Ordered 6 pieces but get 5 pieces

Ordered 6 pieces but get 5 pieces only. When called the number given on receipt cannot be contacted.

Order not received

I placed an order with KFC at 2.17 am for delivery at 9.30 pm. Called customer care service twice still neither recieve any call back from outlet nor recieve the order. App isnt even updating the order if its in process or not.

Refund

Im make the order by online..after deduction from my account..the order was cancel..and call the customer service said refund took 7 days to 21 days it took almost 1 month rite..so im not satified with the service..why not just refund emediate..sometime i feel scam from their service..but its ok i will scam back kfc with order max rm500 with wrong phone no,with wrong adress then how their feel

Bad service of the staff

Order with cola float but they no more stock and didn't tell us, until we ask, just say have changed the big cup cola for us, very bad feeling for that, wont come back anymore.

I didn't receive my order

The money successfully deducted from my account but from the app, it stated that the order failed and unsuccessful. There's no order history too.

Very bad experience

Didn't receive my order whole night and not inform me at all. When I check the kfc restaurant is closed already, the most important thing is didn't refund my money to me. Another day is showing the food delivered. Very bad experience with kfc!!!

My order has not arrived even after 2 hours(almost 3 hours) after order

I ordered before 5 pm to be sent to my address at 6.30pm, i am well aware that it is late, n ready for it to be beyond the expected time. But i did not expect for it to never arrived at all!!! What about my money? I want a refund!!! The store never even called to mention if they're gonna be late or cancel my order and when i called them no one answered. What kind of customer service is this???

Payment issues

I have bought a meal kfc yesterday on 925 pm, and i was going to pay using obline teansfer, which bank i use is maybank. Somehow, my online transfer was dissaprove because of maximum transaction, i did press the button confirm after it say transaction unsucessful and then change my payment method to cash bcs i thought it was not going on transferred. But when i checked my balance in my account it has already cut the money with amount of rm97.40 (my exact price of meal ) so when the rider has deliver the meal to me i asked him if i can still get a refund , but he also dont know . And i know its not his fault but , i still want my refund i know i still can get it , i hope you guys can email me after read this . Im run out of money, thank you for you concern and sorry for my mistake ondoing the transaction , and my english too .

Kenapa dapat ayam lama.,Rasa tak berapa enak..Kecewa sangat sebab nak makan takut sakit perut jadi saya tak makan..Harap lepas ni tolong jaga kualiti..Ayam saiz kecik boleh terima lagi tapi bila keadaan ayam yang dapat rasa macam tadi,Tak puas hati langsung..Perut tengah lapar badan penat,Sekali dapat makanan macam tu..Mohon ambil tindakan jaga kualiti..Jadi apa respon soal masalah saya..
