I did a donation for resources have not received the order. Call customer service claim it was delivered to me. Explain to her I haven't received the items. They have to investigate more and will call me. I feel like I being made a fool

Disappointment
Im not complaining, just disappointed. I called about my son and his relationship, my finances, prayer for a new car, my family and a way to get home to New York for my Dads funeral the end of April (when the ground is no longer frozen). I expected immediate prayer. Benita even said that she needed to get off the phone to speak to the next caller. It left me feeling selfish and unimportant. I listen to Joel and Victoria every day and always feel a warmth and a sense of hope from them and today I was left feeling more discouraged and wondering if I should have called at all. I will continue to pray for your ministry and the lives that you touch with your Sirius radio programs. GOD Bless.

I was terribly upset because I have not received my calendar yet I ordered it in December and I am very frustrated.
The calendar I ordered in December and when I called customer service the person I talked to was extremely rude and impatient. I love Joel Osteen ministeries and cannot believe someone like the agent I talked to works there. All I wanted was the calendar. The person I talked to was making me feel that my $10 per month was a joke but I really dont have any more right now I cried when I hung up

They said they already sent all 2021 donation statements via mail and blamed the delay on the US Postal Service. Said if I havent received the mail by end of February to call back. Said I could wait to file my 2021 taxes.

I have stopped my monthly payment , because I am upset with the behavior and the greediness.that plumber found the money that was missing or so called taken in a robbery years ago.he had found it and as rich as that church is,I am bothered by the fact that Joel would not pay the reward money that was offered when the money first went missing. Plus he was an honest man that had given the money to them . It was close to the Holidays and Joel would not give the reward money to that gentleman. 600,000.00 is a lot of money and Joel could have given that gentleman some money for finding it. It was the Holidays and Im sure he would have appreciated and been extremely grateful if Joel had rewarded him. So I will no longer donate nor watch Joel Osteen.
