Trifexis / Comfortis JNS pets
I have been ordering both Trifexis and Comfortis (same product, same manufacturer) Ely Lilly. One product is for U$$$$ distribution the other for the rest of the world. Seems you noobs have driven them out of Texas. Fools, now you have to go to vet (65.00 here in Texas) to get prescription, then your Trifexis is at a cost almost twice 195.00 80 lb. 6 months what JNS delivered for. They are not Amazon and cannot deliver from India overnight or where ever they secure a large lot or source from. They pass on the savings. My ex gf passed on to me Comfortis is about half price what we pay for it here vs. London but customs blocks it from being shipped to US. Same holds true for Australia. Guess the Eli Lilly lobbyist are collecting double. JNS is slow at shipping but I have NEVER not received my order, a little planning is involved. I have been buying their products for over 5 years!!

Buyer Beware! Please do not order from JNS Pets! JNS Pets is a RIP-OFF!!!!
I ordered some Trifexis for our dog from this (FAKE) company! The listing showed this order to be coming from around Dallas. It finally came in (from the UK) after three weeks. It is in kilograms (Not Pounds) and the pill size is larger than what I normally get from our vet. JNS Pets debited my account within 2 days of my order being placed. Every time I tried to contact them; the recording ALWAYS said they were very busy and to leave a message. Just to cut this review short.....After trying to deal with JNS Pets and Maak Enterprises for two months.....I have never spoken to anyone from either company. They have ripped me off $80 and I'll probably never see this money again. This experience has taught me a valuable lesson. Always research a company before sending them a dime or access to your credit/debit cards. I contacted Elanco today and they told me that they would check into this. They said they will be able to stop this RIP-OFF Company from selling anymore of their products and I need to throw away the Trifexis I received.

I Ordered item in early March and called several times, sent emails and got no response. Have not received item ordered and don't expect to, especially since reading these reviews. I have learned a lesson from this. This company needs to be shut down and not allowed to take orders. I will be doing whatever I can to make this happen. I can't think of 80 words to say to make this company pay for what they've done to me and other people. This is so wrong!

been scammed by this company and I am still waiting on a resolution. Nothing has been done so far. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and also with my credit card company. they don't care..they already have all of our monies. after waiting about a month for my product they sent me the wrong product and now i can't even get a call back or a response to my email...they are scammers and their website should be shut down and I don't understand why NO ONE has done anything about this yet!!!

They refuse to reply to multiple attempts at contact regarding an order not received. Had to file a complaint with BBB. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with and will never ever deal with them again. These medications were not cheap and the dog is in need of them and now I have to pay another place for them while I deal with attempting to get my money back from this scam of a company. Do not deal with them.

took forever to get my order...would not return any emails to me, nor phone messages...found out that MAAK enterprises is the real business to contact but when doing so it goes to voice mail to leave a message..but the message says it is full and you can't leave one...they didn't even send me what i order they sent me something completely different for DOGS and my order was for a CAT. It was comfortis....i had to report them to the BBB in Texas and I also filed a fraud complaint with my credit card company. They charged me the day after i oderend but took them a month to send me the "wrong product". of course I have left many messages letting them know that but i get no response....I wish I would have read about them first...I don't understand how they can still have a website up and running...what a scam...it should be shut down and all our monies returned..

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered from them 1/13/16 & have not heard a word from them. The phone number on the website is no good & they do not respond to emails. I will be filing a fraud claim with my credit card & the authorities. This is just so upsetting. Do not order from this company. Please be smarter than I and read the reviews before ordering. It is a shame this website is still allowed to exist. If you have any good news about this company or how to reach them, please let everyone know.

It's well-known among professionals and pet breeders that sites like JNS Pets that offer discounts are selling counterfeit pet medications. Some of these products also don't have the same active ingredituins or level of formulations that the USA requires! Do you really want to subject your beloved pet to some unknown medication, counterfeit good from an unscrupulous dealer posing as a pet supplier? Most local SPCA offices and charitable adoption agencies have flea medications have authentic brand name drugs available for purchase at highly discounted prices. I found several brands available for dogs and cats in local chapters in Southern California. Costco also carries some listed flea and tick medications for pets at the pharmacy and it is my understanding you don't need to be a member to make a pharmacy purchase. Love your pets and be well!

I purchased Comfortis flea treatment from JNS online after checking many other veterinary medical sites. JNS had the best prices of any of the places I looked at. Placing the order was straightforward and painless. I had no problem using the site, which often seems to be an issue. The delivery time was well within the stated parameters. The order was packaged securely so it arrived undammaged.There are no complaints from this happy customer! I will certainly purchase veterinary supplies from them in the future. I found the whole shopping experience positive and I have recommended JNS to several of my friends, who have also had positive experiences.

SCAM - FRAUD JNS PETS
I placed an order, they charged my credit card, after 18 days no merchandise. Called, left 5 messages, none returned. Ran across this webpage https://jnspetsfraud.wordpress.com/2015/02/05/jns-pets-fraudulent-practices/comment-page-1/#comment-8 they've done this to SEVERAL people. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Filed a claim with my credit card to have the charge removed. The other individual also states that after having the charged credited, the JNS company comes back and hits their credit card AGAIN. This is a totally fraudulent company pulling a scam. Sure wish I would have run across this website first. I thought the price was too good to be true - and it was!

Couldn't use the product - not available for sale in the U.S.
I ordered Nexguard, a prescription only product for dogs that I have ordered online before and the vendor contacted the veterinarian for the prescriptions. Ordered at JNS Pets. They never asked for a prescription or my vet's contact info. First red flag. Very long time with no response from them. Emailed re: status of order, took 2 days to respond to it. Received package squished and damaged from overseas - England. They lied on the customs form, said it contained "healthcare samples". I called the mfr, Merial in Duluth, GA to be sure the product I received was legit. Read them the lot #, expiration date and another # on the package. The Merial rep said the package labeling was not the way it should be. It was also in kg, not U.S. pounds to determine correct package for weight of dog. Merial rep said that product is not approved for use in the U.S. and did not recommend giving it to my dog. A loss of $75 for me. Had to order it elsewhere to get legit product for my dog. Working on request for refund, chargeback with credit card company. I won't purchase from them again and will investigate how to file the appropriate consumer complaints.

JNS is NOT HONEST
They don't tell you where the meds are coming from because it is not from the USA. They will not answer phone calls. I waited over 2 hours to have my call answered in the order it was received. They never returned my call at the number they ask you to leave your name and number and the support email is a joke. They NEVER contact you. You cannot return your product unless you mail it back overseas and you risk them saying they never got it because you cannot get a return authorization. Tried to file dispute with credit card company and they told me I had to send it back across seas. I think Capitol One is in cahoots. I'm dumping my credit card also. It's all a scam.

JNS Pets or JNS Enterprises RIP OFF!
I ordered from this company over two weeks ago, and never received the order. They said shipping was free, with no other shipping method offered, and have attempted to contact them by their chat option, which says it is not available, and several times by phone, which number does not even announce the company name, and says other customers are being helped and calls will be taken in order received, and was on hold every time for 15-20+ minutes every time. E-mailed 2-3 times, no answer. I want my products or a refund! I will be contacting my bank to receive a refund, and make the company reimburse the bank.
