Engine blew up while under warranty and they won't honor

Engine blew up under warranty. Blame customer. Manuals say just the opposite. They should get sued. They ignore you even when presented with the facts

I cannot find oil filter on 1982 Kawasaki motorcycle

I have just bought a 1982 Kawasaki 750 LTD. It is a 2 cylinder model. The engine no. : KZ 750 BE 061054 I cannot find the oil filter. In any manuals/websites /youtube videos that I have looked at, they all say it is on the base of the engine near the oil filler plug ... it is not there!! If you have any suggestions, then that would be great. Kind regards, David Gourdie Aberdour Near Edinburgh Scotland UK

Won't honor warranty

Have a year and a half left on a Kawasaki engine with less than 100 hours. Won't honor warranty because they say the air filter, factory installed, failed. Manual says replace every 200 hours. Not even close. Kawi totally ignores my request will not communicate. they are a rip off. Prof of purchase provided to Kawasaki dealer, Center Star in Columbia Tn

Will never deal with Kawasaki again. They. are a rip off I want all to know that the engine had less than 100 hours and a year left on the warranty. The warranty is worthless

Resolved: Disappointed

Updated by user Nov 10, 2022

Hi.Apparently it’s my fault. Rider error.

The bike wouldn’t go into gear from 4th gear upwards. I was disappointed because I’ve been ridding bikes since I was 10 years old. So just accepted the response. Not had chance to ride the bike again been quite ill lately.

If it does it again I will be selling the bike and going back to Suzuki. Seems there was a problem with the software.

I bought a brand new Kawasaki ninja h2 sx. From the word go I have been having trouble engaging the higher gears. It was taken in to be checked over and they said nothing wrong with the bike its rider error. Excuse me Ive been riding bikes for 50+years and you have the audacity to say to me I cant ride a bike. I will probably wait till spring and trade it in for a Suzuki.never been so insulted in all my life. The bike cost £15000 and it wont change gear smoothly. There was a recall on this model with that complaint but its my fault. I dont think so.

Problems with motorcycle

Not only did I bring the bike back twice and they never fixed the problem they never fixed the flaring that when I bought the bike that never had the bolts in it they could have killed people the white flaring underneath never mind they never fixed the lever problem because you have a recall due to your clutching and your shifting and it likes to go into gear which it has and I made a complaint out now here's the second one and and this time could have killed me or other people and said I have a broken femur because your technicians didn't fix the bike properly and all they cared about was the lever never mind the fairing that's hanging underneath that could kill people because it's my bolts that are in it this is Kawasaki HK out of Laconia New Hampshire by the way and the guy's name is Sam so I have a letter from your attorney's general from Kawasaki saying that they will give me a new bike well that better be because I'm also brand new cell phone holder I paid $38 for a smashed I want that paid for as well please and thank you
