They changed the best cracker ever made !
I used to LOVE Kellogs savory onion crackers . Then they pulled them and I couldn't find them anywhere . 3 weeks ago they were back on the shelf , only now they are dry and stale ! I can't even fathom why Kellogs would change the best product they had !! I'll never buy them again !! do NOT even waste your money on these crackers , they are horrible now !

What happened to the flavor of all Kelloggs products? They all have the same flavor even though they are different products. It is a horrible taste. To the new owners: Did you forget to buy the recipes when you bought the company?

Zests crackers
The cracker pkgs seem to be half the size they used to be and prices went up.What happen to the full pkgs cuz I love zests crackers

You can not remove crackers from the inner sleeve without breaking. Most of them are broken and if you do find one not broken it will be as soon as you touch them. I wanted to buy crackers and crumbs!!!

Unhappy with product
The product says FRUIT AND MORE YOUGARTY BITES ..THERS BARELY ANY ..ONLY BRAN FLAKES. Not at all happy with product. Could have bought store brad in plastic bag with more stuff in it. I paid more for a reputable brand thinking it would have more ingredients in it which it did not store would not take back because it was opened.

We hve been buying SUNSHINE Krispy crackers for years. We have noticed recently that the sleeves of crackers have shrunk a lot. Is this shrinkflation or just plain "let's just screw the consumer" ?
The sleeves of Krispy crackers has shrunk a lot. I don't believe there is a full pound in each box. Once again, the consumer gets screwed by a big corporation. As long as it was Sunshine Krispy crackers we were very satisfied with the product. Not the same now with Kelloggs ownership. I guess it's time to change brands.

Foreign Object in my Tony Tiger Cereal
Good afternoon, I tried to email your company, however the email was returned. I used media.hotline@***.com, which must have been incorrect because it would not go through. It is now 1:41 pm Wednesday 10-05-2022, I emailed you on 10-03-2022. My name is Khristin Gentry and on the morning of 10-03-2022 I was in the breakroom at work having my morning bowl of Frosted Flakes, and as I was chewing, I bit down on something very hard, after about two bites, I stopped chewing and pulled out of my mouth an object of which, i do not know what it was, but after looking very closely at it, it appeared to be a piece of hard plastic or glue of some type not absolutely sure. I showed my co-worker Cathy who was having breakfast in the breakroom with me. I was very concerned about the fact that if i had swallowed the object, i would have possibly chocked something terrible. My other concern more than anything, is that I have Grand Children who live with me, and they also love to eat Frosted Flakes as I do, and I shudder to think what would have happened if I would have served the bowl, I had to either of my Grand Kids what could have potentially happened. I'm so glad I decided to take the remainder of the Cereal with me to work for my breakfast, because if I would have left the cereal home it could have been tragic. My Grand kids are ages 2 and 4years of age. I have a photo of the object and i will hold on to it. I would like someone from your company to explain to me how this could have happened. I also could have swallowed this object but thank God I didn't!

Found large object in box of raisin brand that looks like human *** Disgusting. Was on hold for over 25 minutes and finally had to press 1 for a call back. This looks disgusting and was purchased by my 80 year old parents. I want to know what this is? Really need assistance. Will see if call back happens.

I needed to speak with someone about a protein drink mix I loved and used for years and can no longer find it.
I called no one spoke with me and I did not get my questions answered. I would like to know where (if at all) I can buy Kellogg strawberry kiwi protein drink mix. I would love to order a case of them for my bottled waters. I would appreciate someone getting back with me on this matter

Found foreign object in cereal
I bit into A toenail in my blueberry frosted mini wheats. My wife also found another trimmed nail in the bottom of the bag. We both loved, that is loved that brand but are now completely discusted and are contemplating going to the media. I can't believe it one bit! Soooo gross. I've saved the receipt as well as the nail. It actually cut the inside of my mouth and I really hope I don't get any disease from it. I'm expecting you to make this right monetarily or we plan to take legal action.

Found screws in my box of cereal
The agent that helped me was very courteous and respectful. I will continue to use Frosted Flakes and other Kellogg products as this was a rare incident. I only wanted to make you aware of what was found on the box I purchased.

You've Ruined Honey Smacks
I'm not sure what you had to do to get Honey Smacks back on the shelf, but the new recipe is not going to work for those of us who have loved the cereal since we were kids. I was so excited to see Honey Smacks back on the shelf and actually paid full price for a box (instead of waiting for a sale) because I had been going through withdrawals. I could tell by the looks of the cereal as soon as I opened the box that you had changed the recipe. Honey Smacks is now discolored and bland. I didn't even finish the first bowl. I dumped it down the drain and threw the rest of the box in the trash. It was disgusting. Post did something to ruin Golden Crisp years ago and I haven't bought a box since. You have now ruined Honey Smacks and I won't purchase another box unless you go back to the original recipe. Post woke up and brought the original recipe back for Honey Comb when their customer base revolted. Here's hoping Kelloggs will do the same with Honey Smacks. Bring back the original recipe!

You Ruined Mother’s Taffy Cookies
They have been my favorite cookie since childhood and they were my grandmother’s favorite as well. They taste horrible now. I hate the shape, color and flavor of the cookie and the filling. I’ll never buy them again.
