Stolen purse

Workers stole my purse. They were the only two guys working. Felt like such an invasion, please look elsewhere for service.

Schedule installation

Mr. Keller; Your company started installing flooring in our home March 2022. The bamboo is still NOT finished. Supposedly, your team was to come yesterday, October 29th, to finish. As per usual, no one showed up, nor did we receive a phone call. At this point, it is laughable how unprofessional and unreliable your company is... Yet again, on Monday, my husband, Matt Grenvik, will call Beth and try to set up another date. We are heading into 8 months on this job. I know Keller Interiors has already been paid because Garrett told Lowes our job was done months ago...which was a LIE. Lowes is still trying. IT'S KELLER INTERIORS THAT'S THE PROBLEM. I HAVE KEPT NOTES ON EVERY KELLER SCREW UP AND LIES. PLEASE DON'T MAKE ME TAKE YOU TO COURT. I HAVE WON EVERY CASE I HAVE EVER FILED, BUT IT'S A HUGE PAIN IN THE *** JUST SHOW SOME PROFESSIONALISM AND FINISH THE *** JOB!! Wendy Johnson

No customer service

The Reno NV location is terrible. They do not show up for scheduled installation and do not reach out in regards to why or for an update instead they pass you around all day and hang up on you. They they then tell you someone who has not worked there in 2 weeks is in charge of your order and transfer you to Texas

DAMAGES MADE DURING INSTALLATION

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE My light figure was damaged during Lowes Carpet Installation this week. I was at work during the installation so my mother opened the door for them. I went to Lowes immediately after noticing the light figure and walls. Lowes Customer Service could not help me because it's a "Third Party" so they submitted a claim to Keller Interiors. Keller Interiors reviewed the pictures for less than 24 hours and closed my ticket. They offered me only a $25 Lowes gift card to compensate for a light fixture worth $100!!! I had to request to speak to the manager 3x until the call was transferred because THE MANAGER REFUSED TO SPEAK TO ME!!! Per representative: Chandra/Shandra and Manager: May/Mai there is no evidence that the light figure was damaged despite clear pictures that I submitted. She said I would've had to provide "VIDEO EVIDENCE" of them damaging the light figures to show it was actually them who did it!!! Which is complete BS. First of all, I do not have any cameras inside my home. 2nd, How would I have known that I needed to record them installing the carpet. That does not even make any sense. I would assume since per their words "they're professional and trained to not carry carpet above their heads" that they would've been more careful. How would I have known they were going to dirty my white walls and damage the figure light!! That's impossible to know. THEY DENIED THE DAMAGES EVEN BEFORE I SENT THE PICTURES (which shows CLEAR evidence of crooked light figures)

Theft

Not only did this company do a terrible job with my carpet installation, the installers also stole from me. I bought my carpet from Lowes and this is the company that they sent to install it. They stole money, prescriptions, a set of binoculars and the fob for my security system. The installers looked like a bunch of rednecks and they were very unprofessional. Of course, now I can't get Lowes or Keller to do anything other than give me lip service. Don't ever let this company into your home or business

No customer service at all

Ordered carpet from Lowe's May 13th got measuring June 5th didn't see the carpet until the end of July. Not ones to tell her interiors contact me or explain or even ask when delivery was convenient simply told me when the carpet would be there and then it showed up 4 hours early. And I just happened to be there. Never do business with this company!

Horrible company, never use

This company is horrible, never use them, they will not call you back, they schedule appointments and ever show up and never call. Any attempts to get them to call you back go unsatisfied, no one EVER calls back. Avoid ever having to use this company at all costs.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They sent out contractors that improperly installed marble tile floors without grout!!! They used tile and mortar as the grout instead!! They incorrectly hung and damaged brand new baseboards and trim without even 45 degree cuts. They Knocked *** in my garage wall and didnt even tell me!!! They did a horrible drywall repair to try and hide the hole! The workers on this job were dishonest dirty and left trash; saw dust and debris everywhere and damaged my property!! I was left with no bathroom doors hanging and unfinished INCORRECT work and its been over a month still!! DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! The supervisor at this company Scott will not help you even though he says he will. He did not call or respond to anything I sent him! I now have to get Lowes corporate office involved!! They are rated C on BBB. Wish I had known before they came to my home! See just a few of the pictures below of their work,

DO NOT USE THEM

First round of installers did a terrible job; had to have carpet redone. Took months for them to argue back and forth with Lowes on whose fault the bad carpet installations was. After finally resolving that and months later was going to redo carpet to which at this point new installer was sent out with not enough carpet to fix and also said that the job was terrible and all needed to be redone. Now back at the drawing board because they also confirmed that the style carpet we picked out was not able to be put in without showing seams in the carpet so we had to pick out a different style. At this point carpet was not on sale and ended up costing us even more money. I will give credit to Lowes they at least took on half of it. I have made several calls to Keller Interior to which I have asked several times for a manager to call me and never have I received a call back. I called again to ask that someone with the name Keller to give me a call. Still again NEVER have received a call. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.. So Lowes if this is your only choice I'm out. NEVER USE KELLER ... THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

Very poor installation

Didn't remove trim, used damaged flooring, that is now starting to separate and didn't finish the job.

Unprofessional Contracted Services

I have had several homes over my adult life and every one I have hired contractors to aide in home projects, even though I am most DIY. They were late, 50 mins. And the multiple conversations I was talked down too and ultimately resulted in me choosing another contractor due to how I was treated. I talked to several customer service representatives and a manger at Lowes. There was no other choice I had because Lowes has a sole contract with Keller Interiors in Huntsville, AL.
