EXTREMELY POOR PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!
KapscoMoto, the company that offers this product doesn't stand behind it at all. I bought the "NEH Waterproof Durable Tear-Resistant RV Motorhome Fifth Wheel Cover. Covers Class A B C Fits Length 26'-30' Feet New Travel Trailer Camper with Zippered Panels" a few months ago. The wind tore a small hole in it. KapscoMoto just said "tough cookies". I see "tear resistant" in the actual title. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? So, false advertisement along with the reluctance to stand behind the product tells me this is a "DEFINITE DO NOT PURCHASE" RV cover. Run the other way, unless you want to throw away $100 to this cheating Canadian company.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Contacted the seller and they worked with me on getting a replacement cover.

I purchased a side by side cover and after just seven months it split in half right down the middle.I was told I was just over the return time!! Really it was junk wasted money.Will always remember this brand any never purchase anything again.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I rate Krapsco ZERO stars. I ordered lift gate struts, received the wrong struts. Krapsco wanted photo proof. I sent the photos that clearly showed that the mounting was wrong, Krapsco response "it's the correct part". After a few more e-mails they agreed I could return the part. I had to pay to ship their mistake back.

I bought a $22 scooter cover from them. It was Too Small. I was going to send it back and pay more for a larger one until they coped an Attitude and demanded photo proof it was too small Formal complaint to FTC and they broke down like a cheap Kmart. Watch

2 1/4"Spiked Black Motorcycle Handlebar Pullback Risers (1"bar) is DEFECTIVE!!!!!
The screws packaged in this kit are too short..The screws going into top clamp are only 2" allowing them into bottom clamp only 1/4-1/2" deep, 2-3 threads deep. They won't handle the torque and will cause the Risers to pop off releasing the handlebars!!!!!!!!!! Pull them from your stock immediately. I have contacted the National Highway Safety Commission, Office of Defective products...

Terrible customer service
I ordered a set of 24 chrome lug nuts for my Ford F150, but only received 20. I talked to three different customer service representatives and got nothing but a runaround. I would never order anything from them again and advise other potential customers to be wary of dealing with them.

Bought a rv cover
cover ripped in less than 5 months they would not take a return or replace.

I purchased a motorcycle battery through Amazon ... The Amazon search site directed me to a certain battery, i purchased it and it turned out to be the wrong battery. Amazon directed me to call KapscoMoto for return shipping instructions. KapscoMoto refused to pay for return shipping.... the best advice i can give everybody is to go to a retail store close to you and buy it locally, they will accept returns,if u happen to purchase the wrong battery.... this is the second motorcycle battery, that i'm eating.... LESSON LEARNED
