Justblinds scammed us out of hundreds of dollars
We bought the same blinds from Just Blinds on two separate occasions two months apart. When the second batch arrived they did not match the first set. Their website didn't indicate that anything had changed (and still doesn't). When we called customer support about ordering the same product but receiving different items in the mail and they were unsympathetic. Multiple customer reps told us we should have purchased the $100 warranty and then they would exchange them for us. Wait what? I need to buy the warranty in case they ship us mismatching products? So... now we're out close to $1000 and they don't care.

I just received Blinds from JustBlinds, The Color of the Blinds received is not the color that we ordered from the Website posting of colors being offered. I called JustBlinds and the position they take is "if you do not ask for sample you own them, On top of this "JustBlinds" post on their website "30-day satisfaction guarantee" This is not so! I asked to talk with a manager and the response is please leave a phone number and we will have that department call you, "Never Happen" Went on line to JustBlinds website and sent a message "No Response" So much for HGTV checking Companies out!!!!
