Seat assignment question
BI paid $170/ticket for seat assignments and luggage. I was able to book seat assignments for 3 of my 4 legs. I was told to contact the airline (Iberia) for the 4th. When I did I was told to pay $55/ ticket more for the assignment. When I complained to Kayak they sent me to a representative and wanted me to give him my credit card information for an additional charge. I was not comfortable with that. Its a good app to check various options in routes and rates but please careful while booking. We had very bad experience. Last week we booked a flight with Agoda through Kayak. Agoda took immediately the money but tickets not confirmed or issued. After several follow ups, Agoda cancelled our booking yesterday. We end up taking another ticket with high price and kayak is not taking any responsibility So please take care while dealing with this app. Their travel partners seems like not very responsible and trustworthy..

Sir I booked ticket from Denpasar,Bali to Malaysia for 21st may and when we reached airport on time for taking boarding pass we were denied for boarding saying we do not have visa for Malaysia so we missed the flight and had to take another ticket

Abuse of my card by the kayak app
My card details has been abused and purchase had been done without my knowledge on 6th of June. Previously I did booked the ticket on 7th of May. This is so ridiculous and highly unacceptable.
