Complaint bad service

past 1 pm august 24,2023 nakapila Ako sa Jollibee victory mall complex STA. ROSA laguna,, nung Ako na order nag ask si cashier(Lester Arron)if dine or take out then I said if dine in meron pa ba ? nakk stay Ako sa harap sinisilip ko lang if meron... pag balik ko Ng tingin sa kanya irap na Siya Ng irap GRABE Yung attitude Niya pinakita... nagtitimpi Ako pero Siya tuloy lang sa bad facial Niya. then umalis Ako because naiinis na AAKO sa bad attitude na pinapakita Niya saken... pag balik ko kinoncern ko Siya sa katabi Niya cashier... sabi ko pagsabihan Naman.. pero I shocked sabi nung kausap ko cashier bigla daw Ako umalis for sure kinuwento ni Lester Arron cashier na ganon... parang kasalanan ko pa na umalis Ako then nag palamig... GRABE attitude Niya pinakita... bumila lang Ako parang naging kasalanan ko pa ...GRABE Siya Hindi Siya pwede mag counter sa ganon behavior Niya...

Bad service

I was ordering a C1 spicy leg part for take out, its loud and clear when i said it and the cashier said okay, but when i came home and see my order wrong part they didn't said that there's no leg part available and also i didn't ask to replace my drinks for ice tea, maybe next time they will confirm first the costumer before they give the order not like what happen to me I don't like the part of the chicken they given to me GRRR!!

JOLLIBEE STA. ROSA GAVE US THE WRONG QR FOR PAYMENT

Hi good day! I just want to report jollibee sta. rosa bayan for giving us the wrong qr code for payment. They gave us the qr to scan the payment the first payment didn't go through their system so made another payment that cost 595 and we made a payment twice the first one was sent to bancnet and the second one was sent to jollibee we just scan from the qr they gave us and total payment deducted from us was 1190. They didn't make any refund or the same food that we ordered since it is their fault. I have the screenshot of the transaction even the qr code. I want to speak to someone who knows how qr code works. They didn't even say sorry for what happened the manager told us they are not connected to bancnet but I saw to their device that they have bancnet

Pki educate isang cashier nio sa jollibee tabang Guiguinto Kung hindi available ang choice nmin sa chicken sana wag magdesisyon ang cashier kung anong cut gusto nyang ibigay.nagbigay p sya ng choices, sya din naman pala masusunod

Good day! Kulang po order namin ng drinks. Coke float and iced tea. Kaya nga po ako nag order ng jollibee gawa ng coke flat tapos wala ni isangdrinks???anu bayan gutom na gutom panamn ako!!! Pa deliver nyo po yung drins thank you

Poor Customer Service Vistamall Tanza

I ordered 2 mix and match worth 150. I gave 500 peso bill and ive got 350 change. While waiting for our order ,the cashier approached me and said that they cant have the bill that is torn. I verified to her manager and the manager said that the kind of bill is not acceptable in the (All Bank). I ezpalianed to the manager that i got the bill chnage from a retail store and that bill is acceptable since is good its just that ut has scarych tape on it. Clear notes and serialized. I asked if the bank is open.and the manager verified it, so.i go to bank but unfortunately the bank is closed. I got bank to the counter i struggle so much , i cant have my ordered to be cancelled/refunded because my 2 son love it so much. I asked my husband to withdraw cash from the ATM. So hassle ,the manager did not approach me . Very unacceptable. Where to atach proof of receipt and the bill 500 so you would see.

Hi, jollibee deparo puregold. nag order kasi ako ng super meal kaso ung chicken. ndi spicy. ndi ko kasi trip lasa ng manok pag ndi maanghang. pero gutom na ko eh . tatawag sana ko sa inyo kaso ndi ko makita ung num . nio sa store. burado kasi ung 3num sa dulo. next time po pa double check muna before out. please dissatisfied ako sa service.

Lazy staff Jollibee ML. Quezon St. National Highway Mactan lapulapu city

This brunch are lazy as *** I order 2 burger steak but in receipt is only 1 order in that point listening skill is not working, I ask the staff what is the quickies I can have this morning she told me that burger steak for 6 minutes. I waited like more than 20 minutes for my ugly burger steak. I just left I did not eat the food which they did not prepare and already paid. The cashier name is Maria S. Pogoy. Jollibee company pls. Retrain the manager or supervisor and the staff as well for this brunch (ML. QUEZON ST. NATIONAL HIGHWAY MACTAN BRUNCH). Suppose to be this is not a fine dinning, Jollibee is a fast food chain and that's an F.Y.I. IM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE LAZYNESS OF THE STAFF AND THE MANAGER OF THIS BRUNCH. PLS. SEND ME FEEDBACK REGARDING WITH THIS ISSUE. ILL BE BACK AND MORE COMPLAIN FOR THIS BRUNCH IF THIS HAPPEN AGAIN

This is what we've experience yesterday - 6/17/23, I really understand that it was a very long lane since people loves jollibee's meals and there was only 1 open counter. It was 8:28 pm when I was given an order number (30) . I ordered Chickens, fries, and I added peach mango pie and tuna pie. However, they told me that I needed to wait 10 mins for it and expectedly I should have my order by 8:38 or 8:40 pm which was really fine so i said "no problem" but then my order was completed at exactly 8:50pm. When we got home to eat the 4 Chicken meals, fries were not freshly cooked, they were so cold as if it have been sitting for couple hours and the ice on drinks have melted already which I understand even though those were not I paid for but the thing that made so unsatisfied was I actually asked the cashier if they have thigh part which our favourite and she said that they only have breast part but suddenly when I was about to get my food I heard the same cashier lady told the other customer that they have thigh part because the food crew inside shouted that they do so, I asked them politely if they can change my chicken's breast to thigh part and they told me (wala na pong thigh part) so i told them that I actually heard them saying that they do and i dont really know what was their reaction after i spoke ang also there were no spoons and forks so somehow our dinner for father's day was kinda ruined because of it. We actually chose jollibee over other food but this is what you've returned. I lost the receipt since I'm was upset, I only have pictures and this is your choice if you would take an action.

Upset costumer because of the promised time na di nasunod.

Hello, this is one of the costumers earlier today june 14, 2023 at 10:25pm. I ordered at 10:25pm and ask for follow up at 10:50 and then one of the crew promised and said is can wait pa daw ba ng 5 mins. More before servings since mango pie nalang ang iniintay, but still, i got my order at 11:04pm. I'm upset kase hindi sila marunong tumupad ng sinabi nilang oras, at sa sobrang tagal nila mag-asikaso kahit konti nalang naman ang costumer.

Hi i would like to complain regarding our order at jollibee new epza the chicken they serve us is so small we order 8pcs of chicken but most of the chicken is small and not satisfied with the serving.i dont know why they gave us sub standard chicken serving.please see below attached file of the receipt and the condition of the chicken they served to us.

Costumer complain

I am writing to you to bring your kind attention towards the food we bought at Jollibee SM Angono tonight May 9,2023. My mom ordered chicken and rice thru take out. While i was preparing my sons meal i notice a black piece sa rice nya and tried to figure it out na para syang dumi ng daga even my son think it was pupu ng mouse. This is seriously disgusting to think na may mga batang kakain. You are running a well-reputed restaurant. I request you to investigate the whole matter as well as proper preparation and paying attention to the hygiene and quality of food. I am hopeful that you will take some strict actions to deal with this issue that i have raised so that it does not happen again.
