I worked at Honda. In Iowa Micheal. Not what his last name. But fired me cause no show an no call. But. I never done that sene I been at Honda I think I should of got a wrote up. What I don't understand is that I'm the only person that worked I was cleaning. But there are. 4 other guys that there don't do *** An they got way with it. An I got fired. For. No call. Something wrong with that picture.

In my opinion , Kelly services shows signs of poor HR management which likely spread to impact all level of company . Such negative signs may include conflict , lack of recognition , inadequate training, poor team member building.

Kelly terminated my assignment after getting 24 hours in my probation period. They got temps there they have 64 hours, 34 hours and more than that and have not terminated them. Asian people African people and Chinese people that can't speak English and no translator in the building. Supervisors dating temps and covering for them. Temps using Covid às a excuse to stay out of work. Supervisors dating temps and fixing their hours. Kelly workers in the office not getting temps pay to them. One guy had not got paid for one and a half month. He end up quitting. People accumulating hours and be notified at the last minute. Some with more points than me and still there. People are still temps after 5 years in there. They promising us full-time after 6 months but not happening. They are tellling lies with the bonuses and employment to keep you there. I am so disappointed in the staff that run Kelly's in Mebane NC. Unorganized and so unprofessional. Supervisors got favoritism between temps on third shift. Evaluation needs to be done. The temps that can't speak English is getting abused. They don't even have a translator for them. Kelly staff is letting some people slide and some don't. They using some temp doctor notes and some they are not. They running bad business. I am glad I am not there anymore because too much under handed mess is going on. I would not recommend for anyone to work for this service nowhere. I don't know how you hire your workers bu t they don't have no sense of leadership skills and very unprofessional. Broken promises and broken dreams. They are doing bad business and you need to get it in order. Also taxing the crazy out of your bonus money. They are just terrible. Things are not right.

A woman, Kelley Arzola, has been creating quite a scene on YouTube. She presented herself as a victim's advocate for the secondary victims of a violent crime. That relationship has disintegrated, and now Kelley has launched a hate campaign against them and anyone who supports them. This ranges from public slander to showing private conversations, using her background check skills to search for and harass and intimidate people who disagree with her. This last has culminated in Kelley sharing the name and address of an Irish police officer to the Irish Republican Army, which in that country is a dangerous act that can get him killed. This behavior is reflecting the values of Kelly Services, as she brags about working for you and claiming that you are offering her an attorney to fight the people who are reporting her to you.

Was all ready to accept work from Kelly Services Indiana, not my first time using Kelly Services. It came to the I-9 form, I'm told that I have to get a complete stranger to come with me and sign their name as my "Acting Agent' in regards to my identity. I've been working for over 40 years and have never heard of anything as stupid as this. I have traveled my entire adult life through out the U.S. I choose to live alone now and don't have anyone to actually call a friend. Was told to go to the library and just start asking people that I don't know to be my "Acting Agent" for Kelly Services. Stupid ***

To Whom it May Concern: I believe I was in training for about two weeks, yet it has been 5 weeks since you opened an "Employee Relations" case, on my understanding of being/feeling fired, yet you tell me I still have a job, but have ghosted me now for over two weeks. You seem so professional. Is this your first case, or are you just, lost? Kelly Services has had an ample amount of time to investigate this situation, 5 weeks now, that is double the length of time I worked for your company. As fast as you want your employees to be, maybe you should practice what you preach, and, pay for sure more, you have not paid me anything in 5 weeks. 6 months from now is not acceptable even if Apple is the one driving that time frame, I can e-mail their corporate and tell them about Kelly Services and possibly get a better job with Apple, might not. Not a threat at all, just my self defense to your perpetuated lies, everybody tries me, it would be ill fitting if Kelly's Services didn't. Oops! Considering I have not heard from you, I can only continue to assume, you have discovered Brianna made me feel fired and you do not know what to do, or you are waiting on the next training session to start, which has come and gone, come and gone again. Do you have any idea what my mental health status looks like to my family (hence the reason this e-mail is harsh), the unemployment agency and other acquaintances, with your perpetuation of this lie that I get paid to work for you? The people I live with disagree! They (my family, the unemployment agency and other acquaintances), tell me I am crazy and do not have a job, thinking I wasted my stimulus money on a lemon Apple Mac computer, when I paid my bills. Now you have resurfaced forms of verbal, mental, emotional, and financial abuse in my life among ne and the people that are closest to me. Viewing my mental state as pretending to have a job, which is an ending that perpetuates a lie. You Bastards! Yet you have not paid me a dime and have not paid me a dime in five weeks, nor have I submitted a time sheet in 4 weeks. Due to the abuse you have surfaced among my life...Pay me millions Mother..., or release me from your lies. So my family is also correct, I don't have a job, I refuse to pretend with you. I believe, I submitted a time sheet the first week I filed for unemployment, because your behaviors expressed my premonition of this moment in time (this very e-mail), where I am still not getting paid to communicate with you narcissistic people and you continue to pretend I have a job with your company and am getting paid, per the unemployment hold. Such a *** move, that is what I renamed my ex, because he does stuff like what you are doing, my psychiatrist would agree. It is a measly $1168.00 of unemployment, that I paid in from working with Transcom, which might calculate well with that first weeks time sheet, who knows. But you know back paying me while you ignore the ER case and show no signs of progress would be nice. You had me call in every single day Monday through Friday and wait on hold for five minutes or more, to leave a voicemail and rarely hear a human on the other side. Because you said I had a job, I just needed to call out every single day, saying there is an ER case I would not be working that day. What a waste of unpaid time. I did not call you Friday and tell you there was an ER case and that I would not be in, because the last thing said to me from within my home about having a job with you, triggered, a whole new kind of pissed off, considering I am innocent and not getting paid while being ignored, but I do not mind cussing you in this email or in person, you narcissistic F>;;;;;;;;;;;s. This stupid computer still unused on my desk, obviously a gift from Kelly Services, only to take up room on my desk and pretend I have a job every day. After 6 months wait to start the project as google street view driver last day she told me that i am not selected
In 2019 I used to work for kelly service and 6 months project for google street view driver and I was so happy and good to do that job. In 2020 in January I had a call from kelly service agency in Brussels if i am available to do the same job again this year and i said directly yes. So we supposed to start in march 2020 but because of covid 19 it was delayed everything so the person who called me from kelly she send me email and plus called me to let me know that is going to delay because of corona 19. And then later i received email that the supervisor will be changed and will be Astrid xxxxxx and she presented her self and told that we will start in June so i had 2 job opportunity during that time but i refused as i was more happy to work for google street view driver. And she request me to send the picture of the garage I did sent she didn't accept because it was unacceptable to be the google car outside and specially in main road so i completely I understood, so I found another place it was far from main road plus it was a private propriety and again was refused, so I decided and I send her email that I am going to buy the doors for my garage and then we can put inside she said OK than I bought and i borrowed money just to not let that job to be gone but unfortunately madame astrid xxxx she decided already to get someone else that she knows, and she didn't reply anymore the emails as i sent the picture with the door of garage and everything was ok, so she didn't reply at all after three days as there is no more time she replied after i called first her manager andI told her that she didn't reply me since x day, and she asked me to wait that she will contact you soon after 3 days she contact me and told me sorry but the Google wants to start with 3 people only as they do not need more so after it one of my colleague that we worked last year IN spoke, and he told me that we are 5 people complete staff so i was directly contacting her and asked why you lied on me as you start with 5 people not 3 so she was racist i think and discriminated me just because of my name as different even she complained about her colleague that was our supervisor last year because she is also foreigner. I think she is discriminated and i am going to contact google directly. This is the worst experience with some people like Astrid xxxxxxx as she discriminated deeply and she put me in debt as i borrowed this money and i have still not any job as i refused 2 jobs because of this opportunity and people like her cut my everything so i do not know how may i return back the money that i borrowed and i am struggling a lot so please i want this to take in to consideration i know as Kelly agency is great agency but the people that you have are minus 0 that do not deserve to be in your offices. As you can see picture in 9 june 2020 i sent her then three times that my doors already are paid so they will come same day and to fix it so she did not care even she didnt reply after i sent pictures with garage door and after three days she told me sorry you was late so howwwwwwwwwwwwww come on.??????? hope to hear soon from you.
