Very rude and no one is ever in the office
My car was hit by a Kemper customer and dealing with this company after the first call back has been a nightmare. My ajuster took 5 weeks to call me back and I have had to go out if my pocket for the rental. I don't think I should have to go out of pocket. Also the body shop was told to use aftermarket parts? My car was 3 months old why should I have to use anything but oem parts? Again this accident was not my fault. I have used many of my own hrs at work to resolve this. I was 2 hrs late to drop car at body shop and pick up rental. Will I be paid for my time??

Accicent happened on December 19 still no body want to give a solution.
Its been 8 days no solution what theyre going to do no one answerrrrr and no one pick up phone waiting one or two hours on line.theyre not giving ranter car even theyre preferred to go with our insurance so they dont have to do anything

Horrific Company
My vehicle was at a complete stop waiting to make a left turn, a pick up truck traveling W/B struck my vehicle, I had a witness behind me, the guy refused to give me his information forcing me to call the Police, they did not do anything other than witness the exchange of information, evidently he called his insurance--which was the same and told them I struck his vehicle. Kemper never contacted my witness, no one ever came to assess my damage to confirm that my vehicle was hit directly, They sent me to their body shop which the Body Shop person came out, walked around the vehicle no more than 3 minutes and said he was done, I receive an estimate of $1,132.00 -- which was rediculous, other estimates I recieved were around $2500 - $3000. I received a check for $132 to go to their body shop, I thought by Law we have our choice of body shop, My Adjuster Mario Aguirre does not anser my calls nor does his Supervisor, when I call to dispute the their decision, they just send meto the Adjusters Voice Mail,. HORRIFIC, the worst ever, EGER, Kemper Insurted should bail out now, 3 Body shops refused to give me estimates citing the don't like dealing with Infinity e

I’ve been them for more then 6 years , and now that I need them to fix my car they closed my claim. With no explanation!
I have been with this company a long long time. I recently needed them to fix my car and without explanation not even an email they closed my claim. So to avoid getting into an accident I swerve jumped a curb and cracking my transmission. So I file claim, estimator saw the trans oil all under my car . He didnt even get under it nothing he basically just wrote up bogus superficial things that added up to $25 less then my deductible. When I questioned it and sent them pictures of the crack they closed my case.. Now Im asking for rides asking ppl to pick up my kids. Has jus my been the worst..I have paid them alot of money and for what.? When I need them they leave me high and dry. Thats just scandalous

FROM ADJUSTERS, TO SUPERVISORS AND ANYONE ABOVE OR BELOW THEM. THIS COMPANY WAS DESIGNED TO SCREW YOU OVER. THEY NEVER RETURN PHONE CALLS. GIVE YOU MINIMAL INFORMATION NEEDED. ARE DISRESPECTFUL AND WILL LITERALLY HANG UP ON YOU MID CONVERSATION. THEY ARE 100% UNWILLING TO WORK WITH YOU. TAKE MY ADVICE & RUN!

Sent an email per Lee @ Policy Administration to customercarepa@***.com to cash out small life insurance policies & have only gotten the run around.
Sent email 5/8/20 to cash out small life insurance policies on my mom, siblings & myself. Kemper replied to all my emails by mail until my last email on May 27, 2020 (over a year ago). They did not reply. I sent another email last month July 2021 & received another letter giving me the run around again. The customer service & correspondence reps are clueless.

Warn consumers before they purchase with Kemper
I have had Kemper for 2 years and never had an issue until I was involved in an accident. Since then which is currently today 1 month since the accident. I have not heard anything from the adjuster. I have called more than 50xs to attempt to get information and i get the same response. Adjuster not available, and it will be escalated. Ive called at all times of the day and nothing. Consumers be for-warned that this company is garbage and will not attend to you when you need them.

The agent quoted a monthly amount and it was different
They quoted 56.00 a month and then they started taking 102.00 a month without warning and then the lady on phone was rude and her tone went 180 degrees when i Cancelled

I was with united ins c o of America 1990, Kemper life in now the hold tim e I been paying my bill by check,, they in now the hold time I b een paying my renter ins by check, I ckecked my bank
They not supposed to go in to my account, for 27 years I been paying g by check 33 dollars per month, now kemper life goes in m y account and take try to take out money because I have them block, they try to take out 84,64,74, 33 dollars 4 to 5 times every month,all so they lie and tell me they haven got my payment, I went for it what they would do was call me and I call the back and the c heck have cleared, My manger told me to put the check in his name n ever do this like a fool I did he took t6he check for hin self and told me I put a stop pament on the check and didn't crated me for August I just told them I wouldn't be maki8ng anymore payments by the way I called the back and my checked had cleared ,

Car Rental
I have a claim going on and part of my insurance is I can get a rent a car for up to $30.00 a day while my car is being fixed. It has been 7 Days of trying to get the adjuster to put in a reservation at car rental. Enterprise has called them for 2 Days and left messages I have called and left messages and my Broker has called and left messages and no response from her. This place is a joke!!!!

Denial of death benefit
Kemper insurance agent stopped collecting policy payments at a nursing home for my incapacitated relative and declared the policy void. The stated reason was that the collection from an invalid patient wasn't in writing although the agent had not only agreed to and accepted prior payments at the facility. Hope this isn't their standard practice.

I have 2 story house ard 3000sqs Kemper did send some Americans leaking Ck at my house ,they tell we build on lower place & last year a lot of raining will get to my cement concret they didn’t cover Kemper didn’t respond for it What kind of the insurance we had been paid for to support us We had been customer for several years Kemper should protect & fix for my house Before they can cancel me !
