Disclose my conversation.

I had an agent name Farhaan Aleem from Keller William realty and I ask him . When the inspector will do the inspection. If there is any issue with the the house can we negotiate with the prise. And he said ok yes we can. And told to everyone about this and last night I called him. And ask him about it . First he said he did not and suddenly he told yes I told my family about it. His license must be taken . Also he send me the other agent conversation text and screenshots. Due to him I need to cancel an offer I put in at 124 Brook st bayshore ny 11706. I was gonna have an inspection today. At 2pm he disclose all the information

Horrible Experience- Z & Z Experts Real Estate, 3375 Dallas Hwy Suite 100, Marietta, GA 30064

One word - Terrible. This woman Georgiana Zigovszki should be ashamed of herself. She wasnt my agent but represented the buyers on my house purchase who BLATANTLY and shamelessly lied about structural and foundation issues, on the home I purchased. I strongly suspect Georgiana Zigovszki knew about these structural and foundation issues, as carpets were put all over the home, cracks over door frames were puttied and painted over from the structural damage, in order to hide and conceal flaws during any of my walkthroughs Georgiana Zigovszki had to have known, in my opinion. I am recently widowed and spent almost all my savings on this structurally unsound home. After moving in and discovering all the many structural and foundation issues, I contacted Georgiana Zigovszki she claimed the sellers (Chris Wiggins and his wife Brittany Wiggins) had no idea and she didnt know what I was talking about. I guess, all the brand new boards (and a *** Mickey Mouse job someone did with the boards and shims, at that) and joists, in the crawlspace just magically appeared out of nowhere. The seller, Chris Wiggins lied to my agent that he NEVER once went down to the crawlspace in the 10 years he lived here. Absolutely Shamelessand Georgiana Zigovszki is a part of this debacle as the sellers lied on the disclosures and I feel Georgiana Zigovszki knew of something, since the house was covered in carpet and putty/ paint to conceal the cracks and uneven floors. Not to mention, the square footage of the garage was added to the homes living space square footage in order to misleaddodgy. The floors also were not hardwoods but engineered wood another lie. These issues are minor compared to the homes structural and foundation issues, though. It does show Georgina does not mind lying, though. Georgiana Zigovszki should be reported to the GA real estate commission and I just might be the one to do that. The boards and joists are clearly brand new and definitely newer than 10 years, unlike the lies I was told on the seller disclosures and by Georgina Zigovszki. You can even see the brand new tags on some of the boards! Again, the sellers claimed they never once went down into the crawlspace in the 10 years they lived in the house. There are many photos but cannot post them all. Ive had several contractors here now and the fix will be about $30,000 to $45,000 on a home I paid too much for in the first place. I included just a few photos but have many many more. As mentioned, You can clearly see how the boards are brand new even with new tags still attached!

Never again. I even tried going to the agent's manager. No response. Never again will I do business with Keller Williams as a seller or a buyer. According to the other homeowner, the agent called him and threatened to put me in jail. Also, according to the other homeowner the agent hung up on him multiple times. The agent winked at me and commented about my appearance. He also kept making religious remarks like, "God has a plan" and "Keep the Faith". I was confused and thought he was my friend and wanted to share his faith with me. Wrong! Never again!

Worked in the Boca Office

Absolutely the Worst company Ive ever worked for! Fake Fake Fake! They Preach Family, yet, if you dont pay their Fees, they Turn their back on you! My advice. Go to another Real Estate Company. This one is full of Snake Oil Salesman!

I left the East Boca Office. Waste of time!

I hung my License on their wall. Although they Preach Family Bla bla bla. But they really ONLY care about collecting Fees from as many Agents as possible. MOST of Keller Williams Agents are Unproductive. They simply Dont CARE About ALL their Agents. Only a Select Few! Never mind their ridiculous 72Sold Crap!

For harrasment towards David Bauchman

When this individual came into our home to sell the place, he found out from one of his coworkers that we had to wait for courts to confirm with selling the place in the first place. We told him that we would let him know how it went, and we will be in touch if we won. Then he kept calling me trying to force something that's not going to happen. I don't like being forced into something and especially when he said that he's talked to my husband in which he hasn't. This person shouldn't be in this kind of field. I even have text messages from him. I block him and he finds a way.

A customer complaints

We just listed my moms house in salem ohio for sale with one of your listing agents last week. And she is planning on holding an open house Tomorrow on my moms house. And i texted your listening agent not once but twice and asked if we could cancel the open house on 7/17/2022. Due to my mom being in failung health and not feeling well this week due to her being on diaylsis . And your listening agent ignored my wishes as my mom caregiver 24/7 and her daughter who is the medical durqble power of attorney.n

I worked with the Vandalia office and worked with Patricia Murphy and Amanda Dahman and they never provided any help founding a house . Amanda told me for each house I wanted to look at was not

Amanda told me each house I wanted to look at was not available. I reached out to one of the realtors on the house I was looking at and was able to go see the house with no problems. Now Im having problems with Patricia sending documents so my new realtor can close out my home and help me to found another home. Patricia is not answering my calls. This is just pathetic

I am hoping to help others avoid a bad experience

PLEASE READ!! Do not work with Keller Williams/RPM!!! We hired RPM Home Advisors (Keller Williams Midtown Atlanta) to represent us as buyers. As the direct result of an error made by their agent, we ended up spending 18k in repairs shortly after the sale. Essentially, the agent acted on her own behalf without our consent. We approached one of the partners at RPM to explain the situation; he agreed that the agent was at fault and said that he would follow up with his team to try to provide some additional training. When I asked about filing an E&O insurance claim he said that is above my pay grade, but put me in contact with someone else. We filed a legitimate claim which included supporting documentation- emails, texts, expert reports and receipts. Our claim was ultimately denied (months later)specifically because they said that there was an email chain provided by the agent that showed I was not only aware of the error in question, but that I authorized the agent to proceed anyway. The problem is, that email chain DOES NOT EXIST. I have repeatedly asked all parties for a copy of the email and they have refused, saying that they are not obligated to prove their case to me. You would think if there was an email to prove their side, they would gladly hand it over. I am shocked at how we have been treated by this agency. When we entered into this arrangement, I was not expecting lies, deceit, fraud or incompetence. I really hope this never happens to anyone else so please take my advice to heart.

Victim of fraud

They still haven't gotten back to me I became homeless and I just filed a lawsuit in Greene County Courts do a background search on your agent they do one on you do one on them make sure they are who they say they are my agent come to find out it has already had fraud charges which I don't know if they were ever reported to the division of real estate and she also has theft charges

Very Bad Experience-Greenville,SC

I have been "working with" a realtor within the agency of Tim Elder in Greenville, SC. Getting into business with this agency was a very poor choice. There have been multiple instances where my realtor has made it clear she 1. Does not know what is going on 2. Is not in communication with the seller agent 3. Does not have my best interest in mind and will be misleading in order to close the deal and collect the check. I have given multiple chances and finally informed her that I want out. I know another Keller agent with another agency and want to switch. Thinking this agent/agency would want to salvage their reputation/own their poor performance and do what was right, I tried to switch. I got a call from Tim Elder (Managing agent), he came across as very condescending and rude. He had the approach of: We have you locked in and I no longer feel like a customer. I will not make the same mistake again. More so disappointing has been my attempts to contact anyone at Keller Corporate with no ability to get any help or even talk to someone. I can not believe the service I've received in such a competitive industry. They must not need my business or recommendations.

I have tried to deal with this guy(L. Marquis Richardson). He is holding my property as a HOSTAGE because I will not sell it to him. He represents your company; Keller Williams is this the way your company operates. He took my lock off my gates and added his own. I have advised my lawyer of this problem

This is a story of spending $3930.00 to get a house ready to rent. And some of the fraud that was uncovered. I am writing you to complain about Elizabeth Folweiler (property manager) and Caren Stauffer (team leader) from your New Castle office. They did not follow your own POLICIES and PROCEDURES, they inflated bills, charged for work not done, and did not maintain a clean well cared for house. It looks like your New Castle office was not honest, and did not have any integrity. I really expected more from a Keller Williams Realty Professional. Let me tell you what happened. Elizabeth Folweiler had spent $3,930.00 in repairs and told me the house just needed to be cleaned and she had a renter already. The builder was wanting payment for the work done. The problem was I did not authorize any work to be done. Part of the bill was to remove a boiler and registers, but the house did not ever have a boiler. If pictures of repairs were taken to show work that needed to be done, I could tell her to remove the boiler or not. She put in a vanity in the bathroom but did not fix the moldy bathroom floor that was patched with paneling. No pictures, no authorization of work, and no pride of work. Here are some highlights of the problem. Elizabeth Folweiler hired Michael Trover allegedly do repairs and get the house up to renting standers. As I said earlier, she told me the house repairs were complete. She sent me a few after repair pictures, but not before pictures. But after 5 years things were not adding up and she would not answer some basic questions. By that time, I had had enough so I let her go and found a different property manager (Bree). Bree sent me some pictures of the real condition of the house. When I got Brees pictures, I was never so embarrassed in my life. I felt bad to have my name associated with that slum house. The house was ready to rent, but it was not. The bathroom floors were rotted and moldy, kitchen drawers had no bottom in them. The hallway had a 2-foot hole to the attic with black around it and it was dirty and in poor condition. kitchen ceiling tiles being replaced four times in five years. Only to find out the bathroom right above the kitchen has a leak. I think it would have been better to just fix the leak once. When I call Caren Stauffer to talk about Elizabeth Folweiler, she told me I have never heard of anything like that about Elizabeth! and told me Elizabet was doing a good job. The second time I called and told Caren Stauffer what Elizabeth Folweiler was doing she would not talk about it. I had to ask myself was Caren Stauffer (Team Leader Keller Williams Realty) complicit in the scheme to commit fraud? Did she look the other way, or was she in on the fraud? So, is that the type of Keller Williams Realty Team Leader you want your Team Leaders to be aspired by? I got a chance to go to New Castle and I had to apologize profusely to the neighbors! I was ashamed of how my property looked and told them Keller Williams misrepresenting my intentions as a landlord! There is a court case against Keller Williams, Elizabeth Folweiler (Keller Williams property manager), Caren Stauffer (Team Leader Keller Williams Realty), and others. Candance provided us an awful experience; bad home contract with major errors, spoke to us rude, nasty and unprofessional. We sincerely regret ever using this low class acting woman. Was it legal for you to try and charge us more money outside of the seller asking price? Then say it's a management fee. I know you were lying and this should be fraud.

The Keller Williams Belize Rainforest Realty has done theft of my house and had me Western union monies for utilities and then 10 days later said she used it for having the lawn mowed 3 times in a month $180 at 60$ a mow.i didn't ask for this service. It was never mowed and the grass and vweeds were 3ft high. Lupita Ferguson removed my 2 refrigerators putting them in her own rentals and homes. She Freon damaged them not even hiding it; leaving them in the living room. She took my brand new washing machine &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; Stove saying it would be for monies owed to her the rest of the year for mowing it that was June. I was in the US on Coronavirus lockdown and thought I could trust my local realtor. Her boss Macarena Rose was un sympathetic towards me stating Keller Williams realtors are unlicensed Unregulated and could charge what they want. Without telling them their fees? There was never an agreement or contract other than to sell the house. Lupita also took in rents and Deposits from a renter who only stayed a month. She lied and said he was putting in an offer. Keeping All 100% She made up damages and lied to get 800$ from me Western union and sent no pictures receipts or invoices of damages or repairs. She allowed her HOMELESS brother to live in my house for al year; saying he would keep it from being Looted or Vandalized and keep the yard up. She buried my House for sale in a Hidden link labeled Older listings with no obvious click here button. It was advantageousgious for him to live in my FURNISHED house for free than to sell it. She was sneaky and greedy.
