Flight cancellation
My flight with British Airways reference #426XNW and justfly booking #23459**** has some schedules canceled. I need you to get me on another schedule.

I was promised a refund. But I didn’t get half of it
I call 20 minutes after making a booking. I hit the wrong button. They said they would refund me. I only got half back the same day. I was told it could take 6 weeks. That was June 20,2023. They dont get back to me on the chat line.

Tickets purchased
I bought a ticket from justfly online from Columbus Ohio to Douala Cameroon leaving on the 7th July and returning on the 25th July via JFK . I had to change airport from JFK to Newark . There was no transportation from JFK to Newark by the airline so I had to take a taxi that cost me $197.25. I'm writing to you to seek reimbursement for the taxi fair. Thanks for your help. Service is AWEFUL and birders on fraudulent. Getting someone on the phone to complain an issue is impossible. This is also by design.
I booked a return flight fir my fiancé from NY to Grenada son June 8th. The flight was schedules to leave jfk a on July 18th. Annmarie showed and was told the flight was cancelled. She had to pay a one way to Grenada to get on the flight. When I inquired two days later, I was told that my bank had viewed the ticket from Justfly as fraudulent. And Just fly cancelled the flight, unbeknownst to me. The bank according to justfly was able to authenticate the flight as legit. But JustFly never told me about the cancellation neither did they reinstate the cancelled flight. How was I to know. I want to be compensated for the flight my girlfriend had to pay one way to Grenada; because I had legitimately paid for a ticket already. It was Justflys responsibility to inform me about the cancelled flight because of the banks suspicion so that I could rectify the problem. Additionally, they should have reinstated the ticket or at best inform me so the the ticket could be repurchased. I did not violate any of the ticket rules and as such I need to be reimbursed. Further, My girlfriend is still in Grenada and is scheduled to return to JFK on the 31st according to the paid scheduled ticket I purchased. What happens on July 31st? The same thing that happened on the 18th? I think not. This is irresponsible on JustFlys part. I need this resolved asap. I am Jonathan Straughn. The billing address for this ticket is 590 Flatbush Ave, 3n, Brooklyn NY 11225. The passengers name is Annmarie John. I dont feel comfortable putting her DOB here, I dont know how safe this site is. 2 international trips cancellation Request submitted 3 days before the departure day due to health condition, after the request, no longer accept phone call or allowed online chats! no way to reach them for refund or change the date, they are scam! they even attempted to steal money in my account using my debit card information kept in their system!

Requested change of the travel date from 8/6 to 8/27 SFO-ROU confirmation # 234-28*-*** but I was told I have to pay penalty fees. I am requesting just fly to waive penalty fees of $125. My information don't match with boarding pass. I'm stuck in the airport till 515am with no place to sleep. Not happy with this company nor Spirit Airlines. No one wants to help me at all with my issue, but charge me more for my ticket.

I had been trying to get a refund on my first class round-trip tickets for my husband for our 20th wedding anniversary. Unfortunately I was hospitalized the end of April and then we admitted middle of May. This preventing my husband from traveling as he is my sole caretaker. Per just fly website. I had purchased cancellation protection policy. When queued to simply Press here I was directed to refund me.com. I have been in communication with them for 2+ months, providing more information than their terms and conditions required and still no refund. Last week I was informed that they had nothing to do with my refund and referred me back to JustFly! I spent 3 hours last Sunday with a wonderful customer service representative from just fly. He spent over two hours with me, explaining the process regarding my refund. His last name was Abrahim.

I made the reservation through the JustFly Booking website and received an email confirming the purchase of the tickets but I cannot access them through the Avianca website. I’ve been trying to get a refund for months and I cannot get someone on the phone to get it handled
I had a trip booked with my family to Hawaii. We had to cancel the trip due to my wife having Covid. Ive tried to get my refund for months now. This is literally the worst website I've ever dealt with. I filled out my form on just fly to be able to get my refund. I paid $300 for a cancellation refund policy and I still have not received it or even got an email back for it.

I had a return flight to Norfolk Virginia at 7:50 AM on spirit airlines I have the confirmation and everything and when I got to the airport spirit had no record of it I had to pay $162 out-of-pocket to get my nephew on a flight
