customers? It certainly was not finger licken good, there was simply nothing. Do KFC value us as their clients? Do you value feedback? Do you value customer interaction? Is your brand indestructible? Within a short period, I experienced horrible services on various occasions, online and instore. Think society should start a movement to destroy brands that treat their customers like *** The problem is that many jobs will be sacrificed. To hurt the brand, it would be best to boycott the brand. There is a big discrepancy in exceptional service received at Cleary Park KFC vs the bad online experience and the bad app experience. I won't be surprised if there's no follow up to this email. Utterly ridiculous

Good day, Will you please explain to me how do you claim to be a 24 hour running business. But not one kfc in the vaal triangle was open this morning at 02:00 myself and my father where driving over a 100 km just to find out that none of your 24 hours franchise's is open. We where at 4 different branches: KFC vaal mall. The staff just ignored us totally as if we are not there. Standing and knoking for in total 10 minutes. We where never even spoken to after they made eye contact with me. Just no joy. KFC junction center Chopin street vanderbijlpark. There we stopped and had the same issue with the staff. Actually had some assistance from a security guard that told us they are closed. As usually you don't hide that you are open 24 hours. KFC at Cnr of Hans strijdom and general Smuts Str. Vanderbijlpark. Exactly the same poor experience. No one will talk to me or my father just to explain to us why there is just no service and to be considered a costumer and treatment that the staff give you is bad. So we decided to drive trough to sasolburg to give an other province a try only to find out that there are none of the 3 branches open. Not to mention that all of these kfc's named above closed the drive thru. Either with cones and different types of items. I need urgent feedback to this matter. Otherwise I will definitely go as far possible to make this poor service public.

Waiting long and customers that was last hot there order before I did

Good morning my name is Anastacia Vermaak I'm a customer f KFC I never complain or have issues with the franchise but yesterday something happened that was really disturbing I went to the KFC branch in durbanville wellington road. I got there they were extremely busy so I placed my order the cashier tot me that the chicken Wil take sum time to be ready I really appreciate her telling me that so I didn't mind waiting. Time on my slip was 19:15 I set down patiently waiting then a lady and her husband come last place the order and then she waited about 15min then she complained she phone the manager or something but she went talk over her phone ever person could hear I set and waited then her order was prepared then same time the customer that was after her had also received he's order I stood up and my order was net even ready I find that it was unfair towards me as a customer that agreed to wait but was shocking seeing people that was last help before me just because they were complaining. I never ever had problems with KFC but they realy dissapointed me. I still love my KFC but I don't know if I will ever support this frenchise ever again. My order time on my slip was 19:15 I left at 20:05 how bad is that for service

I want to launch a formal complaint

I went to KFC Weltevreden Park at 15:34 pm . I ordered via their drive through. I ordered street wise 3 ×4 and paid R231.60 . Order number 471. After receiving my order I saw that it was 4 boxes, to my surprise when I got home to have ealy dinner with my family I found out that they packed 2 pieces instead of 3. I immediately called the restaurant and requested to speak to the manager to explain my situation. I even sent him proof of payment @ took pictures of the food that they packed. He told me that I have to drive myself tomorrow because I'm staying far. So my question to him was if 3.5 Km is too far for them now he's expecting me to use my petrol for the mistake that was created by the restaurant. I then called the customer service , it's unfortunate that I forgot who she said her name was. She said she'll call Aphiwe who is the manager at the same restaurant and the shell come back to me. I've been waiting for 2hrs now , no response from her. I told the manager that it's not the first time they messed up my order. I haven't been buying there for almost a year. Today I happened to be in the same area I experienced the same thing. Can I pls be given my money because I'm not gonna be going there tomorrow. I told him I'm working in Soweto, so if KFC is not willing to deliver my food I demand to get my money back because I was charged more than what I was given. Bad customer service, daylight robbery

My name is Ruth, with cell no: 061 421 ****. I went to buy my Kids lunch at KFC Welkom Power Road on the 27 June 2023, 14:42. I paid R124,70 with digital code/wicode and the payment went through on my app and KFC management at the store told me that their slip never printed, so they can't give me my lunch even after I've shown them proof of payment, yet the food was prepared. I request that I be assisted and get my refund as I told them that I was traveling to JHB

Whatsapp order not honoured

I ordered 4 x wrapsta boxes via WhatsApp in edenglen KFC. I recieved the message for me to come to the selected KFC to pay. I travelled there and then I was told by KFC edenglen that they don't have the stock! How can KFC accept my order without check if the store has stock or not?! This is totally wasting customer's time! I eventually land up on went to order my food in burger king next door. This is so disappointing and dishonour trading behaviour. I think KFC Whatsapp is a total failure as it sells fast food without credit and not trustable.

Poor quality

Good day On Sunday, 11 June 2023, my mum and I went to the KFC at Gateway Shopping Centre in Umhlanga at around midday. We ordered two streetwise 2, and requested no wing. The receipt stated 2 side breast and drumstick. We did not open the boxes and upon returning home, we were extremely to discover that not only did we not get any drumstick, each box had a wing, which we specifically say we did not want. The quality of the chicken was very poor, it was dry and the coating (if any) was very disappointing. As you know, the main attracting of kfc is the southern coating which some people only eat, the chicken itself not a priority, I being one of those people usually choose a side breast or zinger wings due to extra coating. The coating is sparse, the chicken dry and the chips were definitely not fresh. I have attached my receipt and a couple pictures of the chicken to show you what coating or sparse of it. Is this the new KFC. I am extremely disappointed, as I live directly opposite the Gateway KFC and see how busy it is usually. Furthermore, being a resident, with KFC town directly below my balcony it was a lovely experience and now to have this experience is extremely disappointing. I trust that you head the comments herein and improve, until so, as much as I love KFC, unfortunately cannot support until KFC does something about it. I look forward to your response, hopefully it will lead to the Gateway branch improving their quality.

Poor quality food

We visited the KFC drive thru (Ormonde China Mall) this morning 06-June-2023 and ordered two Deluxe Brekkie Boxes, whilst ordering we specified that we wanted side breast pieces and no eggs in our burgers. The customer service was not a problem, however the FOOD- Terrible!!! There were feathers on the chicken skin (side breast piece), the chicken had a somewhat stale taste and was dry, I cannot even compare it to try and explain (most probably chicken left over from the previous day or day before that) The fries were luke warm- just slightly warmer than cold( im sure yesterdays fries). The coffees were warm, infact we didn't have to sip it, we just drank it...that should speak volumes about the temperature of what should have been "freshly prepared coffee". We usually buy the breakfast meals on our way to work as we are in a rush to miss peak traffic and expect KFC to serve fresh breakfast, we are not receiving discounts, we pay for everything we order and expect to receive our monies worth, however KFC seems to have adopted a pattern of disappointing us, this is not the first time and I'm sure it wont be the last. With the Avian Influenza / Bird Flue in our midst, I honestly wonder if serving left over chicken which is not properly cleaned is deemed safe for sale to patrons, well I can assure you if we get sick from this kind of blatant negligence and disregard for Health and Safety regulations, my lawyers will be waiting on speed dial!!! If, I do not recieve suitable feedback from a suitable representative as soon as possible, i will be posting this occurrence on every social media platform possible!!!

KFC Order and cash refund

Good day Sir/Madam, On 19th May, I placed an order in King William's Town 135 Alexandra Rd via KFC App at 17h28 PM. Normally I get an email after purchase of order no. of which I didn't not receive, at 18h00 PM of 19th May I visited the shop to enquire and my order could not be tracked in their system. I want my money refunded ASAP!

Refund

On Tuesday i did an online which said successful and that i will receive a confirmation email which i never received, i went to Alex Mall KFC where i placed that online order my order was not showing on the system and when i check my bank app the money was not deducted then i made another order and paid to using a bank card so now today 1st of June i logged into the bank app and i see that online purchase went through they deducted...so i want my money back please i paid using my partner's bank app...my partner's name is Nkululeko Yanda bank app of NEDBANK

Bad custormer service and support

I ordered 3 Wrapsta box meals and one of them was a mish mash I cannot describe. this is not the first incident I have had with location. begs the question are we receiving inferior service because we are in the location or do the staff not get enough training. This is not acceptable. on calling the outlet I am instructed to come and fetch my replacememnt meal after work. and this woman insists on refering to me in a condecending and demeaning tone and addressing me as "Lovie". Do better KFC. this is appalling. I have essentially been robbed of my hard earned money here.. left with a bad taste in my mouth

Yesterday I bought an 9 pieces bucket only to get home found raw meat Imagen .my kids went to bed with bread because of such service.receipt number was 3352 at century city I have a picture of the chicken and my bank SMS proof of the payment
