Descaling light wouldn’t turn off

Did descaling on K Supreme 3 different times, descaling light would not turn off. Called customer service for help. They ran me through descaling again, light stayed on. They stated defect in coffee maker and still under warranty. Took necessary picture, submitted them & received new coffee maker in 3 days. Excellent service.

Keurig stopped working

Here we are again. I used this pot not even a handful of time, and it stopped brewing. The k cup was the only side we used. This is ridiculous! 2 of the same pot and k cup combo!! Took it to the store ( Walmart in Bedford , Pennsylvania)we bought it from and they wont return it or refund money. What does this say about this product!!

I bought a Keurig. Ive had my other one for 10+ years. It wouldnt/still wont make a full cup. Did all the steps as directed. Then they went from being helpful to making me feel like I was being a thief. I just had surgery. Now have had 2 more. No time to argue. They let it go. I now have a messed up Keurig. Your service sucks and Ill tell everybody

Single-Serve Brewer Dead in the Water after 1.5 years

The brewer just died after very limited use. We've owned it for a little over a year - past the warranty window. Used in several times per week. It was fine while it lasted, but clearly the products aren't meant to last.

Too many deliveries

I cancelled my automatic delivery months ago. I now have 2 boxes (unopened) and don't know how to return and get credit for the 2 boxes. I am 97 years old, live alone and am very frustrated with your service. I would like to have someone call me ASAP as I have been billed for the 2 deliveries. 224-245-****

Constant Error Code 2

Worst machine ever. Error code 2 keeps coming up. This is the third machine and this is still happening. Customer service from Keurig are worthless and so are their machines. Do not Buy.

Multiple calls with no Resolution

My Keurig has not worked since I bought it, I tried returning but was turned away and told to contact keurig directly for a replacement. I called on May 27,2023 and was sent an email with information to request a new unit, I hadnt heard anything back so on June 16th I called again and got the same girl who said they didnt have me in the system and she would send another email, I emailed her while I was still on the phone and its June 18th and I havent even gotten another automated email.

Another Keurig bites the dust right after the warranty is up

I have been a Keurig customer since they first started. I love the convenience of the kcup. What I don't like is it seems like they don't last longer than a year year and a half. I have had seven or eight of them and the last one I bought was over $200 and it only lasted 14 months I called Keurig and they sent me instructions on how to submit the serial number and my name, etc. etc. and they said they would replace it. Then I get an email saying they won't!!! One customer service person says one thing and another says another. I will not buy another one -they lost a loyal customer.

Customer service to die for - literally, you will die first

wow - I have been asking some basic questions of keurig for months now . . . no really, months now (i have ALL the emails to prove it) - i have wasted hours of my time with their overseas contact number . . . poor line, at times difficult to understand rep . . . and i just have 4 basic questions that were NOT in their quick start guide with a new model that i had to take out a HELCO loan to purchase (the ONLY doc i got with my most recent/3rd keruig purchase BTW!), and no one in management can give me 5 minutes to answer my questions . . . they have no local 2nd product support, really? no, i guess not, as they say to call their support number, EVERY TIME!! - after i have pleaded with them (yes, pleaded) to just answer my question wow! i bought one a mere 18 months ago, a model for my kid, and they replied to my written questions accurately, completely and promptly that time what gives now? must be a new bean counter in town, huh?!?!? sacrifice the almighty customer support for a few extra bucks - when has that EVER worked over time? NEVER well, i understand the ninja model is just as good, and it's cheaper hope this helps someone have a wonderful day

Another Giant Has Fallen and Hit Rock Bottom

I love Keurig. More accurately, I USED to love Keurig. Purchased my first Keurig pos coffeemaker back in about 2004 when they first became available on the home market. I had that first machine for at least 10 years, before finally deciding to retire it and upgrade. As I recall, the biggest difference was that the new machine had a much larger water tank capacity. And, I loved it also. I cant even count all the people I sold on Keurig during those years. That machine, too, was a high-quality, well built coffeemaker that served me well for many years. Then they came out with the K-Café series that did it all. Not only could I make regular coffee, I could also froth milk and make lattes, cappuccinos, et al. The only problem with it was the frother didnt froth. I was run on some weird magnetic system with no which or moving parts and merely made warm milk, but very little froth. I wasnt happy, especially after the $200+ price tag, but I still loved the Keurig coffee and just bought a separate frother to use with it. Unfortunately, the build quality was going downhill fast and the machine died exactly 2 months after the 1-year warranty ended. Being stupid, and still liking Keurig, I justified that I had merely gotten a lemon and replaced it with another of the same model. After about a year, it was still working, but they came out with a new model with a redesigned frother that had a whisk system and was a smart coffeemaker that would run with my home wifi. I jumped head first and laid out another $250. I was pleased at the ease of seup and had it completely up and running in mere minutes. (My entire home is automated and connected via wifi, every wall switch and plug, my TVs, sound systems, major appliances, window blinds, security system and cams, etc. All told, I have over 75 items in my house hooked up via wifi (with a very strong wifi system) and would consider myself to be an expert at configuring it all.) Anyway, I digress. While the new Keurig setup in minutes, I quickly found the quality of the newly-designed frother gave results not much better than the old one. Fine, I still had my separate frother, but at least the new Keurig was automated. And it worked fine.for its entire lifetime of 2 months and 10 days. I immediately called customer support and got a very nice offshore rep, who proceeded to run me through all the troubleshooting that I had performed before calling. She then informed me that I had a defective machine, but not to worry as Keurig would get me a replacement immediately. I just had to jump through a few hoops and supply them with purchase invoice, proof of delivery and pics of the machine, including one pic of the machine with my name, date and service request number, all handwritten on a pice of paper in the pic with the machine, plus a pic of the miniscule serial number on the back of the machine. I followed her directions to the letter and got it all sent off to them within an hour or so. Thats when the fun began. A short while later I received an email telling me I had not fulfilled their requirements correctly and they could not process the replacement. I immediately wrote back, asking for a clarification, as I had done EXACTLY as instructed. No answer, so I wrote again. No answer. The third time, I sent a very upset and long letter demanding an answer. Still, nothing. Then, out of the blue, I receive a return shipping label for my own machine, which I had been previously told I was to use once my new machine arrived. I wrote asking about that. Again, silence. So, I called again and was told a replacement team had approved my warranty replacement and a new machine had been shipped. When asked why I had not been notified and just left hanging, the rep offered no answer. The new machine arrived quickly and, before even setting it up, I packed the defective machine in the mew machines box and had it ready for UPS. Then I went to setup the new machine. It would not setup at all. I spent over an hour trying to get it to setup and nothing. So, I called in again and the offshore rep ran me through all the troubleshooting I had already spent an hour doing. She finally gave in and said it obviously had a problem she was unable to handle and she would have to escalate it to a higher tech level and they would call me the next day. Late the next day, I got an email informing me they were unable to contact me as their number was blocked. Interesting, as I had turned off all my screening and call blocking on my phone to make sure I wouldnt miss their call. I wrote back and told them that and to call again. This happened 3 times. They never did get me. (I know of no other reputable company that hides behind blocked numbers) Though, it wouldnt have mattered as I had found this machine to be even more defective than the first. It wouldnt even allow me to make a cup of coffee manually. So, they had replaced my defective unit with an even more defective unit. At this point, combined with the fact that a major company like Keurig would have their caller ID identity blocked, was the last straw. I sent the first defective machine back, as obligated to do so and sent them a long email letting them know I was done with them and their new cheaply made machines. I took the loss on the $250 and immediately bought another brand that IS high quality and works perfectly. Into the trash with the defective replacement. The mighty have fallen. What was once a great coffeemaker is now cheaply made Chinese/Malaysian junk. Expensive Chinese/Malaysian junk. If you want a quality pod coffee system that actually works, stay far, far away from Keurig. Their past reputation is meaningless. Their new machines are nothing but defective garbage. I went with a super Ninja system (no wifi), but it uses the pods, makes full pots as well and actually froths. And, I paid less for it than the Keurig garbage. NOT waste your money on Keurig.Do
