Mad that KFC Canada has such poor quality dried up chicken

Why can't we have the same quality of food that the KFCs can offer in the US? Why is not a better business model to have a product that people actually enjoy and would come back for? The sad excuses for chicken offered by all KFC locations in Ontario make KFC useless to go to. I'm happy to go to Popeye's instead, but I miss the old days when KFC actually made good chicken.

Poor quality food oil from the fryer on the bottom of the bucket. Look up video.

I ordered a 20 piece Kentucky fried chicken bucket from store 1246. I came home to cause he had a pool chicken is very poor on the bottom of the bucket had dirty oil so I hope you call me back.

Got wrong order

My order was 14 pcs combo with fries salads and gravy. I only got 14 pcs of chicken and fries for $50.00. When my husband got home I immediately called the store to complain. Im a diabetic I dont have the time to go back and forth to get the right order. I have a suggestion, you should have someone that understands well English. I dont mean to be rude but that would help the issue.

The stole my money

Ordered 14pc with 3 sides directly from the website. They I guess have uber doing their deliveries for them. Delivery guy shows up with this small bag. I can tell by size somethings up. I question it. He looks at receipt, are you kevin? I say yip. Then yip it's yours. I open. Nope. He says call Uber. I say I ordered from kfc not uber. He says call restaurant. I call. Guy answered I tell him the guys got wrong food order. He says yes you order is here but you must come pick it up. Lol. I said no way I'm not, I can't and shouldn't have to I paid fees plus topped the guy to Deliver it. He then cursed screaming at me for 3 minutes straight. I cant get a word in. He's yelling something about he's stressed out bla bla bla. Hung up. I called back hung up. Delivery guy sets this bag on ground and walks away. Phone chimes. Says notification Delivered. Then called KFC head office customer service. Explained it all. Said I'd get refund. Went back to apartment lobby to image the receipt on that food that the guy left there. Then noticed on receipt it says Doordash order. What's the uber guy deriving me doordash for. That's the error. They gave uber guy the doordash order and now they don't want to fix their mistake,just keep the money and accept the bad review with all the rest. I have images I'll attach. KFC has gone downhill 100%. Will not recommend. Will share this story. The not an honest company. First image is my receipt and second is what was delivered which I didn't accept.

I didvhave a call the reperastentative listened to me and told me i would be getting another call back for a resolution.

Hi there, I have videos and pictures of the complaint I ammaking, It is June 21st, 2023 I was given literal bones that were battered in the k f c formula I guess, I ordered a standerd box which is supposed to come with drum sticks, brest and thighs it was wings and thighs ONLY. Cold fries gravy that was the consistnacy of j jello, I ordered throhgh skip the dishes. Once I opened my order I only noticed an issue right away none of the meal was eaten except 1 small wing as my 7 year old daughter was starving. I ended up walking to the store with my daughter after speaking with costumer service, i wanted my money back. They were very rude there was about 7 people working around 9:30 pm. And they were chatting in their language laughing at me ! People were comi g from the nack kitchen to look at me and laugh!

I purchased a 12 pc. Bucket paid $37.00 with a coupon I got 4 wings 2 legs 2 small thighs 1 breast cut into 3 pcs I pc of skin for the 12th pc

The chicken was not crispy as I remember in the past. The quality is NOT a what it used to be and the price Is 3 time what we used to pay. I am very disappointed you just lost customers

Complaint

Was short chicken payed for 16 got 12 and missing item macaroni salad In my order and they were very rude and said theres nothing they can do for the chicken they were standing there basically saying I had it I told her come check me and our van and the lady Jennifer thats the name they gave not sure it was real name and said theres nothing she can do this is not right when you pay for something and dont get what you pay for

KFC paid 48 for terrible food

Mt husband paid 48 for a Mother's Day First On website said had 10 chicken 4 tendérs med fry gravy and sides When he went they told him fries were not in the package and there was no tenders I tried calling but could not understand a word he said The chicken was flavorless and over cooked The fries were cold and the gravy was runny not thick like used to be Can not get ahold of anyone and find your company does not care

Undercooked food and rude employee

I went to the kfc in stonebridge, Saskatoon Sk on the the night of may 5th and when I got home the burger was pink inside(I have pictures) I called the kfc and the employee told me that it was not possible. I asked if they would give me a refund and a new burner for the trouble and she says well if Im giving you a new burger why should I give you a refund. Like my girlfriend at half the burger and it was pink that could get you really sick. And then I argued snd she says fine come in and well give you a new one and refund then hangs up. So I go in and she snarkily asks me for my old meal back. Thrn proceeds to give me most of my refund back In change.

Very filthy condition of the restaurant

There is no one cleaning the restaurant and it just is not like a restaurant at all. I am attaching a few photos of the one on 152nd street in Surrey, BC and you can see for yourself.

Worst experience ever

My location of issue is in Pembroke Ontario. I received chicken that when I was trying to remove it from the bucket it was literally falling apart because it was that soggy. I called the store to be told to put it in the oven, that thats normal when its busy and got offered 6 pieces in return. 40 minutes and two trays later it was finally crisped up and most of the grease was out of it. The bucket after removing the chicken, when I tilted it, you could see the pools of grease sliding to the opposite side and pooling. Needless to say I heated it up, crisped it and didnt end up eating it. Its now in the fridge because my stomach started turning the moment I grabbed it and it fell into two pieces soggy. I will NOT be returning for a long time and hope I dont get food poisoning for the little I did eat; the macaroni salad, some fries and gravy, and 5 pieces of popcorn chicken. My kids didnt even want seconds and 10 minutes after eating two of five of us were in the bathroom. Not happy at all! I used to love the one in petawawa and would drive the distance for it because this is an on-going issue at the Pembroke location and has been years of poor service, they never have all the things they should, popcorn chicken, sauces/dips, and always poor food quality. To note the manager was super friendly upon arriving back at the store, and was very apologetic. But whoever is cooking the food, this is unacceptable. I would have happily waited an additional ten minutes for it to be properly drained, despite ordering it already 45 minutes in advance and then 10-15 minutes wait inside.

Complaint against employee

This is a follow up complaint. Last week, I reviewed a 12 PC bucket that I ordered because all the pcs of chicken are small. The chicken are disappointing. Manager of KFC 1407 Princess street Kingston called me and left me a voicemail stating that they received my complaint and want to offer me a complimentary pcs of chicken and discount. When I called her back, she was very rude. Very bad customer service. When I explained the reason why I'm calling, her attitude did not change. She was telling me that she will give me a discount when in the voicemail she told me a complimentary chicken and a discount. I clarified that to her and she raised her voice. She even hang-up the phone while I'm still speaking. Poor service, poor customer care, poor quality of food, poor everything. I hope you do something about your staff. Provide some customer service training because clearly, your branch manager is lacking it. Very disappointing.

Ordered Food, totally disgusting.

I am so disappointed with what KFC has become. I grew up in a household of 7 and KFC was one of our favorite foods to eat. I ordered an 8 piece tonight with fries and gravy and I can't find one positive thing to say. No gravy, two boxes of fries and the saugy, tasteless chicken. I wouldn't recommend it to ANYONE.
