Finally Delivered
After about two months (July 9- August 30) of waiting I decided to cancel, as well as, disputed it with my bank and then whola! They sent me an email the next day for delivery. I just received it today! I am very happy with my purchased items, although I waited a extremely long time. School had started, and I had to buy another new set of clothes for my daughter.

Major shipping delays
I placed an order 2 weeks ago that hasnt even been fulfilled by the warehouse and there is no ship date set. I called called service to find out if there was an issue and was hung up on the first time. The second time a man answered that read me a script and asked if I wished to cancel my order. I said no, but he explained that due to the recent sales they have a back log in the warehouse, ok no big deal. It wasnt until today that I noticed reviews for the same issues dating back to 2020! In 3 years you havent been able to correct your warehouse back log. Im not hopeful Ill ever receive this order or the $150 I spent.

Placed an order in early July still havent received anything, and they keep saying one more week!!! But they took our money!!! So much for school clothes!!!

My order
Placed order on July 11th it is now Aug 22nd still no order and the only answer I get from customer service is the warehouse moved and they are working they orders as they get them. Mind you orders after mine have already been sent out. When I spoke to a supervisor they wanted to give me 200 justice points which is only $10 off. I spend well over $600 if not more a year with this company. I will never shop at justice again and I will tell everyone I know not to.

Poor Service been waiting over a month and still not received
DONT BUY FROM HERE. Customer service is very poor. They keep saying high volumes of orders is the reason my order hasnt been filled. They offered me a refund. That was weeks ago. I really want to see how long it will take to get my $200 order. But Im thinking of getting a refund. Maybe I should ask for a big discount!! DONT BUY FROM HERE. Just go to Walmart.com or Walmart Better Yet Buy from TEMU youll get it much faster

Where is my order #JUST-999830
Placed order last month. Nothing showing yet. Still shows unfulfilled. This is ridiculous. The money was deducted from my account the day I ordered. I would love to get an estimated delivery date so I can determine whether I need to cancel this order. Please no lame excuses. Jan Smith

WTF SCAMMERS
I made an order on July 1 2023 and today is August 11th. I havent received any of my merchandise BUT they got all of their money and wont answer the phone. NEVER AGAIN Ill just catch it at Walmart like Ive been doing. Ugh!!

Did not receive my items
Order my items on sale July 12, still have not received my items , Cus service said give it another 7 to 10 days and wait for email saying it will be shipped.. still waiting.. I think its a scam because the same items are currently in the site for a higher price but Im still waiting for my items.. buyer beware.. I agree with the previous review.

Never recieved order & can't get ahold of customer service
I ordered $115 of merchandise a month ago, and I received an order confirmation, a few days later received another email saying there would be a delay in shipping due to high demand. That was fine... I waited nearly a month and heard nothing else. I called customer service to find that it is disconnected due to "high volume" (gee, I wonder why...) so I emailed customer service. No response! Now I'm out $115, no idea if the clothes will ever show up. We bought other clothes, so I'd really just want a refund at this point. This is my first time ordering from them, and will definitely be my last.

Order not received
I placed an Order for both my 12 year old daughter and my 7 year old daughter so I could get them school clothes before school started. I even paid a good amount extra to have it expedited and delivered quicker. My order hasn't shipped out and "I CAN NOT REACH ANYONE OVER THE PHONE". The customer svc # is 866-246-**** or 855-655-****. They said due to high demands, they have turned off the phones and will not be taking calls. You have to email them solely. This is *** Justice was never like this before they went out of business and since coming back the customer service is -1 stars. Something need to be done to rectify this problem. When I emailed them, they can't even give me a date of when my order will ship. I'm so pissed off about this. I'm about to cancel my order and never shop here again. Justice is putting a bad taste in their customer mouths and if they keep doing this, they will surely go bankrupt again.

Never received order
i placed an order & waited 15 days & still n o word on time of delivery. i emailed customer service numerous times & they kept emailing back that theybwere working as hard as they could to get it out but that it would be another up to 14 days before i would hear anything. I tried to call the # listed but it kept saying it was under maintance. I was not getting an answer of the delivery or shipping so i finally canceled cause i thought i was being scammed. i am very upset as the outfits i ourchased for my daughter for school & used my coupons i earned. so that was a waste.
