Ordered from our local McDonalds, it was not delivered to our address but marked as delivered 2 very disappointed children and neither the restaurant or just eat will help resolve the issue! £25 gone, no food, *** customer service I want a refund yo utter rip off merchants

1 month later and nothing changed.The offer of £5 credit Nof showing in my account.£7.50 refunded to my bank account unsure till I receive statement.Nobody has contacted me from Just Eat so now renamed them as Just Cheat who doesn't let you eat.

Hi just here to share, I havent ever had a problem with just eat but yesterday night I placed an order at 8:07pm I could see that there was not even a courier assigned for delivery. I was having a phone call at 8:57pm from the restaurant stating they could not carry out my order. Therefor, I cancelled at 9pm I was told I had been charged fully and was not offered a refund? I had received no service at all just eat uk is very confusing as Ireland have a live chat to sort all these customer issues yet uk its hard to even find a contact number until I found this site. I have put in an enquiry about this today as I am not happy I would either like a refund or have the food delivered another day as I have already paid for the food, service fee and delivery!

I ordered a McDonalds last night £28 it came to for 2 Big Mac meals chicken wrap and double Big Mac and was sent apple pie and mozzarella balls fries n a chicken nuggets I sent a picture of the recipe the order was wrong and was refused! This is an outrage because I spend over £25 pound a dint get wat I ordered this isnt a regular for us it was supposed to be a treat for the family I sent 2-3 emails last night just to be told today that Im been refused because there isnt enough proof! To yous it might only be £28 but to us its more as well as the principle, as you can see what I ordered to what I got are a million miles apart

Appalling service from both Just Eat and Hanwell Pizza.
I requested a refund for appalling service from the restaurant I ordered from and for stale, cold, damaged food along with picture evidence. I was informed by JustEat that the food could still be consumed so they won't issue a refund or do anything to help me. I do not accept this and would like to escalate this. Just to add, I have never requested a refund for food before as I am usually quite forgiving and understand that restaurants sometimes mess up, but the service I received from the restaurant was so bad and rude that on principle I deserve my money back.

I ordered from Greggs , i was supposed to receive 12 donuts but only received 4 . I told them that 8 is missing and they refuse to refund me for that 8 !!! it is not my fault that the service from Greggs is not good ... why should i loose ?

Problem with the food
I have been charged twice for the same order I have been trying to contact just eat team but I havent been getting a answer I am not very happy and Im starting to get really frustrated now, this is stupid and I would like someone to contact me as soon as possible because this is ridiculous. As you can see the photos below, I have been charged twice yet I only ordered once!

I ordered a delivery last week I have spoken to two customer service people and I'm not happy,When the delivery man came he gave me two bags inside one bag was our cake and drinks and in the other bag were some biscotti ice cream,I ordered more items as you can see on the receipt,on the bags the driver gave me were two different receipts,one was my order and one was someone else's order ,you can see that the date and time are within a minute,I didn't receive my hot food ,I spoke with the manager at McDonald's (Gareth) who said they only put one receipt one each order,the driver gave me the cold items and the other orderer got the hot items ,I'm am only asking for the £20 that I paid you don't have to give me the ten pound voucher back.thank you Julie hatch photo attached please read the time and date as well as the order .

Terrible Experience
Theives !! Had another person's meal delivered, far less in value than our order, did as their website said and sent photos of the items received along with a screenshot of our order as there was no receipt but they declined the refund, I complained again, said they wouldn't overturn their original decision, complained again and got a very abrupt email back, again saying no. I understand some people may take the p but our claim was genuine. I have emailed the MD of Just Eat UK, we'll see if I even get a response ? I will never use them again and will leave as many negative reviews and tell as many people as I possibly can about this shoddy service. Be warned !!

If there was a button for no marks I would of pressed that instead. I've had no apology nore have I received a refund on my order of £29 which then took me into an unarranged overdraft not happy
Absolutely appalling response from just eat said I wasn't entitled to a refund because It had been delivered which it hadn't not only this they took the money out my bank twice all because they had no milkshakes the order had to be amended which I did and it never turned up so now I tell everyone I know not to use just eat as they will rip you off and sure enough theyve done it to another person afew days ago I don't know what this company is doing but it needs sorting out as Im still £29 down and no further on and I will never use just eat again

Ive been waiting for my food to arrive I see on the app the driver was sat outside my house , I was waiting in the kitchen for (him/her) to knock on the door , so I looked on the app again to see why they was taking so long and to find out driver started to drive away so I decided to step outside my door to go around the corner on the the street to find my food in the bush damage ,

I ordered food from this restaurant called NKD bird . The estimated delivery time was around 9:15 but I got a call at 8:44 from the driver that he has reached the location. I told him that I will be there in 5 mins . I had to walk to the main gate to pick up the food. He said that would make him late for the next delivery so I asked him to give it to the reception. I received a notification saying that the food has been delivered. I went to the reception but the food wasn't there. I tried calling the restaurant and just eat multiple times but no answer.I got a message from the driver telling he couldn't go through the gate and that he was sorry .I reordered the food because I was still hungry and this time I went to the main gate to pick up my food , only for me to realise that the old food delivery was left outside on wet grass in the middle of nowhere. Now I couldn't even eat that food and I have lost my money.

Complaint cold food
The food was stone cold and I was not able to eat this food. I waited from 8.30pm to 9.11pm, the times changed 3 times. I took the food back to McDonald's the next day, the manager went on my account and told just eat to refund me £12.47.they are not refunding medont

I can not find a fault, the service is very good the food is a1 beautiful place to be I recommend every family should come here.
