After placing the order the, the representative of that outlet called me and said he couldn't able to deliver the order due to long distance, then he said that he is cancelling the order and refunding the mone but no mails from their end and didn't receive my money back . I want you to look into this matter ASAP.

I'm ordering kfc like every 2 days from jamshedpur sakchi branch , but every time I need to complaint, the issue some time taste , but some time very cols the food I'm really tired , I complaint so many times in the branch but no benefit .

I ordered KFC biryani on store ..but packing is worst...and Pepsi parcel is not good... quantity was very less... Small rain in the city...parcel damaged...but KFC company was charged money for packing...not value for money.

I ordered classic chn Biryani & Chocolate Lava Cake at Rs.544/- at KFC outlet Plot no:62, 63Ground floor Chandaka Industrial Area,Patia, Bhubaneswar. But in the order there is no chicken inside the Biryani bucket. Order Token no:4734. Date of order: 25.07.2023@1:59PM.

Worst food half boiled food
I went bhimavaram yesterday KFC Devyani international. The item we order is not boiled. We informed to the staff they replace one single piece that also not boiled so that we called we didn't get response from the KFC...,,, I will not recommended for any one like food is very bad worst.,,, the bhimavaram store is very worst,,

Havent gotten my refund
Very disappointed my issue is still not resolved they put me on hold for 20 min and more saying that I am being connected to the store manager for my refund but the manager dint even speak like for a min and the call was again put on hold and the in 2 min disconnected. I need my refund and you'll are doing nothing about it it's been a month and at this point I am really upset.

I had a very bad experience in kfc of Ludhiana near railway station restaurant.the order delivery very late the food quality very poor I have miss peri peri strip in my order my Bill no was 26699 date 26/5/2024 9 pm. Amount 896 INR I have wasted my valueable time & money also .I want refund my money. At that same time other coustomer also complaint about food quality u can check u r Cc tv camera in restaurant 26/5/2023 9.45 pm

Chicken strip not proper cooked
Today we order KFC bucket order no 166546****73 / 8.24 PM / 1 item 932 was spoiled chicken with black bones and not cooked properly. This is not acceptable and totally breach of quality and standards. Spoiled chicken is dangerous for health and consumption of this stage of spoiled meat is dangerous health issues can occur even death . Please take relevant action related to this matter. Thank you
