Worst company ever!!

These people ruined Mother's day. I ordered flowers and paid $150 for Purple Cottage arrangement. The flowers were not delivered and I called, texted and emailed but no one would respond. Customer service is offshore and unhelpful. After I left a message on Wednesday following Mothers day which is Sunday to cancel my order, they delivered an arrangement on Wednesday evening which was insulting in the least. It was nothing like the ones I paid for and there was no purple in it. It was mostly white lilies. Please stay away. Customer service is asking me to send pictures... Can you believe this? RIP OFF... Companies like these prey off of other people's sentiments to make money. STAY AWAY.

Horrible, horrible company

I placed an order for Mother's day to be delivered. I paid for "premium upgrade" to the arrangement I placed. The message stated that "we will add lots more" to the arrangement. The original arrangement cost me $74 and the premium cost me $95. With delivery, I paid $150. The order was not delivered on time. It was actually delivered on Tue after I called and left a message to cancel it. There is no live person to speak with in the US. Customer service is off-shore. And, they are unhelpful. I emailed them, texted them as suggested with NO RESPONSE. How is it that after I canceled the order, it was delivered. The picture of the product delivered looked NOTHING like what I ordered. I ordered PURPLE COTTAGE. The flowers delivered was mostly made up of white lilies. What a shame and a scam. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOOSER OF A COMPANY!!!

Ordered flowers on Friday, May 12th to be delivered on Saturday, May 13th but have not been delivered and this is Monday, May15th and cannot get anyone to respond to my phone calls.

Customer service poor and charged my account and need to be reimbursed. I do not recommend their service.

I didn't get anything close to what I ordered

The flowers that I ordered for my mom and sister were nowhere even close to what I ordered online.The flowers were much less than I paid $20. Extra to have and they were not even the correct flowers in any way as well as the basket was half the size, pretty but not what I ordered.

My order never delivered

My name is Margalie Balynce, live in Plantation, Florida. I placed an order for my Mom who Iives in Brooklyn NY. She never received the flowers. I am very upset about it, and w when I tried to call, nobody answered the phone. I am very disappointed and I want my money back. Very bad customer service. My order number is 959****. My order keeps getting pushed back!

I ordered 4 arrangements. Only 2 out of 4 were delivered and the other 2 delivery date has been pushed back twice already!!!! Not delivered yet!!!!! Cannot get anyone on the phone!!!! 1 of the 2 arrangements that showed up was ENTIRELY different than what i ordered and the other I paid EXTRA to have it fuller etc and it looks like trash and isn't any fuller than the base model. I have never been so disappointed in my life from a flower delivery service. This was supposed to be for mothers day!!! It's a shame that this company can continue to operate and do this to people sending flowers for a special someone/s in their life. How un special this has become.

You are absolutely the worst company ever

I ordered my flowers with the order number of 959**** on Saturday for my mother they still arent delivered yesterday I checked and it said that they would be delivered Monday no keep in mind that Mothers Day was Sunday now today I check and they said they wont deliver them till Tuesday Im calling the Better Business Bureau Ive had enough either these flowers get delivered and I get some kind of kick back on This for all my trouble Im calling the Better Business Bureau

Flowers not delivered when promised

Flowers not delivered when promised then when they did come flowers were wilted and was not the arrangement I selected. Also I ordered balloons for an extra charge the delivery person said there are no balloons. Very dissatisfied. Can't get a hold of customer service keep going to vm. No

Did get sever ice or order as told I would and how the company employees are not telling me or dealing with where the order is and why it not be delivered

I placed order the order was delivered and no I see no one wants to help me on order or the issues and am really upset and disgusted that I am be treat this was after my dad has past and this was to be a something from to on mother day to make her happy as I am getting upset as well getting a wrap around on why and where flowers are and have not been delivered from the employees of this just flowers as this not except-able and when ask for management I am put on hold and now picks up and then hangs up as this was be delivered as told on Saturday and still been delivered as said in T would be on Saturday and Sunday has come and we are still call get nothing where or why are flowers are

Flower Arrangement refund

I ordered a sympathy arrangement from Justflowers.com. Although, they were delivered on time, the arrangement sent wasn't even close to what I ordered. When I called and complained, they offered me a $10 refund. We agreed upon $16.95 USD and today still no refund. We are one month past now. Buyer, be aware you won't get what you ordered. Photos are included. See what I ordered and what was received. Omg!

Very disappointed

Received my first gift of flowers today. They arrive DEAD. I tried to call customer service, but there was a long wait (I was number 7) So I got online to report the problem AND THEY ASKED THAT I PAY A DOLLAR TO COMPLAIN! Guess Ill just forget it. Dont use them.

Order Changed Without Customer Consideration

There were two separate flower orders, the first involved flowers delivered for a funeral service. The flowers were ordered at least two days prior to the service. Late at night the day before the service, I was texted a message informing me that they could not deliver the flowers that previous evening (despite the comments left for the flowers to be delivered THE morning OF the service, NOT the night before the service)...so the flowers were not delivered. After I contacted them the morning OF the service (when I get the text) I called, and, after a lengthy conversation and lengthy time on hold, was informed that the flowers would be delivered before the funeral viewing (there was never any verification by anyone at the service telling us that the flowers HAD been actually delivered). The second incident, a week later, involved flowers that I ordered online for my wife's birthday on 1020**** (the online order was placed two days prior to her birthday). The online picture of the flowers that were ordered for delivery were deep "blue or purple"...the flowers delivered were actually red, pink and white. They were not even close to what I had ordered. After the flowers were delivered and I was texted a photo of the flowers she received, I called and discussed the problem with the "service" department... they gave some *** and bull story saying...."because of covid". Not only were the wrong flowers delivered, I was never contacted beforehand and told that they had to change the order; (the change was taken on themself, and done without my knowledge or permission); $80.00 to $90.00 is a lot of money to spend on something that you "didn't " order. When I complained about the order, I was refunded $10.00 for the inconvenience.....a $10.00 refund was more of an insult than actual customer "service".
