I'm trying to take the picture verification and it's not completing the process
I'm trying to cash out $29 because it's telling me that I have to. However when I try to cash out the app I try to take a photo it resets on me I have tried maybe 20 to 30 times. I used the app previously and it was simple to cash out I think the app worked just fine before the photo was added.

Having trouble cashing out
Keep getting messages face already associated with another account I only have one account. I have tried everything to login back into my account. So I've cashed out a few times but this time when I cashed out it only says initiated in the withdrawal status.so idk when I will receive my money been waiting since yesterday what's going on

They are incompetent
Justplay has been an absolute mess of an app, I like the concept and it initially did all work but the number of errors and bugs that crept in while using the app is ridiculous and ultimately will make it impossible to progress with using the app at all. In fact It's now gotten to the point in which it's impossible to even use the app at all because when I try and cash out I get an error saying that I need a different Paypal account. To quote the exact error "You have already been associated with an other Justplay account in the past. Please verify another person for this cash-out" To be fare to the app this is true that I did have another Justplay install on the same device but that first install stopped working because of the aforementioned bugs, the exact bug that time was the app stopped counting the coins correctly and would just add them to the counter but never update the balance once the timer rolled over. The only way to fix the problem that time was to factory reset the device which then the app will work again for awhile before it has another error, that coin count timer error can only be fixed with a factory reset, clearing the cash data in app setting doesn't fix it. I don't think there is any malice at play here I think it's good old fashioned incompetence, I did contact the customer service email multiple times for assistance and too report the bugs but they never responded. until Justplay fixes the problems and answers their email the app and using it is really only ever going to be a very short experience because a bug will happen and then the app won't work any more and you won't get any help with it from Justplay. It's such a shame, It's a good idea completely ruined. That's been my Justplay experience.

I have been using justplayappe.com platform for several years , but lately I started experiencing an issue which has persisted for six days without resolution. Each time I have contacted them, they respond with one of their "canned responses",(their words, not mine*), advising me to provide "more information", which I have done! Still, no resolution! The phone number you provided was answered by a woman who said I had the wrong number. Thanks for providing this platform to air my complaint.
