Emergency reaction of my cat to new food.

Sukie has reacted to the new pate style trays by leaving black, liquid diarrhoea all over the place. I only have one sachet of her old 'cluck' left. I won't feed her any more of the new stuff. Please help by calling me asap tomorrow? Thank you.

Not recieved my order

Order not recieved keep ringing and your phones are switched off what is going on They got back yo me very quickly they had cancelled deliveries on the 4th April but didn't let me know therefor I am out of cat food and as I don't go out to the shops very often it is very inconvient. I would have appreciated a message on the day .I now have to get something that my cat will eat .I donr want to cancel katsina as my cat does enjoy it and eats it no problem she is a very fussy eater never mi d let's hope they have sorted it for her next delivery

Stop order I no longer wish to continue with KatKin foods. Please cancel my orders

I want to stop having Kat Kim foods every attempt to get you to action this has failed. Pleas send me no more formulated replies this is turning into a nightmare. Remus will not eat the new type I have followed your advice to no effect. He is now on my vets recommended diet doing well with his INS. Stop my order!!!

Stop order

Remus not eating new recipie despite repeated attempts to contact you you do not seem to understand I wish to stop my agreement with you. Do not send any more I have a full stock of food that he is not eating. As you have changed the recipe our agreement is void you should refund me for the last batch.

To cancel this Saturday s deliy

I sent an email to you on the 30th March to cancel the next delivery. I tried phoning you but the phone is switched off. I again sent an email. But you took a payment and have delivered another delivery. I should imagine I have enough cat food to last me at least 8 weeks now. This is why I have un subscribed I'm not very impressed by the way no one answered my email. Y Brian Southgate

Ordering cat food

I wanted to try your cat food on my cats but it seems I cant select fish only . Why is that ? The response I got was no they dont do just fish but do can have a mix. Despite me asking as my cats eat fish only . Crap response , still trying to sell me what I dont want.

I never asked or wanted a second lot of cat food from you. My cat doesnt even like the food. I want my money back that you have just taken from me

Freshmeat cat foods.

I received a box of katkin and was so surprised it really look good.. I defrosted one today. Can Millie have it some this evening then tomorrow morning and afternoon. Do she need to have in evening too or nothing. I gave her a bit of nibbles she love it.. Only ask do you do salmon and tuna meals? My apologies I cannot use the phone I am hearing impairment.
