No person to person service
Ive spent 1000s on this game. I do an update and now I cant get into the game. All that money Ive spent is down the drain. Why? Because I cannot figure out how to fix my issue without speaking to someone and walk me through it. Ive tried numerous times to try it and cannot figure it out. I was in an alliance other player relying on me and now I have to basically stop playing the game. Why? Because I cannot login and retrieve all the long hours and big money spent on crystals and rank material and all the champions I have upgraded!!

Was charged twice for a promo
Payed for a 20 dollar promo and got charged twice to my account. This is not the first time this has happened either with no response or refund of my hard earned money. I have tried several times to contact support with no response and or call back. I do enjoy the game for the most part and would hate to have to delete and give bad reviews. If you could please refund the money that was not suppose to be spent but was wrongly charged, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
