POOR QUALITY

I called a number I was given when I asked Siri for the Customer Service or Quality Control department! Someone answered that #, and I received THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED The 1st guy that answered seemed to know NOTHING, AND HE USED ZERO Common sense! I told him I TOLD HIM HE KNEW NOTHING AND I DEMAND A SUPERVISOR OR MGR! I received a Call from Andreas, and THEY BOTH LACKED ALMOST EVERY SKILL NEEDED TO BE A GOOD CS REP! I They had No COMMON SENSE, HORRIBLE LISTENING SKILLS, AND LAST BUT DEFINITELY NOT LEAST, THEY HAD NO EMPATHY WHATSOEVER FOR THE CUSTOMER (That's Me) Started using a Juul in 2015, I never called JUUL ONCE, EVEN THOUGH, I HAD BOUGHT PODS THAT LEAKED OUT WORSE THAN USUAL, IT WAS OFTEN ENUF TO BE BOTHERED

Never received the juul

Ordered juul pods on 6/28 and as of today still have not received them. Its been well over 14 days. If I had known that getting online would take longer I wouldve gotten them from my local convenient store. Never had this happen before. They need to do better.

Defective device

Their customer service was ok. They resolve nothing and ask you to jump through a bunch of hoops to submit a warranty.

Device stopped working & JUUL could care less. I tried talking to them nicely, & explain I'm low income & can't be buying replacements all the time!

I constantly need to charge have many juul constantly buying over and trying to bang out air. Bubbles

Delivery fail

Made arrangements with Juul before delivery to call phone when arrival-doorbell does not work. Driver came and went with no sound I was sitting right near doir all day. Today next supposed delivery attempt now on websites says error in zipcode for address they were at yesterday and now will be rescheduled against n. Waste 3 whole days of my time. Who can deal with this ineptitude?

Each month it’s a waiting game to see if my order arrives!

Delivery services and tracking capabilitiesthe representatives couldnt tell me where my order was or when it would possibly arrive. They simply offered me a refund.

I've spent more money on Juul devices and pods that don't work and I'd like a refund or to be sent pods and devices.. Im not giving a review until the problem is resolved

I have a monthly subscription and I havent received it for April yet. I am very angry I have almost nothing left and youve never had this situation with me before Please get back to me ASAP because I really dont have anything left. Pod leaks

I dont know what a group title is to finish my auto fill I need to replace with new pods I dont like the taste when the liquid gets in my mouth it shouldnt be this hard to get a replacement pod at the same time I would like to order another Juul device I also want to do an auto ship so I never run out

Where is my order

Poor customer Service could not understand the person talking to me except that he was so sorry I have to wait 24 - 48 Hours before the can give me an answer Trying to get a hold of someone in customer service is ridiculous !!
