Dolls house missing a part
I bought my daughter the Jupiter Workshops Modern Mansion Dolls House for her birthday but part H was missing from the box making the £160 dolls house a waste of money as without it, it can't be built! I have tried to contact them & tried everywhere for the part but with no luck.

My 3 y/o granddaughter LOVED her Supermarket Play Center. She would be making her "Boop - da - bleep-in"sounds and getting on that microphone announcing "clean-up on aside 3"WE ARE BOTH VERY DISSAPOINTED, and hope this company will replace it with one that works properly.

I got my granddaughter the Supermarket Play Center, and the cash register stopped working a week after she got it. Her favorite part of the whole thing was this cash register with realistic microphone. Somebody, somewhere, has got to know how to get a replacement. cash register PLEASE!!! Rhondarone@***.com

They screwed up numbering the parts on my kitchen
They put sticker 26 on part 27 and sticker 27 on part 26 and screwed up the whole build and I had to take it apart again and re do it

My mum purchased a dolls house from argos and there is 8 hinge screws missing asked argos and the said they'd return but would rather order the spare screws

Train table came in broken. You cant contact this company. Email and phone number doesnt exist. My grandson has to play with broken toy? Cant bring back to a store because its out of state.

i recently bought a deluxe wooden train table , purchased it at Bj's in November , went to put it together for my grandson on Dec22 ,2020 and got all the way to setting the track and train up , got down to the last piece of track and some idiot at your company gave me 2 sections of piece "B" which should have been piece "A". in the box it is suppose to have 7 pieces of "A" track ( only have 6) and 1 piece of "B" track ,i have 2. I need to get a Letter "A" track to finish the track ( now my grandson wont be able to play with his new toy until Jupiter Workshops does what they get paid for ....customer satisfaction.

Very hard to put together and the Door to the oven is broken.. no way to contact anyone about it.. Cute product, but very cheaply made DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

Cash Register not working
I purchased the Wooden Supermarket Play Center and the cash register doesn't work! I've emailed the company and no response !I purchased this for my daycare and it was a lot to put together and then for it not to work.

Unable to contact the company
I'm a child therapist and purchased the wooden supermarket for my office. The scanner has not worked and actually melted due to the batteries getting to hot. I would like to see about getting spare parts or making a return, however the 800 number I found is for a computer company.
