Getting run around on my broken mower

My mower maintenance wrecked it at your shop in Auburn and blame it on me when I received it after 35 hours.

Bad Transmission

Contacted John Deere several times this machine was built with an experimental plastic transmission. It failed and they do not stand behind the product even though 585 pages of serial numbers of been listed as defective product recalls.

$748 to get my S100 mower repaired, only to take it home and get it off my trailer to find it worse.

Customer Service

Bad customer service and my D160 mower is still not fixed after 2 visits to the shop now it's sounding worse than before I took it to the shop and they still tried to load it on my truck as if it was ok, it went in the shop because the deck belt wouldn't stay on.

I wana give complaint about Nizamabad showroom .they have give papers of my tractor with wrong entry .and I have faced a lot of problem in RTA office.and the way of answering is rude .and they said that give money to broker (Rta broker) he will solve u r problem regarding wrong entry . I said that why I should give money to broker it's not my mistake they didn't give answer to my question and cuted my call . Give 1000 or 1200 to broker Why i should give money ? After some time I went to showroom they said while buying u r tractor I have gave alot of discount .for 1200 u came to office and asking me . I said that from where I should bring Money .

Worst customer service ever.

Now July 28...John Deere corporate was ZERO help...just stuffed off back to the dealer. Deere said they were sending me a $100 courtesy credit as "good will" and lied about that, too. They sent nothing.

Bought a used 2016 tractor (100.2 hours) in February...ran perfectly. Took it to the local dealership, Quality Equipment, New Bern, NC for a routine full service and check--took close to a MONTH. Got it back and it ran 10-12 minutes and stalled. To date, it has been at the dealership FIVE TIMES for the same problem--they have put over 25 run time hours on it--I've put on 1.5. Horrible, just horrible. Now almost July and I still have no running tractor. Should have bought a Kubota. Look at the quality way they repaired an electrical line THEY damaged when they replaced a fuel pump that clogged and burned up because they didn't properly check or clean the tank the first time.

OMG so many reasons.

Purchased a new 5065 E because I could not afford to have any down time. I purposely bought John Deere over any other product because I though it was a reliable well supported product. Much to my dismay after 70 hours the stater went. I thought no big deal but had to wait for repair guys to make a house call. They repaired it and all was well for about a month. Purchased a new gator, Delivery was 4 weeksNo big deal. It was derived with out any fuel. Almost no gas. Had to go to town (18 miles) to get gasoline. Again no big deal, I thought. Started to dig some posts in with my new starter and now 70 Hour tractor. Low and behold, I was in the field digging posts and the tractor all of the sudden died. Could not restart. I did not even think I blew a fuse but two days late the Tech comes over and discovers there is one blown fuse. He plugs it into the analyzer and discovers there is something wrong and replaced the fuses. All is well. After returning from vacation I start to dig more moist holes and the tractor dies AGAIN. I call service and they tell me that they needed to find the part I need. They promise to call me back. A day later I call my local dealer and they actually forgot to call me back and that they were still looking for a cold start Item of some kind. Unbeknown to me the tech did not look at the notes from the previous tech and showed up to do the repair. It turns out that the part they are going to replace is not the right one. NO ONE LOOKED AT THE NOTES. Well, I give the tech MY fuses, as he did not have any, and he also discovers that when we turn the ignition key the fuses blow. Needless to say he blew through most of my fuses. Again, no big deal, I am supposed to be dealing with a reputable company. Well Here I am with a 55K paper weight with 74 hours on it and a pasture that should have completed a week ago. This is now costing me time and money to feed the animals because they needed a new pasture. I needed to move my livestock to a new pasture a week ago in order to rejuvenate the existing pasture they completely ate. Another comical story associated with my John Deere experience. When I purchased my new shinny new gas less Gator I negotiated putting weights on my 5065E with no charge for installation. Well let me just say I received a bill and a call from billing department demanding $550.00 for the weight installation. This has been an experience and I have no tractor to do the work I needed done. to make me feel even less of a customer, I contacted my sales guy to inquire about an extended warranty about a week and a half ago and no one has gotten back to me on how to proceed. I guess they don't want to even sell an extended warranty because they realize they will loose money on a product or LEMON they so graciously sold me for $55,000.00. Buyer beware. Don't get stuck like I am. I know what they are going to say. Each dealer is and independent entity and I am, as they say, screwed.

Steering control problem and haydeolic problem

I Pandurang Bobde.At post.Rajuri Tel.Karmala Dist Solapur My first choice was John Deere I own tractor for 2 years and 75 days and my tractor tering control column is likhege and that problem is mine. It has happened and that problem should be repaired in my tractor warrant. And I have done the servicing as per Schedual and no register has been registered from showroom on your system portal. request I request that the tering control column of my Tractor model 302EN tractor be changed by the company under warranty.

Over priced parts

Needed brake pads on a 6700 sprayer ordered pads and didnt ask price. I thought $10- $15 would be a reasonable price but Deere being Deere I figured they would $200.00 for four pads. When bill arrives part# AN205189 set of 2 pads $345.34. So to put 4 new pads on total was $690.68. No way Deere has $10.00 a pad in them!

I have had issues with my John Deere since first bought a John Deere 3046r I've heard every excuse everything you start having a problem they tell it's the nature of it they'll I bought tractors Zero

I I have lost track of how many times this tractor has been in the shop they kept trying to charge me $100 deductible they saw where they charged me two or three times in two or three weeks they would bring it back saying it was fixed I couldn't even get it off the trailer before they'd have to take it back I told him I wanted a new tractor and everything else they did not stand by your policies about the tractor from John Deere and they said since they changed the Ag-Pro all it was different now I bought the tractor from John Deere make sure to replace it in the first month but no They begged me to keep it they gave me a $5,000 extended warning the first warranty it was in the shop when it ran out guess what the second one is getting ready to run out it's in the shop again it's going on two weeks for something that was supposed to take two to three days that I could have done in a couple of hours myself yeah give me a 5,000 hour warranty 6 years over and above the factory warranty I can't get 600 hours on the tractor and they want to charge me $100 deductible for a $65 part shame on you John Deere I told him to stick it up their *** the first week I owned the tractor shame on you John Deere I'm expecting a call from someone in corporate my number is 937-403-**** give me a fair price on my 3046r and you can have it sincerely Frank Angier. I was thinking about upgrading again but I'll be shopping around I like the little tractor and it's perfect for my needs but it doesn't mean no good when it's sitting in the shop all the time PS it's still in the shop now I think they're trying to run out the second warranty it's been a lemon since day one I've had good luck with some of the other John Deere's that I've had and that's why I kept holding on hoping that these issues would be resolved I live in a hilly area that's why I got the front wheel assist it's been dangerous it's been many things but I learned to work with it and I'm a patient man and I'm a fair man now I'm pissed again it's in the shop again and times ticking

Cant get service on new pay loadeer 544p

Can't get no service from Brooks John deere in green bay Wisconsin. horrible call them they don't answer don't call back, lower shut off arms stuck in the air lower won't start
