Terrible custome service - can't reach a live person

WISH I COULD GIVE A Zero, but it automatically defaults to 1.8. Reporting the to the Better Business Bureau! Bought on Groupon, tried to reach someone live, lost ALL my money spent on the order, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Complaint

I wish I could give this review a zero.. I recently ordered the 3 day cleanse and was really looking forward to it after reading all the reviews. I received my order around noon and was excited to start my first day. The information that was included with my package stated the bottles must be kept cold, of which mine arrived warm. I immediately noticed how strong the aroma was coming from the cleanse, it appeared that it had gone bad. I went online to get the contact information and also any instructions if this were to happen. The website advises to contact them either by email or their customer service number. I called the phone number provided and due to increased call volume, I had to leave a message. I also sent an email requesting how to proceed as their product appears to have arrived not as described or expected. I have since sent two additional emails, asking how to resolve this but I haven't received a single response back. I wouldn't recommend anyone purchase from this company, they don't stand behind there product or policies.

Cancelled order over 7 days ago however

no response on orders first they tell you to email then they send you an email telling you to call .. no response or ability to leave messages on phone.. contacted locations either didn't get anyone or talked to a person saying they have no contact number with company.. they just are separate entity.. no resolution .. contacted credit card did a retraction complaint.. and so far they have gotten no response either.. came home to find order even after cancellation has been delivered however perishables are spoiled both boxes are hot ..juices are hot.. and I was told to leave them until a response is given by my credit card ..they are giving them 15 days to respond to complaint.. I also filed a complaint with bbb

They are thieves!!

I paid $95 dollars for a 3 day cleanse. I received one day and they will NOT respond ro my emails. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!!

Spoiled product, horrible customer service

THEE worst customer service. My first juice & soup plan order came room temp/warm, so I was skeptical. I tasted a couple of the juices - definitely bad. So I wrote into customer service to see what I should do. They said it was fine, and since I couldn't provide photographic evidence that anything was wrong with the juices (um, how do you get a photo that shows that they were warm and spoiled?), there was nothing they could do. I kept pushing, they would not refund me. I finally was able to get SOMETHING out of this horrible experience and they sent me a new order. But guess what? The order showed up - the box was smashed, 2 of the soups leaked EVERYWHERE in the box, and there were seeds from one of the juices all over everything. I couldn't believe it! But, I finally had photographic evidence!! I sent it in - and STILL Jus by Julie had excuses. They settled on refunding me the 2 soups that exploded. You HAVE to be kidding me. 3 weeks of working with customer service. They never did the right thing, and they fought me the whole way. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. Horrible company + LOOK AT THE INGREDIENTS. You are basically drinking sodium, sugar, and carbs, warm and spoiled. There are other juice cleanses on the marketing WAY better for you.

Disappointed

I ordered a two day cleanse that came with shots--it was the inclusion of the free shots that clenched the deal. The package arrived with cushioning but no ice pack at all. I have received shipments in the past and this was NOT properly packaged. It almost room temperature. All the free shots were missing. I contacted them, and the resolution was to give me a coupon code for another shipment. I don't want it!

Horrible

Basically the shipping information was wrong on my package. I contacted ups and they said I had to contact jus by Julie to fix the address and get everything correct. After emailing jus by Julie and not getting a responds I then called ups yet again. They then informed me that the had ton get rid of the product. so I contacted jus by Julie again on a Monday and still nothing. I didn't get any responds back until days later they then basically informed me that it wasn't there fault and they can do nothing for me but take my money and give me a 20% discount on my next order which will never happen because I will not ever be buy anything from them again.

Absolutely terrible experience

I ordered 3 - 3 day juice cleanses to do together with my family. They created a shipping label, they would come in 2 separate packages. The first arrived on time with 1 set, and the other 2 never shipped. (status still shows "label created"). Their phone number always goes to a automated message and you cannot leave a voicemail, even during regular business hours. They haven't responded to any of my emails. They say the juice is only fresh for 3 days..well I'm not going to use the ones that arrived since we were supposed to do this together as a family. Inexcusable when paying north of $300. customer service is 0/5 - non-existent. I have no choice but to file a claim with Amex.

Horrible customer service

I ordered a 3 day juice and soup cleanse (9 juices and 9 soups). I received the shipment on a Tuesday and was missing one juice. I emailed customer service right away with a photo of my shipment to request they send me the missing juice. I live in New York so there shouldn't have been an issue with getting one juice to me in a timely fashion. I received the automated reply email that says someone will contact you within 24 hours. I started the cleanse Wednesday morning thinking I surely would have a reply from the company and the missing juice by Friday. I emailed them again Wednesday afternoon when I hadn't received a response. Although I shouldn't have to after paying $29 shipping, I could even have gone to one of their locations to pick up the juice I was shorted . It is now Friday and I still have yet to hear anything back from anyone at Jus by Julie. Calling their help line is of no help. No one answers and the recording suggests emailing them for "faster" service. Pretty much a joke. The only thing that they're fast at is that they've quickly lost another customer.

Shady Company, DO NOT ORDER!

I wish I could give this company ZERO stars but unfortunately that's not an option. My order for TWO juice and soup cleanses was placed on April 3rd for delivery on April 30th. I received a confirmation email that the order was under a UPS tracking number. UPS never received the package and there are no updates on tracking. When I send an e-mail in regards to missing two juice&soup cleanses I did NOT receive a response. The only numbers for the company are their retail stores and when I spoke to someone there she had absolutely no idea how to help me in this situation but was kind enough to take my name, number and order number. But still, no call back. I am utterly disappointed in this company's non-existent customer service. How do you not have a telephone number for people to call when there are issues with the order? How do you run a business? And even so, you should be available to answer e-mails when there are issues with orders, but they do not. Also, they charged the credit card provided on April 3 before they even attempted to ship the order. At this point I have NOT received my order, NO ONE is responding to my e-mails or telephone calls and they left me no choice but to dispute this charge with my credit card company. I should have read the Yelp reviews before placing an order with this company because this is obviously a recurring issue for the company and they have yet to rectify their company's flaws. Eh Okay I Guess

The seeet spin literally made me vomit about half an hour later after I drank it. Vomited it ALL. The Choco nana one made me feel pretty good though. I just got the cleanse and those are the only ones so far I’ve tried. Cholorophyll shot was strong but good. I’m now afraid to drink another. Help! Could I be allergic? I’ve never had rice milk before and rice milk was in the sweet spin juice.

SHADY COMPANY

If I could give LESS than one star, I would. These people are SHADY. I bought the 3-day soup and juice cleanse. By the 3rd soup, I almost gagged. I had to hold my nose to get it down. Worse than that stuff your doctor makes you drink before a colonoscopy. I wrote them on my second day of the cleanse asking for their help as to what to do...wait until they sent me juices to substitute the soups? I got a form letter (that I've now gotten 12 times) saying it was a weekend (which it wasn't) and to write to them instead. I did (12 times) and each time I got another form letter saying in their subject line UPDATE NEEDED about your email. Then in the body of the letter it said 'write your response above this line'. Well, NO email platform will allow you to do that. I wrote from 3 different email addresses with no luck. Their customer service number is useless since it's on automatic recording ALWAYS. This is a SHADY COMPANY and you can get those juices from any well-stocked grocery store for a fraction of the cost. AND THEY'RE LOADED WITH CARBS so you can make your own from home and save the trouble. I'm still so pissed at their non-existent customer service. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Give me my money back!!

Ordered months of jus to get through personal stuff. Started out ok, there were a lot of mistakes-but they fix d them pretty quick. By the second month, orders were wrong, damaged, late/spoiled 99% of the time. Customer service got slower to respond. Then they discontinued one of my Staples and made random substitutions (that I could not drink) without my consent.That's fraudulent. I have asked for a refund numerous times and am going to file fraud charges with PayPal. Also, they have now changed to HPP processing, so much for "we don't cold press". Buyer Beware!

A disappointed customer

I would like to express the level of aggravation and inconvenience your company has caused me. I have been an avid juicer for about 8 years and have given many different companies the opportunity to have a part of my loyal business and the large juice following I have as well. But, after the horrible experience your customer service department and company overall has put me through, I will most likely never purchase or refer another person to Jus By Julie again. I do a 21 day juice cleanse about 2 to 3 times per year in addition to short cleanses monthly, I decided this time to have your company fulfill my order. I had to plan accordingly with my schedule, time and deliveries in order to meet the dates that I had already planned for. I received an email the day before my first order was to arrive, which informed me that my juices would be delivered 5 days late. I called the number on your website about 6 times and no answer. I waited the next day and called again throughout the day, no answer, I emailed, no answer. 5 days later someone emails and says sorry for the inconvenience, let us know what dates we can fix in order to meet your ship dates. I replied to your company and it took 5 days for another reply from them. Called customer service number, noone answers. Then your customer service finally replied a week later to let me know your moving facilities and that the rest of my order would not be shipped until the 22nd. My 21 day cleanse would be nearly over by then. I took time out from my schedule, rescheduled work events and family functions so that I could just focus on getting through this cleanse. I sent a reply to the last email 2 days ago and still no reply from your Company. I have sent numerous emails in the past 2 days to have your company reimburse me for my cleanse and cancel the order, pretty sure they will reply next week. I am sending this directly to you so that you are aware, you may or may not know how horrible your customer service department is handling your customers. I would want to know if it were my company. Please know that this was a HUGE INCONVENIENCE your company has caused me. I am disappointed more so because I really loved your products. If the effort put forth to your products and marketing was directed to your customer service, your company would most likely out perform some of these other juice players that are in the market place today. Sad to know I will have to say good bye to JBJ.

Terrible Customer Service

This review is of their mail order, not the store. I can't recommend it. I had multiple issues with them and that seems to be pretty common from reading other reviews. I ordered a set of items during one of their holiday specials. The date for deliver was set and I waited. Just before I was suppose to get the package I received notification of shipping. So far, so good. The day of delivery, I received an email saying there would be a days delay, no problem. The rescheduled delivery day came and went. No delivery. So I go back on the website to check and find the shipping label has been voided. No explanation, no new email, nothing. So I contact them and get "oh ok, we'll ship next week". Nothing else to explain what has happened. I get the shipment email and the box arrives on time. I open it to find one of the items is missing. Again, no explanation, nothing. So I contact them and they apologize and say they are going to give me a $15 gift code. Well... that sounds good until you realize that shipping is over $20 and that $15 code doesn't amount to much unless I purchase over $90 of stuff so I can get free shipping. And unfortunately, this type of thing is pretty common with them. Which is a shame because I liked what I actually received. But considering the price, which is not for the faint of heart, I won't be ordering anything again. So let the buyer beware, you've been warned.

Scammed out of over $100

I ordered 10 juices and 10 soups and 12 booster shots and only got a random assortment of 20 juices, that don't even make up a 3 day cleanse. I can't get any response and have 20 juices with a 4 day shelf life taking up space in my fridge until I can get a response. WOW. I sure hope I can get my money back.
